Really, Seun never cared to improve this site. A whole lots of folks was complained then that he need to do something to improve this site from various thread but he never cared. What a pity!!!

This group seems to be very quiet lately , either there are not too many people waiting or we just may have learnt the waiting game of IRCC. They really taught some of us "patience".

I was just wondeing if anyone else is waiting for decision , any July applicant in the house still waiting? Below is my profile since submission, nothing else

Good evening guys, please my sisters was given admission (Master of Data Analytics) University of Niagara Falls Canada. The previous student advisor was very good and patient with us and was carrying us along on how to go about with everything, but he was recently changed and my sister was given another student advisor. When we told the new student advisor that we are ready to make our tuition deposit, he insisted that the school won't give her LOA even if we make the payment this September, that we need to wait till January 2026 before making our deposit as that is when the school will be able to give her the LOA. We explained to him that Canadian Student visa processing time ranges from 2 - 4 months for Nigerians and with such timeframe that she might not be able to meet up as her program is starting April 2026, but he kept insisting that the school won't give her the LOA (Letter of Acceptance) even if she makes the deposit payment this month (September), that she will need to wait till January to get her LOA and the said new student advisor have refused to state the actual reason for this delay.

Please guys I want to know if there could be any reason for this delay.

You can withdraw your PR application and apply again when you can only use experience outside the one you didn't mention initially. You need to stay consistent. I think you will be fine as long as they haven't acted on your current application and flag it. But if they flag it before your withdrawal then it could be a big problem so I think

Lol no. I’m a nurse. Got first diploma in 2014, I was 20 years. Got 2nd diploma 2018 at 24 years. Bsc was for 2years got it in 2024 from UK university. I dont need to serve. I have always worked as a nurse since 2015. Never searched for job.

It is the bias we have to deal with as Nigerians, sometimes you see an identical profile from an Indian getting approved. The fact of the matter is that we are expected to provide more funds than others yet when the funds are provided, and the provenance is genuine they still deny the application with silly reasons like " there are concerns that the funds will not be available".

Definitely you can. But let me point out one downside to this configuration.

If decoder A is on and you decide to put on decoder B, and each are in two different satellite channels. Then the signal to decoder B will not come up.

But if decoder A and B channels are on the same satellite position . Both channels signal will be stable.

For example you are watching Joy TV @28.2 degree on decoder A , and someone else decides to watch MBC2 @42.5 degree east through decoder B. The signal will not come up because there is a conflict.


However, if the two decoders will not be on at the same time, it works or if both decoders will be on the same satellite channels, it will also work as well without any conflict.

So it boils down to how comfortable the person using feels about it or ready to make that compromise.
