Honestly this is not Buhari's fault. If you are told how much the guys running this program are siphoning, you will be shocked. Principal o, head mistress o, cook, etc. Buhari cannot be in the schools to monitor how they cook or dish the food. If any school knows he or any government official is coming the packaging will surely be different.

Where I fault him is putting up the program itself and counting it as an achievement.
