Then later God gets uber pished about Pharoah Hitler pawning the Jews, so he gives Moses some cheat codes for the universe. Moses stages a massive slave runnaway and opens up the red sea so the Jews can run through closing it behind him and drowning the ancient Nazis. God lol'd.

Some other less important shiit happens, mostly composed of a bunch of f@ggots writing emo poetry about God for him to fap to.

New Testament:
God finds Mary sleeping and just sticks the tip in and drops His load. Nine months later, Jesus is born. For his 13th Birthday, God gave Jesus more cheat codes than He gave Moses, plus the rcon password for life and some CP as well.

Later, Jesus became a hardcore ska punk and trolled the old school Jews hard. They got super pished and permabanned him with a cross and some nine inch nails. The law affecting people who smoke in vehicles

In July 2009 England introduced smoke-free laws applying to vehicles.

Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland already had smoke-free vehicle legislation in place.

Smoke-free vehicle laws affect drivers, as do references to smoking and driving in the Highway Code, which also carries some legal weight.

Smoke-free laws

Company vehicles are required to be smoke free at all times if they are used:

to transport members of the public, or

in the course of paid or voluntary work by more than one person – regardless of whether they are in the vehicle at the same time.

In Scotland it is an offence to smoke in any vehicle used for work, unless that vehicle is a car. This rule also applies to vehicles from other parts of the UK.

Smoke-free vehicles must display a no-smoking sign in each compartment of the vehicle in which people can be carried. This must show the international no-smoking symbol no smaller than 70mm in diameter.

When carrying persons, smoke-free vehicles with a roof that can be stowed or removed will not be required to be smoke free when the roof is completely removed or stowed.

Vehicles that are used primarily for private purposes are not required to be smoke free.

Check your employer's smoking in vehicles policy as well – they may impose policies on smoking in vehicles that go further than the legislation.

Highway Code

Smoking is included in the Highway Code (Rule 148) as one of a number of distractions to be avoided when driving or riding.

Rule 148: Safe driving and riding needs concentration

Avoid distractions when driving or riding such as:

loud music (this may mask other sounds)

trying to read maps

inserting a cassette or CD or tuning a radio

arguing with your passengers or other road users

eating and drinking

smoking

You MUST NOT smoke in public transport vehicles or in vehicles used for work purposes in certain prescribed circumstances. Separate regulations apply to England, Wales and Scotland.

hairyman: This is simply a clear indication of the unsoundness of our lawmakers minds. How can a civilized fellow in a democratic country come up with such an oppressive law. Clearly our priorities are misplaced, or how can one explain sending a man off to prison for three years for a traffic offence when touts are roaming the street freely and rampaging to mention just a point: what has Fashola and the lawmakers done about that? There is something about US and THEM playing here. The lawmakers have become so estranged from the masses that they have no idea what it is like to actually be a civilian in Lagos. Or they probably do, maybe they do draw from LATSMA's fat wallet at times. This is demeaning, this has to be stopped, if you are in suppport of this law i can assure you that you are mistaken, you simply have not sat down to think abt it well enough. This is so oppressive it is unthinkable. For instance what has breaking traffic law got to do with forfeiting a car to the government (the said car will ofcourse become that of a LATSMA official or get auctioned off to cronies), forfeiting a car that one sweated to purchase. What happened to fines, what happened to probation, what happened to the numerous options available.
If the Governor signs this into law then he has descended to a new low, Fashola is a man i respect but this is unacceptable. Lagosians be wise

^^^where are the road signs? last year january I was driving with a friend somewhere in Shomolu. The same road we existed into in less than 20m had mysteriously turned to a one way street. The road is behind Ogbogbi Hospital. No sign board just police men and lastma ahead, the flagged us down and told us then and there that we were on a one-way street, we apologized (not wanting to get into unnecessary arguments and where about reversing back to the appointed lane which was less than 10m from the roadblock when the LASTMA official said we must go to the council office. At the end of the day the police men where the ones telling this thug to let us be.

As long as they have baboons enforcing the law then just get ready for extortion extraordinaire.

In 5 to 10yrs, Lagos will be finished for good. The migration that Lagos used to enjoy but to which they now shun will stop. There will be no more companies in Lagos as most will be forced to relocate to other cities given the high tax regime. The state cannot bear the infrastructural development not because of the lack of money but for the lack of the right leadership coupled with greed and corruption et-al Tinibu style. Other cities will spring up notably from the southeast (Uyo, Calabar and Port most likely) with the development of deep water sea ports. The FG has refused to invest or allow investment into these areas for a while for only God knows why but my haunch is because of the northern cabals who are afraid to give the southeast a direct access to the sea and by so doing create further avenue for further industrialization of that region.

The main problem with Lagosians (to which I was equally guilty of) is that you think that Nigeria revolves round and depends solely on your city. That is total BS. Lagos has benefited more than it's fair share in terms of FG revenue. If you are so proud of third mainland bridge know that it was the FG that built it. If Lagos is so rich why then hasn't Fashola built a fourth mainland bridge? The maintenance of that bridge is currently being carried out by the Ministry of Works and not the Lagos State government. The longest road project LASG has carried out was a mere 50km one lane road which cost approximately a billion per kilometer and is currently the only tolled road in Nigeria.

Ask yourselves Lagosians, If truly you are not getting a raw deal.

in Europe, the laws are not argued or debated because the laws were made for the people and are accommodating. if you break it you must pat the price. hardly do they break the law because they made the law. here in Nigeria the leaders and law makers are distant from the true reality plaguing the average joe and don't seem to understand that our society is more conducive in producing criminals than having pple respect the law an become positively contributive to society

Only true Lagosians i.e. (those born and brought up in Lagos and not neccesarily ethnic Lagosians to which I am partly of from my mum's side) Love to Hate Lagos.

If you have spent a better portion of your life in Lagos and eventually find yourself living in another city anywhere on the planet, you would appreciate how useless, rundown, and uncivil Lagos is.

This law is a testament of bad leadership, it is a throw back to military styled draconism. Rather than check why Lagosians ply one way streets, which is as a result of poor planning and lack of viable transport infrastructural development, these clowns believe they only way forward is by punitive means.

Don't get me wrong, driving against traffic is comparable to public defecation in broad daylight, but knowing the thugs currently in employment in LASTMA, they will use this new law to extort people out of their vehicle ownership.

I can't even remember how many times I had had encounters with Lastma when I was still in Lagos. At one point on return from Abuja, I was scared to drive on Lagos streets to avoid their extoortion.
