I concur with you. I remember vividly when the airport was being constructed by the Mbakwe administration. He tasked every Imolite then which included the present Abia and Ebonyi states. He equally sold stickers which read " I support the Imo Airport'. Those were the days when reasonable and sincere men were in government. May his soul rest in peace.

Gboliwe: no, you dont need to scan your cv. It has to be in a MS.Doc or Pdf format. When you scan it, it comes out as a jpeg, mpeg etc for images.

You should have a soft copy and attach in the way the other poster directed

It is also possible to scan and convert the jpeg files to pdf format. I did it with my certificates. I scanned them and converted to Pdf. The best thing is for him to go to a cyber cafe and have them do it for him since he has no PC to do it.
