Now juxtapose with this one, he swore an affidavit that he went to Ibadan Grammar school and on another swore affidavit that the previous affidavit was an error from Afikuyomi
Buhari swore to affidavit also that his certificate are with Military Board but it turned out to be false, is that perjury? on the issue of error made by AFIKUYOMI the LAW gives him the Right to swear to a new and beta AFFIDAVIT that Afikuyomi made an INNOCENT mistake.

No its not different, Buhari my certificate is with the Military Board, the Board answered in the negative,,, The Supreme Court went further during cross examination to ask if BUHARI can read and write in ENGLISH

Senator Douye Diri fits the bill. The reason being that Douye Diri comes from an ethnic group indeed the single largest group in the South South (ijaw) which are found in Bayelsa, Rivers, Akwa-Ibom, Delta and Edo State and found in Ondo State.
No ethnic nationality possess that electoral strength and they come to vote.

Ndi-Igbo has no tent to pitch, reason is that there is no country called Biafra.
Secondly they don't vote in Election, so where are they going to pitch thier torn tent?
However, they can all join Apga and present a candidate for the Election though, they will not win but it can help them to control thier region, who will be vice President to them not Northern Nigeria nor South South or South West.
I have not seen an ethnic nationality that deliberately cause trouble for itself using misguided youths.
