SonofLothbrok: If you guys think we will have pity on any police men or soldiers that are killed by unknown gun men. Then you guys must be foolish.
I will support any group that fights for the people. This is wrong. These are criminals who escaped from Owerri prisons and invaded police stations around the South East revolting against the state and organised institutions. They are using the Biafran agitation as a smokescreen to unleash mayhem on the society. They have killed more innocent Igbos than any Fulani or police people they claim to fight. Every one should support the call to flush them out. Their activity will never actualize Biafra, if that is what you are interested in. It will never bring sanity and order in Igboland. Let me make it clear to you, if in the impossible event that they succeed in driving away all military and paramilitary forces out of Igboland, be ready to have a Taliban kind of rulership in Igbo. These are terrorists, not freedom fighters. They won't stop even if nnamdi Kanu is released today. These are condemned criminals on the loose. |

Polytechnics are not designed to produce managers. There could be exception here and there but Polytechnics are supposed to produce workers while Universities are designed to produce managers, entrepreneurs, businessmen, captains of industry, etc. These are misconceptions. |

badoh: I find it so bad when I see the rate of incessant attack on the personality of Bola Tinubu mostly by people from southeast with the excuse that Tinubu was the one that brought Buhari into power. However, they forgot that Amaechi fought Goodluck Jonathan and was the Buhari's campaign director-general. Every insults go directly to Tinubu while they shield Amaechi to the extent that they are supporting his presidential bid just because he his their son. I want to ask, is that not double standard? You want your own son to become the president having being part of the failed govt of Buhari while blackmailing the character of Tinubu. If the southern people are wise, they should know we need someone who will not be a puppet of the North. We need a leader who has independent mind of his own and who the north cannot control. Osinbajo might be too overwhelmed with insurgency in the north and his govt might be made ungovernable just like jonathan but he knows when to be decisive. Amaechi could be easily controlled by the northern cabals. Tinubu on the other hand looks fearless and may be too powerful for the northern cabals to control. However, out of the three, Osinbajo stands tall and may be the joker. Tinubu that turned around to blame Evans for kidnappings in Southwest just so he could exonerate the Fulani herdsmen and please the Northern cabals. How does such a show of open cowardice proof he is fearless. A man that has refused to condemn herdsmen attack and killing even when a Northern Governor has boldly declared the killers as Fulani from his tribe and Muslim faith. |

PersonalDiary: Previous Thread!
https://www.nairaland.com/6806087/want-relocate-lagos-no-where
Sometime in November I came here to write about my intentions to leave my comfort zone. As God may have it, NYSC gave me that opportunity to pursue my goals. I was posted to far North-West, through the assistance of my friend I was able to work my redeployment to Abuja. Though it cost me some money, I'm trying to recover from the expenses. But I believe this the best decision I have made so far this year. The air of new environment, meeting new people and sharing different views about life most especially meeting young people who are doing fine in different areas of life is the most exciting stuff here.
Abuja has a serene environment, cheap coat of feeding, though exorbitant rents, plus electricity in this area is far much better compared to East.
My only source of income at the moment is my Crypto P2p earnings, and Alawee. I'm looking forward to venturing into other stuffs that would enhance my earnings sporadically. Though my crypto earnings was growing so fast before I moved for NYSC but I parted with so part of my capital to finance both my travel, and redeployment stuffs. I deeply regret it any, cos it's as if I'm eating my seed before it grows. And it has affected my daily target. I considered taking a small loan but I don't want to put myself into uncessary pressure. Though I leverage on few of my friends cap and refund once I sell off. Hopefully God will give me another opportunity to bounce back real quick.
I'm looking forward to starting off my e-commerce business again or other viable businesses as the environment permits.
I'm passionate about Tech , and looking forward to learning more advanced skills like Cloud Computing.
Looking forward to meeting more bright minds in this Abuja into Crypto, Tech and other Internet marketing businesses.
Currently, I stay in my friends apartment pending till when I rent mine very soon. Hopefully God will help me achieve this result few months to come. I'm highly energetic and highly focused individual.
No Papa and Mama here so man gats focus to give a bright future to the upcoming generation.
Special regards to Nairaland members that reached out to assist through their advises and suggestions for a better location via their emails and WhatsApp messages. May you never lack help when you need it!
Looking forward to meeting like-minds and Abj Nairaland members as well.
Long live Nairaland! Long live all hardworking youths striving to break even! God bless your hussle. |
