As i said in this thread https://www.nairaland.com/1003391/stupidity-yoruba-race yorubas are tribalistic hypocrites! 1 Like |

Fhemmmy: ram, perm sec is an appointment just like a minister or whatever, she was appointed a seat and as such is the only firstlady in the history of Nigeria with a paid job. |

State Government Perm. Sec or Senator. When Tinibu stole a seat from Lagosians and gave it to his wife where were all of you anti-patience? Is Patience the only first Lady we've had? When Turai was busy running this country through bribes and avarices where were you haters? How about Mrs. Abach and Mrs. Babangida? Where they not more larger than life when their husbands were in office? Just say you hate the average Ijaw or south-south individual. 1 Like |

GROWING THE COCOA BEAN From Seedling to Tree < Farmers grow cocoa trees on small farms in hot, rainy environments, mostly in areas near the equator. Cocoa is a delicate and sensitive crop, and farmers must look after the trees, making sure the trees are protecting from the wind and sun. Such care is particularly important for younger trees, up to four years old. Cacao seedlings are often sheltered by other trees, like banana, plantain, coconuts or hardwood trees. Seedlings take a few months to grow before they are ready to be transplanted. Once the trees are established, the farmers must fertilize the soil and watch the trees closely for signs of distress. With careful care, most cocoa trees begin to bear fruit in the fifth year, although some cocoa trees can yield pods in the third and forth years. A cocoa tree reaches peek production in approximately 10 years and will continue producing pods at a high level for an additional 12-13 years. It is not uncommon to find trees 30-40 years old, still producing pods. Bearing Fruit Cocoa farms are awash in color. Young cocoa leaves are large, red, and glossy, but darken to green when mature. Moss and colorful lichens often cling to the bark of cocoa trees, and in some areas beautiful orchids grow on the branches. Thousands of tiny, waxy pink or white five-pedaled blossoms cluster together on the trunk and older branches. But only three to 10 percent of these blossoms will mature into full fruit. The fruit grows as green or maroon pods on the trunk and main branches. Shaped like an elongated melon tapered at both ends, these pods ripen to a golden or sometimes scarlet hue with multicolored flecks. |

The SW will be a bastion of envy just like Dubai once they start planting cocoa. Cocoa is better than oil money. They built 3rd mainland bridge, Abuja and all the crooked billionaire politicians on cocoa money before that evil oil was discovered. The north just wants to farm groundnuts thats what boko is preaching, they want nothing to do with oil money. They even got rid of another oil rich enclave in Bakassi cos they did not want the corrupting vice of oil affecting Nigeria. Bakare hates evil oil money and the "animals" that live on the oil land. End oil dependency. Declare Odua Republic Now. Tinubu will be the first life President!. |

Bakare should keep his mouth shut on Niger-Delta affairs. If the people are tired of being part of the assembly called Nigeria they have the right to opt out. |

Techwriter: Bottom lime is that the more traffic you drive the more people patronize you and the more money you make. Most members are inactive or either have more than one registered account owing to bans. Bans have led to a sharp increase of late due to the heavy handedness of the newly commissioned mods especially that daft idi0t sexkillz on romance section. Seun does not delete you from the registers list or blocks your IP or whatever machine you use to log on . This is a ploy he uses to have a large user population but no one is buying it. There are sites out there that have more traffic than facebook in the U.S. but they get little or no advertisement owing to the anonymous posting modes. Advertisers need to have a demographic in the back of their hand inorder to know where and what to market. NL will slug behind because it patterns to no specific theme owing to several boards and also the anonymous user posting. |

Jarus: It is not a funny advert. Land in that area at 150m asking price is not entirely a misnomer. He knew what he was saying, it's the land, not the house will i be able to drill oil from my lot? its not a realistic value, only corrupt politicians can buy this property or con men bankers who have been inflating property values for their own side-kick returns and also to boost their banks asset value. In Abuja houses easily top 150mil and have even seen a property going for over 2billion. crazy as hell but way better than anything in Lagos. 1 Like |

OK, it seems I need to break it down for you guys. The document at first glance looks like a normal business prospectus but on page 34 the tone becomes more narrative of future events as if it was in the past. The document was issued on MAY 2010 but discusses disasters in 2012, 2014 and 2015 in the narrative. Did someone invent a time machine? Is the internet that time machine? Come to think of it bandwidth are nothing more than coded binary messages that bounce of satellites. All radio messages generated since the advent of that technology are currently continuing in their propagation deep into space which is (in which direction you want to look) is either the past or the future. Looking into the sun is looking 9minutes into the future. Looking at some stars at night is peering into the past as some of these stars are myths (since they have long burnt out and all we see are the echoing light rays from their original location) Is this document (as obscure as it may appear to be at first glance) designed to communicate and with who? |

This article http://www.rockefellerfoundation.org/uploads/files/bba493f7-cc97-4da3-add6-3deb007cc719.pdf was first printed in May 2010. Go to page 34 and be shocked. Devastating shocks like September 11, the Southeast Asian tsunami of 2004, and the 2010 Haiti earthquake had certainly primed the world for sudden disasters. But no one was prepared for a world in which large-scale catastrophes would occur with such breathtaking frequency. The years 2010 to 2020 were dubbed the “doom decade” for good reason: the 2012 Olympic bombing, which killed 13,000, was followed closely by an earthquake in Indonesia killing 40,000, a tsunami that almost wiped out Nicaragua, and the onset of the West China Famine, caused by a once-in-a-millennium drought linked to climate change. |
