Politics › Re: BREAKING! Aggrieved Soldier Reveals How PMB Ordered Massacre Of IPOB In Onitsha by obyrich(m): 8:12pm On Jun 19, 2017
lilytender:
If you IPOB repeat the same shameless gathering, the same punishment will apply. If you are foolish enough to try it while Osinbajo is acting president, you will feel sorry for yourselves because Osinbajo will use you to test presidential powers. He will deploy the Army, Navy, Airforce, Civil Defense and even Boys Scout and give them order to shoot anything at sight. He would want to see whether his order would be followed. So, he who has ears, let him hear. Do not allow your lives to be used for testing presidential powers.
Words like these lend support to the claims by AI that Nigeria military are involved in serious crime of extrajudicial killings. The world is watching.

With these visits, from Turkish Ambassador to the DW Tv et al, Any other murder of ANY Biafran, by the Fulani powered Nigerian Federal Government will be heralded to the corners of the Earth. Then and there, shall all voices Echo #Referendum4Biafra on Twitter. An hashtag that will herald the second coming of Biafra. The latest country on the planet. Since the creation of Earth, countries have been birthed and destroyed. More countries are to come. It is almost always via violence but recently via Referendums. Biafra will not be the only new country to come. It is a constant shifting in opinions and ideologies that create countries aside the sealines. So, there is no point stifling Biafra. Allow them to go and try their luck @ sovereignty.
You have a clearer picture of what is going on here. This government is closely watched.

Absolutely! this means there will never be an end to this kinda mindset. obviously! the next generation will see nothing wrong with it, evidently by the way the girl is smiling and happy thats she just witnessed a murder. but having said all this the problem lies with the justice system which nigerians has no trust in.therefore nigerians has made the unkind and dangerous decision of taking the law into their own hands. it's very sad.
Really sad we have chosen to vent our frustration this way.

I'm more concerned for the psyche of the little girl smiling at the crime scene. How would one convince her of the inappropriateness of jungle justice?

Just wandering what the next generation of Nigerians will look like.

What is quota system?

Quota system a Nigeria system whereby the eagles are caged so they cannot fly, while the chickens are placed on top of choppers.

The chickens then get the illusion of flying high while the eagles stay below to watch and whine.

I hereby, command every caged eagle, break loose and damn the consequences.
Very apt illustration.

see, I'm proud to be a Nigerian irrespective of what the odds may be.

what u people don't know is that if the road is not rough, it can never become smooth. just as ur signature says " the Egyptians u see today, u shall see them no more " cool. what people don't know is that no matter how good or bad the country may be; it is still our home.

do u think Nigeria is the only country with problems in the world? c'mon, tell me.

yes, the country is not doing fine but it doesn't warrant us to castigate each other as if we are the root of the problem.

lets learn to live in one accord despite our differences and with time; everything's gonna be fine. thank God for this awareness.
You do not love Nigeria more than most people agitating for separation. Many of them have sacrificed their all to make it work. A country where injustice and double standard is the other of the day is doomed to destruction.

Nigeria is not the only country facing challenges. However we seem to be more interested in sitting quiet in our mess and pretending all is well while the wound festers.

May I ask you, where is your president? On a sick bed in far away UK? Where are the children of the religious and political elites of your country schooling? In Ivy league schools in Europe and America?

Where do the well to do people in your country spend their holidays? In choice cities around the world except any in Nigeria.

It is an acceptable norm to pass off Nigerian graduates as unemployable even when millions of them are already working and gaining admission to further their studies abroad with the roundly condemned degrees (by our leaders) as worthless just so they can create better competitive edge for their children over the poor mans child in the labour market.

You may resign to fate and wait for God to take care of your problems but you cannot muzzle everyone into silence in the face of tyranny and injustice.

As for my signature, the promise was made to the isrealites after they raised their voices to cry to God against the oppression of pharoah. They made a move to leave Egypt to a better place promised them by God. You know the outcome of the attempt pharoah made to hinder their freedom which was the manifestation of my signature.

Same thing is going to happen to all that constitute themselves into stumbling blocks in the quest for justice and equity.

our education system is stuck in the early 90s. no major improvement.. u have to move abroad to really understand and explore your potential ....
most Nigerian students are very eager but the system has a way of frustrating you...
modelling, designing , programming, troubleshooting are lacking in our education system. most uni engineering workshops have been are very terrible.no invention can come out of that and there are very few lecturers who are interested in exploring new possibilities. I get upset when I see Lebanese and other developing nations citizens heading most projects here. not that we can't do it , but mehn the system is bad.

a 14yrs old Indian boy taught me how to program ics and some other computer electronic stuff over the net. most Naija grads can't do that . cos this are really awkward here. lots of great potential wasting away in Naija.

u can argue all u want.. ancient theory is what we are still very good at in Naija....

bro. It baffles me oo. I asked a simple question. None of them could answer it. Some are even throwing insults
Your questions have been sufficiently answered with addition of superfluous information only that your bigotry has prevented you from learning.

There is a wide chasm of difference in curriculum content between engineering studies and technical skill acquisition. An aeronautical engineer will not be an expert pilot. It is only in a dense country like Nigeria that a governor who is not properly certified will jump into the cockpit of plane and finish his career!

My dad retired from JB as a supervisor in the pre stressing department. He was a skilled fitter with only standard 6 certificate. He was never called an engineer. There were German engineers whom he reported to. Those engineers were more knowledgable than him but he was more skilled than them. Repetitive practice improves skill.

I read where you boasted of using your chemistry skill to open a paint making company. While I would like to encourage your entrepreneurial acumen, I would like to remind you that you don't need a degree in chemistry to make paint. There are soap and paint making skill acquisition centres everywhere. I know many unlettered painters who execute painting jobs with the paints they produce themselves.
That does not mean they are the best. A chemist who understudies them, will come up with a more standard product. That's why paint manufacturing companies still employ graduate chemists.

guy forget. My friend who is a mechanical engineer had to go back to a roadside mechanical to learn how to fix a gen
And you think that he needed a degree in mechanical engineering to learn how to fix a generator?
What is the essence of establishing technical colleges?

Every engineer who passed through a technical college could fix a generator or wire a house. Those things are learnt in technical schools.

The curriculum of engineering studies is designed in such a way that you do not need a basic technical education to gain admission into the university. The training of engineers will encompass those technical knowledge but one would need to practise in the field to entrench those knowledge.

So your friend who went to learn how to fix a generator is doing what is expected of him, maybe he didn't have enough practice time during his days in the university, perhaps he couldn't get placement in a relevant industry.

Please learn to ask questions politely on issues to lack knowledge on.

The current high rate of crime in the country is traceable to our debased moral value. I hope we can free Evans, apologize to Vampire and praise Saraki, since we all have sins.
Thank you bro. I wonder what the next generation of Nigerians will look like morally with all these comments I'm reading here.

Don't mind the OP. I don't know how he wants to compare the curriculum of trade test certificate with that of an engineering degree.

It's people like the OP that will award contract to construct a high rise building to a mason and turn around and blame engineers when they hear that the building has collapsed!

Charlatans everywhere.

Another one! OP kindly visit any 330KV transmission station with that guy who wired your house and test his knowledge of electrical power and equipment. Charlatans everywhere. You do not need a degree in Engineering to wire a house but to install and maintain a 150MVA transformer, you must be a skilled engineer.

Ask that guy that wired your house what is called 'load balancing'.

I do not blame you guys but the useless corruption in Nigeria that allows a drug dispenser to be called a doctor!

I don't care what everyone in the east call people from across the Niger. According to the story it was the Adamawa girl herself who mentioned to the narrator that she is Hausa, which makes me suspicious because there are no hausas in Adamawa, and please dont tell me she isn't aware of her ethnicity. Will an Ijaw man ever tell you he is ibo?
Hausa is a generic name for people up north. If the girl had told him she was kanuri or something else the guy will not get her message. I don't know how many grown up girls in sokoto or kano who knows the difference between an igbo man and an ijaw man. To them all of us are igbos.

This story get kleg. There are no indegenous Hausas from Adamawa state. Adamawa state is made up of almost 30 different ethnic groups, and it dosent even share a common boundary with hausaland. Im sure this girl must be aware of her ethnic group
There is nothing to get confused here. Down east, anybody who come from lokoja and beyond till even Niger Republic is Hausa!

That's how terrible the identity crisis is. Same way the notherners cannot tell who an Ijaw is from an igbo man!
