this sounds like a cock and bull story. This guy doesn't look like the MD of a company and the conductor that pushed him should be arrested, that is manslaughter, not to just blame the man. |
it depends on where you want to work? If you want to work in a government parastatal or in academics that masters has an advantage in entry grade, if you are working in a private firm, relevant certification might come in handy for employment purposes and postings. All in all, it's advisable to find where you want to work and build up from there. |
kayo80:How would you know if she apologizes when you've stopped visiting the blog. Because she has. |
What i learnt from the mayowa saga is that 1. Nigerians are very sentimental and cannot see reason. 2. Mayowa was sick and dying and she was told to go and die at home and taken back to their home. 3. Money was raised for her by well meaning nigerians 4. Stories by the family was not adding up, you said you were taking her to atlanta but there was nothing on ground to verify that, and 100 million had been raised 5. The people handling the whole thing for the first time, discovered the details behind the whole thing, and that was what linda published. she said, mayowa was actually sick, but she had no chance of survival and LUTH had already told their family and they had not referred her to any hospital abroad. 6. The family started running helter shelter to thwart this story and now arranged to take her to south africa, after they said they were taking her to dubai and the police were already involved. 7. now she is dead, exactly what LUTH expected, but now some overly sentimental people still believe that Linda and toyin are still to blame for her death because they ensured that the family used a little of the money they got to at least treat the girl. this is why i don't talk in public places. i lost my grandmother to ovarian cancer this year by the way. |
You know what would actually help your brain, taking vitamin supplements, omega 6 fatty acids, exercise, playing chess, video games and. Eating clean and fresh. |
In the court of public opinion they are guilty but if there is no evidence then they should sue to get millions of dollars for punitive damages. |
Why would my grandfather attend my graduation? This people would jump at any opportunity to travel. |
I say a prayer for all those that helped this young man meet his bail conditions and helped him fly that the same fate ese. Experienced would also be experienced by all their daughters. Amen. |
Apc is the king of propanganda, they started it in the campaign and they intend to do it till the last day and Nigerians are eating it up. Remember the girl that gave her school lunch money to buhari and the old woman that contributed her life savings. and the chibok girl that was "miraculously" rescued but she is now nowhere to be found. Now after threatening the lawyer to drop the suit, they go and bring old people from daura to come and take picture with him because he obviously doesn't have a certificate. Who invited them? What was the occasion? They couldn't even allow them into the house, he met them at the door where the photographer was waiting for them. I wonder how much they took home. May God deliver this country from the demonic lies of APC. |
how is this walk going to translate into winning of medals at the olympics?, because presently there seems to be no hope , even for blessing okagbare. |
Where are the empowered people? Teaching people how to make soap and lotion is not empowerment. Except you help set up a factory and a distribution network. The money used to organize this graduation event is definitely more than the money used to "empower" the zombies. |
Oh my God, this is what happens when you are too dumb to be effective in your position, you start harassing people. If a bank has 7000 workers and they sack 1000 and then you withdraw their license for sacking 1000, then would you not have sacked the 6000 left.? GEJ appointed technocrats and still had issues, now bubu went ahead to fill his cabinet with dumb politicians and Nigerians expect a miracle. This same government has sacked striking doctors. |
Please i have some questions? Did he give each one of them 28 million or he shared it among all of them. Where is the picture of the house given to the three people? When was this road construction and how long have they suffered and been homeless before this media dressing? Why is non of the recipients smiling and rauf and the jihadist are the only one smiling? How far with the workers salary? |
pure2012soul:God bless you for this comment, you're the only one that sees things for exactly what it is. It's called a diversion. |
Sometimes I look at Nigerians and wonder why we are so ignorant yet we believe we are the wisest. |
What is it about celebrity and attention seeking? |
The problem with Heart attack is that you wouldn't know that is what you are experiencing. Nothing is going to tell you that you are having a heart attack, you are just going to feel pain, helpless and immediately going into survival mode, trying to breathe while you die slowly. |
Adesiji77:Typical nigerian response. A typical Nigerian can give you the full analysis of the problem but would start giving blanket statement when asked the solution. What is real banking? |
What nonsense. My mum is from delta state, when she passed we buried her in our private residence, 6 hours from delta state despite the noise generated by the trouble makers called urhobo people. Do they think they are going to find it easy in that place, they may not be able to bury the body today self because the taxing might reck Jide kosoko . Jide should have simply paid them off from Lagos, than carry the body to abraka where he would have to pay through his noise. Anyway in his case , they said they were never traditionally married. Those saying the kids would come to her grave side don't know what they are saying. Your mother stays in your heart, in her pictures , not in some stupid grave. Even the one in our private residence , I can't remember the time I went to the grave side. |
Not for long . Babaginda's death would signify the beginning of the end of corruption. And when he dies, the FG might be able to sweep in on some of his loot, just the way, it was done for abacha. |
Why are all this people dying? Are they trying to bail out from Nigeria ? We are in this together, nobody must die. |
sheedy407:He did not pull the crowd, he is an opening act for chris brown. Just the way Dj Khaled is an opening act for beyonce . Now imagine if his songs actually made perfect sense and was not dumbed down for the nigerian crowd. |
The funny thing here is that , most people talking have way dirtier rooms that this, most nigerians are not exactly into house decor. The room in question is not rough, he just has a lot of things going in the room, the perfumes and bags and all. And this things are all on the dressing mirror table. there is a duvet on the bed, a bag on the floor and his clothes are even neated folded in the wardrobe. the only thing that is rough is his body, Hyperpigmentation everywhere, nippple looking like he had breast fed ten babies and of course the head. adeaks:Please is a wife supposed to be a house girl? |
Apc is not a Democratic Party, we all know that, the leader is selected and all delegates are bribed, coerced |
StainlessH:Exactly. Women can fuuuck the devil and collect child support. Now tell me how much money has this guy donated to help his community. Giving birth to children at this age. |
My dear, if you were disengaged due to economic meltdown then returning to resign is a big no no, you would have blocked your severance package, stop using the word sack ,you were not sacked. If you resign, you are entitled to one month salary and if you had been paid any upfront, it would be deducted from it. Eventually you might end up owing the company if a large chunk of your upfront is not regularised. But I am speaking from the bank perspective which I had worked before. Most time in the Nigerian labor market, references are presented by you, your best reference in this case would be the boss that you worked directly with and in this case , going back to resign is completely useless. If you are disengaged, you can still make claims in the court of law for benefits and to be first reabsorbed when the company stabilizes. Find out what exactly facilitated the calling back for resignation. |
9jatatafo:I totally understand the fact that this might not add up to you. It simply called being Narrow minded. You can't comprehend that fact that situations differ from each other and must be treated as such and there is no single answer that works for all situations. You don't tell someone that is suicidal to go and do the thing he is so scared of doing. Most people advising him here are telling him based on their own perceptions of the situations. We don't have the full details of this particular situation and until then, talking to a counselor is the best option for him. |
9jatatafo:From your statements it's clear you're a novice pertaining to issues of students having problems in higher institution. My question again is do you know his parents, what if his parents are people that could cause him harm as punishment for wasting their money, or die from the shock of the sudden realization, what if upon realization all income seize and they never send him to school again. If a child cannot approach his parents then it's not just a one direction approach . |
ehimeayeni:Apologies, insult was never the intent. |
9jatatafo:Do you know his parents? Please read the topic of the thread again,he needs counsel. Everybody here is telling him to do exactly what he is so scared to do . |
Drop your number if you are on whatsapp, or your pin if you are on BBM. I work in a higher institution. or send it by mail to pennwalnut77(at)gmail.com |
Annie idibia thinks she has won the battle but she clearly knows nothing about the war. Your husband is probably hejaculating into another woman as we speak |
