Never exchange your 4922A for any strong decoder. 4922A is so far the best of all strong decoders. We don't know what future holds for us. In the world of FTA, decoders which don't accept biss keys are the useless of all decoders. And that renders 4940 almost useless. From experience, all FTA channels which show big live matches are locked with biss.

Talenty is right.AIT with its ever present volume issues is hardly a station to dedicate a whole dish to.Although they seem to have a couple of interesting soaps and drama, the nagging high and low sounds whereby viewers have to constantly adjust their TV volume is really a pain. And to think this problem has been around since inception of that station it makes you wonder.

I asked this question simply because someone told me on an online forum that with this Conical Scalar Ring and Supermax or Pauxis Cband LNB on a 90cm dish, i can get IRIB Tv3 clear and stable anywhere. How true is this? And i also want to ask, whats the difference btwn Offset and Prime focus dish?

Gurus in the house come to my aid o. After lightening from thunder affected some of my gadgets weeks back, I discovered that my Amos 5 stopped working. It has not shown signal since then. I recently tried to track it again after changing the disec as advised by an installer. Till now no show. Bad signal. Kindly update me with the accurate tracking TP for Amos 5 ku band. Thanks. @odilibe, what is frequency of gotv, since the startimes decoder's frequency range from 420 to 850 just approximated, i think it should recieve it, for example, dstv decoder use to scan all those chinese channels on eutelsat 36e which is not part of dstv package.

Latest on hispasat
Yesternight was able to hit hispasat again here in Ghana but because of space constraint I couldn’t leave dish on that bird
I only got few tps on hispasat 1D beam
12380 V 27500
12303 V 27500
12226 V 27500
With highest tp being 12380 V @ 56% on SRT 4669XII

I used digisat 2 way with cut feedhorn and 12380 V was 50%, then I modified with fuji and got 56%
Am planning to get the Twin LNB MTI AP82-XT2N 0.2dB High Gain Low Noise and will update the house soon
