CultureRe: Can You Allow Your Kids Learn And Speak The Dialect Of Your Place Of Origin? by odumchi(mod): 12:38am On Sep 17, 2012

I couldn't have said it any better.

A typical example is Indian hemp smokers. They only understand languages relating to Indian hemp. When an Indian hemp smoker is talking, his spirit can automatically tell him to shut up and he will obey. The same Indian hemp spirit can equally order him to pull off his clothes and go Unclad
This Indian hemp analogy is hilarious! "Indian hemp spirit" indeed!

Chimaaba: Salut.

Would someone be willing and graceful to assist me to put the following into Igbo - as a gift for my father?

Father you have fought well!
As a child I looked up to you,
But I am now a man, so I walk my own path and make my own decisions.

Because of you, I honor our ancestors and love my people.
I will follow your example, and serve Ndi-Igbo.
Here you go:

PoliticsRe: Why Can't FG Take Over Food Production ? by odumchi: 5:37am On Sep 14, 2012
Agriculture in Nigeria isn't taken seriously. Most farmers are still using primitive equipment and outdated farming methods are still practiced.

However, strides have been made to increase food production in places like Ebonyi, Enugu, and parts of the Middle Belt.

MsDarkSkin: odumchi, about my proposal. wink
What you're doing is like telling a king to hurry up and die so that you (the prince) can inherit the throne. Lol.

Personally, I've noticed that you are an active and appreciated poster in this section and we're grateful for your contributions. Just keep on doing what you're doing (and try to avoid trouble) and if a position comes up, you can then approach it confidently.

That's the best that I can say.

Not to scare you away, but it will require a lot of time, hardwork, and dedication.

If you want to learn the Igbo language, I would be glad to support/direct you however I can.

somalia4: i didnt even say the N word once. am so disapointed in you. The standards in this place are slipping. You can ban once you show me your high school diploma, cause your definition of trolling is much diffrent than mine.

I dont remember nigerians being this weak in hearing others ideas. Times have changed.
Just to make it clear, none of your accounts, except for your previous, one were banned in this section; meaning I wasn't responsible for your ban.

We have a strict policy against trolling (which includes but is not limited to): purposely derailing threads, attacking members, and posting unauthorized pictures. Anyone of these actions warrants a ban.
