As it stands today Igbo political leaders due to their selfish interest don't want to have anything to do with Nnamdi Kanu, but here is Orji Uzor Kalu who has braved the odds to show solidarity concern for the release of Nnamdi Kanu, some of you say because he is in APC I ask which other political influence do you expect him to use other than his new party APC ??

If Nnamdi Kanu is jailed for life nothing would happen to Nigeria, which ever way what matters most is for Kanu to be released and ist doesn't matter who gets the glory. At least for once let's appreciate someone's effort.

If i understand what i read in this article very well, the young boy is a real Chief?how is that even possible?you guys should pardon my ignorance, as everyday we learn.

I must admit, i do not understand how the Eastern Culture works, but in most cultures in Nigeria, Chiefdoms are bestowed on mostly older people who are not only accomplished in life, but have contributed to their society in an immense way.

And even in some Cultures, there are rites of passages, and some secret initiations that has to take place to be honoured as a Chief. And that is why i am puzzled and confused here.

Can anybody be kind enough to educate me on how Chieftaincy titles are gotten in the East?

By the way, the sweat on that guy's body on picture 7 gives me the creeps. I am trying to imagine how those standing close to him could breathe, it is as if he took a shower right there.

Chieftancy title is given to someone who has done something unique or extraordinary or someone who has impacted positively in the the lives of the community from which the title was given. Though rare but it can be given to a very young person so long as the person in question met a particular criteria i.e. Unique, impacted positively and the likes but it is the sole prerogative of the Igwe or Eze . He gives to whom he pleases

Governor Ayodele Fayose, Chukwu gozie gi. As an Igbo man I wish Fayose can rule us in Alaigbo. Our own Igbo leaders are effeminates, just like Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Enugu state who was crying like a sissy when the Fulani Herdsmen decimated his people at 042. There is no PDP politician in Igboland that is as vocal and proactive like Fayose. Fayose is the face of opposition Politics in Nigeria. I hope the PDP will nominate him as the parties Vice Presidential candidate in 2019. We Igbos need leaders like Fayose, infact Fayose rule us in Igboland in Jesus name.
