But Efcc keep arresting yahoo boys but cannot arrest these bank fraudsters abi? It simply tells you that all arrest Efcc made must be credited to whistle blowing.

That picture is the same picture I saw on a news of criminals trying to burn down a police station. Does it mean same person commited both crimes?

They should find out the real reason for such attempt coz there must be one.
