Crime / How Do I Sue The Nigerian Police? by ofofoCEO(f): 6:02pm On May 26, 2016

Good evening family, my roommates and I were wrongfully arrested by the NG police based on a tip by our caretaker whom we are not in good terms with. We just bailed ourselves to the tune of 400,000 (100k each). How do we get back at the Police or the care taker legally?
Note we are ordinary students of a federal university.

I do understand. Just that you will lose more by hiring a lawyer. Besides the case will be thrown out of court and both parties will be asked by the judge to go and reconcile their differences. So don't think about it

Good afternoon house, am an undergraduate of one of the Federal Universities and due to some circumstances I am in a tussle with my caretaker who is very despotic and autocratic (to all his tenants).
As I write, my room has been locked by this man illegally without notice since yesterday morning.
My last rent expired Jan. 31, 2016 and I feel I have a right to a 3 months quit notice at least. Please house advice me on what to do, as I am in a dilemma (my things are locked in the room and my final year exams are ongoing).
Please advice me on legal things to do.

Note: we have an unwritten agreement that I will pay him this month.

Nigeria is on the verge.... We are on a very thin rope.
The economy is terminally ill.
Infrastructures are dilapidated nationwide.
There is insecurity in every corner even security ops now go about their duty with bone cracking fear.
There are agitations from our brother across the Niger for breakup so they can move to their promised land.
Corruption has crippled almost all sectors, with almost all Nigerians now corrupt... Show me an incorruptible Nigerian and I will buy you two bottles of your best drink.
This is not what we had in mind when Azikiwe, Awolowo and Baller our heroes past signed the independence charter.
Am forced to ask, Nigeria how long can we hold out? sad
