Then i heard my sister was undergoing this same INEC training, my dad called me and asked what i thought about it.

i am a Christian with so many friends. Muslims, traditionalists and Christians. i noticed one thing this year, i got fewer muslims wishing me merry Christmas than me wishing them for any Eid. i call my muslim friends on eid or send them text messages. so one of them tried her best to wish me, this year then she said "happy celebration". I was quick to correct her, i told her it is Happy Christmas, if you can't put it that way, don't say it to me. After all yoi have never sent me wishes before and i have constantly done that for you for 5 years now.

I still have few of them who sent me wishes but the truth is that, muslims are more intolerant towards other faith. No be joke

You are only praising Oshiomhole because he is from Edo North. I feel like slapping you for mentioning Bini but on a second thought, you might just be suffering from inferiority complex as you guys are inconsequential.

This project was a major project during his tenure, now see how it has collapsed. He spent huge resources and collected loan because of this project, yet it didnt even last up to one tenure after his own, only to divert the money to fund the his so called University. Does this not tell you how deceptive the guy was? Then I was always saying he was deceiving us but people would point at his work, some of which he wasn't the one doing the projects. I agree Igbenedion was terrible and that's why many of you see Oshiomhole as a good man but with time you all will know the truth.

Help me tell them...this guy dug the whole Benin and didn't do anything. He completely destroyed from evbuotubu to Uwelu with that project. Today people can't access their homes because of an abandoned project. Few years back that project killed somebody in evbuotubu. Till date i don't see what they have done with Queen Ede Gully site, He collected another loan dere again. Edo state is heavily indebted because of that man. inflated contracts and mismanagement of funds were the other of the day...

war is good business. in war, weapons companies make profit and corrupt politicians make money also. There is always a coporate side to every war. i watched that video and i saw Boko Haram fighters in uniform like their taliban counterparts in Afghanistan. They had RPG's and they had trucks and other war equipments. You see, the government approach to fighting these Boko guys is obsolete. By now we still depend on neighboring countries for 90% of information concerning BH activities in their countries. By now our secret service and military intelligence should be sleeping in Chad and Niger republic. Where do Boko boys get their trucks, who supplies them ammunition, who gives them uniform. Even though the ISI of Pakistan has its fault she is dreaded in dealing with terror cells in the country. The war on Terror is different from conventional warfare. Please Edo Deputy governor is not a Muslim. He is a Christian. Edo north is not also predominantly Muslim. We have 6 LGA there and large chunk of Muslim population is in the 3 etsako LGA and very few in Owan east. I can say the Muslim population in Edo state should be 20-25%.

Yhea I made sure I read the whole thread before making my own comment.

Talking about millions, I made my first million at 21 and that was just last year. I actually made $10k (3 mill+) doing affiliate marketing. The thing is, I barely set my profit aside cuz i didn't make the whole thing at ones and I was always re-investing. I think my best months was 1k+ and I started with earning $200 in January. It was actually cpa and of course I learnt it from nairaland at first before I started reading from other forums. Funny enough, I spent a lot of it on family and I also purchased a landed property from there (lol, my mom been asking me to start building on it but I understand she doesn't know much about business). I was in my final year last year.

This year I've even completed my service. I've made more than I made last year but I'm trying to test some traffic sources. Testing and testing dey chop my money but this time I tried to have some savings in my account (over a million) and I also have some money parted for investment.

Like my mates, I should be looking for employment after nysc but most employment offers I see do not just attract me. The payment offer is always too small compared to what I earn myself doing little works. Im just gonna put more time into my internet marketing business and diversify into more models, move out of family house, and write some professional certificate examinations. Maybe with more qualifications, I might find offers with better payment or I don't even have to look for any job at all.

this affiliate marketing, is it only for those with blogs or how does it work

Well let me start from the south, it will be a thug of war between Okowa and Ogboru. The Urhobos want it badly, Okowa has perfomed badly but will Delta North throw away their 2nd tenure. PDP is deeply rooted in Delta State and as far as i know, James is still in PDP, his loyalist are everywhere in the state and he controls them. Another factor that will make Okowa win is the Aladja-ogbeijoh communal dispute. Ogboru is known to be a UPU hard core supporter. The Ijaws in Delta south would be weary of making him governor, at least Okowa is friendly to them.


Rivers Election would be bloody as usual, but i expect Wike to come out victorius. He is a dogged fighter and he has his people supporting him. Rivers is PDP.

Akwa Ibom is a 50-50 thing. The Only state in the south south that Apc has is Edo, most persons in Akwa Ibom would not like to join that statistical data but the Akpabio factor would play.

APC doesn't stand a chance in the South east....they are likely to loose Imo state.

Taraba state would likely play a religious card in who becomes the state governor. Can the Christians keep Ishaku to defend them against herdsmen or will the Muslims get their man into power to become the first democratically elected muslim governor of the state.

As for the Other states i can't say much....I believe the APC rigging machinery would be out stretched so its capacity to work in many other places would be difficult. This would allow the PDP hold ground it states where its already in control of.

Set out your goals and get to know what it will take in terms of finance, time and skills/knowledge to reach where you want to be. Then set to work. You need to be mentored and you need to focus. What are you planning to do now? What do you do with your time? What about in NYSC? What do you plan to do with your time during service?

made my first 200k last year and i almost ran mad. since then i have been trying to get a million naira but i am so family oriented that i like taking care of my family even at my own expense. i will be graduating next year and i want to go into Oil and Gas sector. i want to learn anything there but the companies for such are not located near me.
