Economic value is the issue here. The current Fulani leadership is in a race with herself to expend national resources that they do not generate on their brothers even when these are across the border.

They should also give a plausible reason for the massive buildup of troops and military hardware around Ukraine for the last few weeks. What I see is a case of getting caught pants down and then employing diversionary tactics.

I won't be surprised if we return to this point in a short while.
