@George d long time i have install my 4mt viber but up till now i cant receive mbc nile sat but i got 12130 v27500 @70 and many more transponsder also my hotbird is 70 i also have badry fox movie but no mbc i gues mbc is no go area for us again in lagos

unfortunately frequency 12130v27500 is still on nilesat 102 mena beam not nilesat 201 beam! which means that you are not getting nilesat 201 mena beam in lagos!

"amiko alien2 Linux ..doesn't work like that on Hotbird in-fact it won't do anything on hotbird that a normal receiver will not do!

just to let you know!The lnb feedhorn is convertible ..that is feedhorn was removed for prime focus but can be attached back for offset use..though inverto black works better on offset dish..

from test done performance of strong single lnb not too bad after-all...

the lnb on this pic is strong product lnb its 500# here in my area.its the normal one use for joy tv and mytv,infact its the lnb that comes with mytv receiver

it should be single lnb right!I am sure digisat will beat it flawlessly.. it will be fun to do comparison test ..I will post findings 2morrow!

George D , sammu, odilibe , all my fellow members Is telstar @15 west can be received and which easy tp one can be use and also can astra 19e can be received on 2.4m pan dish.

I couldn't get Telstar 12 with 3m..not 19east ..

OK give me the brand name of the lnb you are using on the fiber 2.4m..I want to compare it with digisat/inverto black etc!

am using the offset dish for badr but with a strong product lnb,i need a good lnb for the offset not prime focus,am using the prime focus for irib and amos,but my main focus is in the 2.4 m,the first dish in the picture

"A long neck lnb will do the job to have more room for adjustments"the offset dish focal length is suspicious..but inverto twin offset is good on high band frequencies!

But one thing about those low cost lnbs is that the lnb db should be 0.1,0.2,03 db or minimum is 0.1db for good result.

"if the lnb specification is correct,conversion gain of an lnb is not negligible" an lnb with 0.2db noise figure and conversion gain of 65db..will perform better than an lnb with 0.2dB and gain of 55dB on fringe reception! where noise figure is not always correct and it is variable on some frequencies!

looks the lnb is struggling to be at focal point..get a long neck lnb! performance of the dish..should be better than at least 3meter prime focus antenna!

@odilibe, the kodi tv i installed on my system is not showing me any channel, all the ad-on channels is not installing, even the supported file that i downloaded and put in flash drive, is not working, and i followed ur instruction but it is not working, pls kindly tell me step by step on how to go about it may be using my email, graphicicon8@gmail.com , remember i have good internet connectio and am using window 7 ultimate on my laptop.

you have to click on the addon and wait for the enable notification!let me check if the file is working I will get back to you!

George D, dats great, wanna know the type of lnb i can also try to enjoy fringe satellite although you have a massive five meter, mine is just three meter, there is this tp on hotbird which has foxsport, men which lnb i never buy, iverto utra, red extend, fuji gold etc this stubborn tp na wahala, the signal strenght fluntuates badly though i know the bigger the size of your dish the more signal you pull in, any suggestion on the lnb to use

"most lnb(s) are almost even on frequency exceeding 12000Mhz" while inverto ultra/red is not good on PF dish!
..then the 250ma mti lnb(good on horizontal) will consume more/all of the power from the sat meter in a couple minutes...hahahaha!

..it is a steady stream ..depends on your internet speed..may require update sometimes then go to navi x menu on kodi app to download latest updates..all sports channels is there and live EPL..

here is a guide on installing navi-x addon for free iptv...
first of all download navi x script 4.0 repositories from this link...below

when the download is done transfer the zip file to usb stick then open kodi 14.2 installed on your pc...the usb i where you can easily locate the file...put usb stick to the pc

open kodi application...select system
go to the addons...
select install from zipe file
navigate to where you save the zip file..that is removable disk..then click
wait for addon enable notification on bottom right of the pc...
navix is now installed...

Note must be connected to the internet to install addon.
