The words I have quoted are from the bible. I didn't quote if from my own head as you can see. Are we not called after Christ today? as in being called Christians, Acts 11:26.

The Laws of Moses had their penalties for not doing them. Because we do not observe them anymore, we are not bounded by them and the penalties attached to them. Remember, a woman was caught in the very act of adultery and the Law of Moses says she must be stoned to death. This is not to justify adultery but the soul of an adulterer is more important to God under the new testament because God does no longer desire that any should perish but that we come to repentance. One of the Purpose of the Law is to train God's people towards obedience to God, It doesn't make us perfect.
