Patience is virtue! Bello Oboh and fiancee Misspoza met in a commercial bus in Lagos in 2008. 8 years later, by November 2016, they will be getting married.

According to MissPoza, she was on her way back from the General Certificate Examination (GCE) in Lagos when she unknowingly joined the same bus with her future husband. Then Bello was on IT.

Something about him interested me as he sat close to me in the bus chewing. We got along and became more intimate, he supported and remained true to me throughout my days in school after i gained admission to Delta state (despite the distance).
Eight years after we are getting married. Can't just appreciate God enough for the man he
gave me and for the wisdom to recognize him even when he didn't look like it.

Shocked Woman Narrates How Lagos Police Officers Did The Unthinkable For Her


A Nigerian Instagram user has narrated how Lagos Rapid Response Squad shocked her and a friend after they had a flat tyre and the police officers showed up to save the day.

More surprising - when the lady and her friend offered to say thank you in cash, the officers refused and asked them to go spread the message instead that truly Police is your friend.

So while coming back from work today with four of my colleagues, we had a flat tyre just before 3rd mainland bridge around Simpson's bridge, we all know dat z d wrongest place to have issues with your car, 2 guys already came to us to help.

Hmm, u know all dose guys na, d next thing we saw one RRS patrol van driving by. Of course we flagged dem down, not cos we believed in dem but just for safety sake. D officer beside d driver stopped and came down.

My colleague @gbo_lee explained what happened to him and amazingly this guy made
calls, another patrol van came by and he instructed two of the officers to stay with us and the remaining 2 drove my colleague with the tyre to fix it.

U know another amazing tin, dis same officer already instructed his guys to pay for fixing the tyre, like m still shocked. Dey refused any form of payment. Dey even refused to take pictures, my colleague had to take a sneak pic selfie.
All dey requested for was for us to share to the public that "police is your friend" we actually did a research and found out that our angel in officer form is none other than the commanding officer of Lagos RRS.

A Nigerian man named Andrew has cried out after he was suspended from his job yesterday over claims that he is gay.

Andrew who has been working for over two years as a cook in a Nigerian hotel based in Port Harcourt, said that the whole thing came as a shocking surprise to him when he was summoned to a panel by the hotel management who inquisitively pressed to know if he is a gay and suspended him over the issue.

Speaking to NoStrings, he said;

“I was called into the managers officers, were they started asking me about if I have a girlfriend and how come they have never seen her visit me at work, but yet I have been
seen to have romantic conversations on the phone, I was shocked and surprised that what they were asking me about my own private life, something that had nothing to do with work.

Andrew said that he became very irritated and couldn’t stomach the embarrassment and therefore unconsciously raised his voice in anger to defend himself, but this further provoked the management who said that they were suspending him for further investigations. He said;

“They have given me three weeks suspension, and I am just ashamed and embarrassed. I can’t believe that an organization that I have been loyal to for two years, will do this to me. They have even reduced my salary, and things are very difficult for me right now.

So far the hotel has placed a notice outside its front, seeking for a cook, whether or not they are replacing Andrew NoStrings does not know yet. But Andrew said that one of the managers has called him to come for further questioning. He said;

“One of my managers, who at the meeting promised to investigate the issue, called me on the phone and asked that I come to see her for talks. But since the event, I have been very ill, and could not go, I just hope that I get a new job because I can’t imagine how I would be treated if just in case my position is retained at that hotel. But right now, I do not know if i am still suspended or sacked” He said with tears.

Andrew is a professional and excellent cook with a diploma. He has been very loyal and respectful to his employers.

A very disturbing video which shows injuries a young girl sustained after her madam tortured her in Obudu, Cross river state has emerged on Facebook.

According to Amb Godwin Apple who shared the story, the madam's husband is a Chief Lecturer in Igbo department, Federal College of Education, Obudu. He wrote:

It is with much sympathy that I will this evening invite the operational bodies of UNICEF, UPF, UN and the Nigerian States Security Service SSS to commence the arrest of one Dr. Amechi Oha. He is a Chief Lecturer in Igbo department, FCE Obudu. He is one time Dean, School of Languages in the same Federal College of Education, Obudu in Cross River State of Nigeria. and his wife Mrs Ijeoma Amechi Oha, who also serve her NYSC in Cross River State and officially married to the said Amechi of the FCE Obudu.

The video below shows how they adopted, enslaved, concealed and assaulted this little girl in the pretense of having her as a house maid. They should be both charged for crimes against humanity.

When the little girl started crying in different tunes last night during the torture, it attract the attention of the Vigilante group in the area there in Obudu, and they rushed immediately only to find the little girl in a very weak point, almost out of life.

As the Vigilante attempted to invite the Police, the lady 'Ijeoma Oha' offered them a N3,000.00 bribe so that they can over-look the situation, but God almighty helped the vigilantee group to insist in inviting the police and the girl was taken to the Sacred Heart Hospital Obudu, while the lady Mrs Ijeoma Oha, was taken away by the police from the Nigerian Police Command, Obudu Division.

Douglas road Owerri is clean again!


You recall Imo state Governor Rochas Okorocha’s Chief Press Secretary, Samuel Onwuemeodo had said the state government deliberately abandoned the mountain of smelly refuse along the ever busy Douglas Road, Owerri, to get back at the indigenes who have been fighting the administration.

Well, PDP Member Owerri Federal Constituency, Hon. Ezenwa Onyewuchi, along with the Imo State PDP Exco said no and took it upon themselves to clear the dumpsite. Check out the new photos.
The people of Owerri and its environs can now breath fresh air.
