I was taught in the University that in a Presidential system of government like the one Nigeria is practising where exclusive powers are concentrated at the centre, growth and development will be difficult. There are two sides to a coin over this. When I traveled and stayed abroad for three years honestly my way of thinking and looking at life completely changed , I didn't realize it until I came back and lived among my people. But to think staying abroad automatically makes you a problem solver and superstar is shallow. Our university lecturers in federal universities studied for masters or PhD abroad yet they came back to destroy the educational system in my university back then and it took some one with first degree, masters and PhD in religious studies from the same school to at least set it on the right path. But we should all get exposure in Nigeria because a typical Nigerian lacks it.
