It's actually against their rules for a person to operate two accounts at the same time.

If you are in lagos, i will advice you to visit their office. They will surely pay you the money but this must be after you close one account(This is where the problem might come, but if you can meet an inside senior staff, the person can speed up the process)

Don't try to withdraw again, cos if you keep trying, they may freeze both accounts till a board meeting will sit and decide your fate. Just stop talking about It and pursue the issue codedly, be also ready to bribe(from the winning money o) to get your cash. Don't allow it to reach the Board cos they may delay up to ayear before paying you

You can either come clean with them, or you can tell them you lost possession your previous sim and opened another account since you couldn't login

Have you verified your bvn and dob? If yes, it's clashing with your other account, if no, go to ME and verify. Alternatively, be withdrawing bit by bit till your done. If that doesn't work, chat cc tell me to reset your bvn/DOB that you made a mistake by inputtin a wrong digit when submitting ur bvn. When they reset it, use another person's details. (dis worked for me last year when i had kyc issue)

Then you need to contact their costomercare ....its on google and their website...I think it is customer.nigeria@sportybet.com or so...I was ask to provide my mens of identification e.g nin or international passport and I think a copy of my bank account statement in the last 3 month which I got from my bank app and sent it to them via email after 30 mins or my account was allow to withdraw..

please I created a payoneer account about month ago. But I cant make payment to other payoneer users despite sending over 700 usd from upwwork to my payoneer. I sent the money at intervals about four times. But each time i click on the option to make a payment I get this message, below.

Please what's the solution to this, I need to send money out. how much cash do I need to have to be able to use this feature, I wonder why payoneer is giving me vague response regarding this issue.

A guy lost about 1.5m winnings because he opened double accts with same details.

I think he closed his first acct and later opened another one using his formal details.

Bet9ja failed to give him his winnings, they only gave him 100k which they claim to be the total amount he has lost on the new bet acct.

That 100k was his compensation.

That is part of their policy unless you are a very frequent gambler...e.g you deposit 1k in a new sportybet account and play 2 odd thereby winning 2k...your withdrawal will be less that your deposit or winning which is like 100 to 400 naira...but the more you keep staking ( deposit and willing) only not withdrawal...your chances of withdrawing limit will be boosted
