Why then did God curse Adam who was even the wronged party?

God did not curse Adam... Adam suffered the consequences of his Sin. You will start quoting the Bible but you are actually quoting Moses.

Like I told you what happened in the Garden of Eden is a mystery because, nobody was there except Christ. The author was interpreting according to inspiration. Then from my own understanding, it's sex because the Author says it's a tree at the center. I think another interpretation says Apple. If you ask me the tree of life, I will say it's Christ because, Christ was present.

You need to read the bible first, get a proper understanding before you start venturing your interpretation. It is dangerous to add what is not in the bible to it claiming you're free to add your own to it.
