Romance › Re: The Maximum Age Range For Partners In A Relationship by obyrich(m): 3:04pm On May 30, 2013
Ojukwu was 40 years older than his wife. They lived peacefully till death parted them. If age difference can break your relationship, I guess anything else no matter how trivial would break it too. Do you want to tell me that a 30-year old man cannot marry and live comfortably with a 20 year-old woman?

lorretta u: my character is such that I can be unpleasantly blunt if the situation needs.so I'm not going to sugar coat this.
I THINK YOU'RE A BIG HYPOCRITE.
I hope I'm wrong.for the sake of the unfortunate woman who is or will end up as your wife.
Come to our health centre,I'll show you priviledged statistics of women who have been infected with the deadly HIV virus from their philandering husbands because they think God gave them a divine right to fvck any woman that catches their fancy.I just keep wondering why he didn't give them divine protection against std's too.did you knw that there's no shade of grey in God's word?it's either white or black.anD he won't bend his laws to satisfy your randy d*ck
Adultery is bad.Man or Woman.
Pls get that into your twisted mind.
This is the gospel truth. Anyone who feels they are too cute, rich, intelligent, connected, celebrated etc to keep faith in marriage should not venture into it all. Marriage is not compulsory. I think it is more embarrassing to be caught in the adultery scandal and its attendant risks than to remain unmarried.

oyin50: the fact is i really do not give a damn if Op forgives his wife or not. That's his perogative however the crux here is as a woman it is just filthy swinging the legs open for a random man. If u must pls cut ties from ur hubby via divorce. And pls lets stop all these goose gander stories. It validates immorality. If a man cheats goodluck to him, i wouldn't swim in the pool of filth because men are. Whatever happened to self-discipline. Se..x is not food for christ sake. Like someone interestingly puts it CHEAP THRILLS
Another rational human being with active conscience. What some people do not know is that their children and younger ones will one day go through what they are busy uploading on this forum today. Whatever post one makes here is one's own way of contributing to the collective morality of the society. Once again thank you for not being economical with the truth.

bukatyne: Fornication which according to some school of thought is not even possible in marriage

God hates divorce very much
LWKMD. Your god hates divorce very much, treats an adulterer kindly and recommends that fornication should be the only acceptable ground for divorce by married couple. What a contrast! What a god!
Family › Re: Should A Husband Forgive An Adulterous Wife? by obyrich(m): 6:54pm On May 28, 2013
bukatyne: I hate when people twist the Bible to suit themselves.

The Bible did not divorce as option to anything. The two punishments are in different testaments. Christ did not approve stoning but He approved divorce? You are a joker!

He was only stating the acceptable reason for divorce
not approving it. There is the permissible will of God and there is the Perfect will of God.
Please, if I may ask, what is the acceptable reason for divorce stated by Christ?

If he had told us she jilted him may his cocck and bull story would av made little sense...

bukatyne: And stone an adulterous man to death! grin
Divorce was given as an acceptable alternative to stoning. If your spouse cheats on you and you decide to cheat back, both of you can either chose to remain in the unfaithful union or part ways. Christ did not approve stoning but he graciously approved divorce as a remedy to adultery.

Toks2008: Not at all. That is the way it ought to be.

Let a man go into a room with 5 ladies and come out, you will see people praising him for his conquest but let a lady enter a room with 2 men and comes out,i bet she will get the most disdainful look she can ever imagine.

Lets stop all these hypochricy and face facts.
Young man, can you remember the last time you attended a traditional wedding where a woman took her parents to a man's house to marry him? Many marriages nowadays are sponsored by the woman yet it is expected and acceptable by the human society that the man should be the one taking the woman's hand in marriage and not the other way round. Marriage laws are sacrosanct. Until society approves women going to marry a man from his father's house to her father's house and still be properly integrated in the society, such acts as you mentioned above will remain scorned at.

jidegirl12: A married individual is expected to be disciplined and self effaced , if you can't be with one person for LIFE don't dream of marriage Period.

Enough perambulating , a cheating spouse whether caught once or caught twice is a cheat and a disgusting animal.

So to answer your question OP Decidedly NO!
Let me put it to you that you have a good moral upbringing. Our people say that you don't need a mirror to see what is worn on the wrist. Your conscience is still alive- keep it up. It takes a lot of mental battle for a married man or woman to cheat unless the person involved lacks sound moral upbringing. It is easier to cheat on your bf/gf than to cheat on your spouse. No true Christian will ever support cheating. Cheating on a spouse is a habit that is as difficult to break as quitting smoking. @ OP If you find yourself in such a situation please divorce her. Christ himself approves divorce under such circumstance.

If you were called to come and rescue someone, would you hesitate in order to remain in the presence of the lord? Try to understand the nature of the lord you serve. I thought in the presence of the Lord there is liberty? The Lord we serve is ubiquitous.

Rexxie: And just because da pastor is showing da pattern as the servant, then you are at liberty to throw decorum to da winds in church, huh? Or do u think u are in the presence of da servant or pastor in church to be roaming around? Read btw my lines, you don't do da perambulator stuff b4 ur bosses and u don't do that b4 da presence of God cos the servant is'nt as reverencial as da bosses! by the way is'nt the president regarded as servant leader? u wanna perambulate b4 the servant leader president cos hes da servant leader, huh?
The servant leader told Nigerians and the world that the election that brought him to power was flawed. Perhaps that's why he called himself 'the servant leader'. Can the same be said of your Bossy pastor? Why is it that pastors nowadays are so above the laws that they think that following the examples of Christ is too demeaning to their over-rated status? Pastors are messengers and not commanders-in-chief in the church!

Muhaymin: I think by now yorubas should wise up and come to reality dat PDP doesn't av anything to offer than to embezzle our money!! FFK is making good point there and we shouldn't follow those youths that got El-rufai's article twisted because most of them come from south-south(militant) wc we all know they r paid with amnesty package. I spent 5yrs in university, 1yr serving, waka for street for almost 2yrs in search of job until I was opportune to travel abroad. Had it be there is job opportunity here millions of naija youths wud not av been in foreign prison in search of greener pasture. I was impressed with changes in osun state when I came to visit my parents and I've grown passion to invest in state of virtues(omoluabi). I would like to involve in dis govt of Aregbe and do my best to get some youths employed in my Farm. OSUN ADARA ooo!!!
Please make sure you pay them adequately when they are employed o. Hope someone wont go to prison for stealing your goat? Em.... if Osun is prosperous as an ACN state why do people go to prison for stealing goats there? Osun Adaraaaaaaaaaaaoooooooooo!

strangest: So if El rufai can employ his daughters in his numerous companies... That means he lied about his daughters not getting a job... I can only conclude that El Rufais daughter are a bunch of lazy retards, their masters degree should be scrutinized, I suspect foul play somewhere...
I broke up with one of them on account of their moronic and lazy nature. Those girls are lazy eh. Spoilt and pompous brats they are. Their Popcy is a big time liar! The girls want plum jobs.when the man was stealing from the commonwealth to sponsor their education abroad, he forgot that the God of justice was waiting to pay him back. Not just that the girls don't have jobs, they lack manners to keep any job they may be given in the future. As for FFK, I recommend him for urgent psychiatric check-up.

dotna: is it a sin to leave Church before the pastor exit? A lady told me dis morning that she went to a Church program last sunday at stadium in surulere and d Pastor said it is a sin to go out before the Pastor leaves.
If you were a medical doctor and you were invited to attend to an emergency, would you remain there until the pastor leaves? Guy use your head o. People don't understand how God works. Until Christians stop seeing their pastors as the keys to salvation and the arbiters of their fate, Christianity would remain an object of mockery and cajole by unbelievers.

Is it a sin for a sheep to bleet in the presence of the shepherd? The Pastor is NEVER the BOSS but a SERVANT. Christ clearly stated that whoever would lead the disciples should be ready to be a servant. Stop thinking that pastors are bosses. They aren't!

gboss4sure: Is not a sin but it depends on one's moral, for example when ever the message is going on I don't like to go out or leave my seat for anything, is just my princples but I can leave the church anytime either before the message starts or immediately the message ends
What if you were purging? Is it morally right to interrupt the church session to take permission to ease yourself? Why is it that one cannot feel at liberty in the congregation of saints?

He needs proofs. Perhaps it will help his disbelief. Not a barrage of derogatory words. Mountebanks perform 'signs and wonders' to men of shallow reasoning. You need an inquisitive mind and deep spiritual insight to separate true christian practice from the ever pervasive occultic practices which is fast spreading across the churches now.

Exactly. Pastors do the same thing. They see a doctor when they fall sick too. Only gullible people get stampeded to death where they are struggling for holy/anointing water!
