forgiveness: Complaining about low patronage or loss profit?
I travel on that train recently on 4 occasions and I can tell you the train is always filled up. Stop relying on rumours.
Your point is rubbish. Let those trains increase their fares to generate profit, and you will see all those passengers disappear.
Businesses exist to generate profit.
The simple fact is that easterners are better business people and have what it takes to run the Nigerian transportation sector profitably. The SW and their Fulani allies are running Nigeria aground.
sageb: @OfoIgbo Where have you been? It seems you are no longer claiming our Ibani -Ijaw people of Bonny and Opobo in Rivers State that they are Igbos? Are you tired and have accepted the reality that they are IJAWS?
Since the Igbo ruling class of Ubani, whooped the fake AMANABO of Finima, there has really been no need for me to reestablish the fact that Ubani is peopled by souls of Igbo descent.
Benin people also trying
I'm so happy to see Benin doing well.
My Benin people I hail Una. In spite of all the Muslim rigging in the 25th February election, you stood firm to vote to change in the person of Peter Obi.
When Obi eventually emerges, Edo state must never ever be forgotten
kunle4toyeyaho: Did MC oluomo threatened to invite a proscribed group? The other man did. So, the 2 scenarios are different
While I see that Igbo leader as an idiot and an Nnamdi Kanu sort of fella, who shouldn't be allowed anywhere near Igbo leadership, for performing cheap and polulist stunts,. I believe MC Oluomo ought to have been detain also after he threatened an ethnic group for daring to want to vote, and some of those they deterred were killed, by high is now a murder case
laiperi: You ran away from them there to a safe secured location here. If you do not feel protected there, what make you think you would be protected here?
Lagos is not safe for the Igbos since MC Oluomo and Tinubu started instigating attacks on Igbo.
So Igbos have nothing to loose in inviting any outfit that can protect them
Kobonaire4: LP didn't win the election. They came third, which in a way was expected.
APC lost, but ended up winning because 1) LP, NNPP and the G5 , all factions in a way of PDP, split the oppostion vote 2) APC stayed united despite opposition within the party to Tinubu. 3) most African elections are lost by the opposition when they are divided 4) rigging does not explain how APC lost the three K states, Lagos, and even the FCT and Osun....and a swathe of the middle belt, and even part of the North east 5) Obi did not campaign well and hard enough, and did not reach out to the Muslim north, and inadvertedly made himself the christian candidate 6) APC and PDP are like Cocacola in terms of advertising.
But rigging explains why Tinubu did well in Lagos, Benue, Rivers, Bayeslsa and Obi did badly in Rivers, Bayeslsa, Benue, Ekiti, Bauchi e.t.c.
Also Tinubu made himself the Muslim candidate of this elections, by sidelining the millions of northern Christians and choosing a VP with bokoharam sympathies.
You also have to realise that Obidients are made up of people in all the major parties, which is why Obi was able to win Lagos, Plateau, which are states controlled by APC
Kobonaire4: All in all, the agitation for Interim government shows that people are angry with APC led government
The harsh truth is that more people voted against the ruling party than for the ruling party. The ruling party won because the opposition vote was divided. They should sit up and do better...
The ruling party won, because they rigged it.
LP won that election, that's why a military government or an interim government will be better than a Tinubu government.
Agbakoba should also know that there is no provision in our constitution for an undemocratically selected government, like what Tinubu is trying to attempt. That is the main treason.
Supremos: We don see your type on nairaland, the we "SS" wannabes.
You've left your Brown roof Oshogbo to come claim we south South.
We know how Yorubas fight, they don't have the metle to confront Igbos alone, their only hope is to play up civil war sentiments and hope that northerners will back them up and try to Instigate fears in the heart of minorities in SS that Igbos want to take over their land.
We know Yoruba already. For onces man up and confront Igbos alone let's see how far you guys would fare
They are irredeemably cowardly. They always seek partnerships before confronting Igbos.
Kewtt: Igala people occupy Nzam, Inoma, Owelle, Ukwala, Ala, Odomagwu, Udi, Igbokenyi, Igbedor, Onugwa and Odegbe in Anambra state but they have never been governor, deputy governor, commissioner or anything in Anambra’s political space.
It's time to correct the wrongs of the governmental composition of the Anambra State... The igala man and woman are bonafide indigenous people of Anambra State and deserve the chance to partake in governance in Anambra State.
The unhealthy and unethical marginalisation must stop 🛑
IGALA:THE PLIGHT OF IGALA PEOPLE IN ANAMBRA STATE BY VICTOR O EKELE.
lgala is an ethnic group In Nigeria with over ten million population as of now. The home of the Igala people is situated east of the river Niger and Benue confluence and astride the Niger.
The Igala people shares boundaries with the Igbo's(ibo) people at the south, Idoma at the east, Benis people at the west and Ebira people at the north.
The Igala people are found in Kogi state with 55 percent of kogi state population and also found in Anambra state, Enugu state, Edo state and Delta state.
The Igala people which are found in the Anambra west are mostly Mmiata Anam, Umuoba-Abegbu Anam, Umuenwelum Anam, Oroma-Etiti,Umueze Anam, Umudora Anam, Umuikwu Anam, Inoma-Akator, Nzam, Igbedor and Iyiora Anam all from the family of Ogbe the descendants of General Ajida, a notable warrior of Idah origin(Idah is traditional headquarters of Igala kingdom) Ajida is the father of field marshal Ogbe who was married to Iyida.
The family of ogbe and other Anambra west villages. Anam, Anako, and Akpanam people have recently neglected their real tribe Igala which was the language they were speaking originally as their mother tongue before the Nigeria civil war.
As a Igala tribe in an Igbo state, it is very difficult because Anambra state government has made it compulsory for all the school to speak igbo(ibo) language through out which sometime makes it difficult for Igala young ones to speak Igala.
Igala people in Anambra west are making a lot of mistakes now because some of them are giving Igbo's names to their children rather than Igala names. They know that they are Igala people but the Anambra west generations of youths does not really knows who there are rather they thinks they are igbo because most of them bears Igbo names.
The history of Nzam are traces back to descendants of General Ajida, a notable warrior of Idah origin who came to the town. Ajida is the father of field marshal Ogbe who was married to Iyida. He was the first settler of the present place Ogbe area of Anambra west.
In my interview with a man called chinedu Idoko an indigene of the land. I asked him about himself and his tribes and also his names. This was his replies, "my names is chinedu Idoko, I am an Igala man, but I bears igbo names while my father names Idoko Atama an Igala names. I was given the names after the Nigeria civil war in in 1971."
Speaking further to chinedu: Why are you people in this Generation doesn't want to give Igala names to your children again? "I don't know maybe it is because we are living in Anambra an Igbo state. But we still speak our Igala language as our mother tongue".
Most youths in Anambra who are bearing Igbo names and some times are not living in Anambra west will thinks that there are igbos not knowing there are Igala people. Their land has lack development and government neglection. The only roads that links their town is not something we might talks about because it is not good.
They are the least undeveloped area in Anambra state lacking many facilities after my research.
Nzam people must know their origin and try to preserve their origins before it dies off.
An advice to Ogbe family of Anambra west. Stop given your children Igbo names and teach your children how to speak Igala.
Do you know that the king of Nzam originally was called Ide of Nzam. Which means the Guardian of Nzam people. Ide means Guardian in igala not igwe now they are calling them. This article was written by Victor O Ekele in 2016 for united Igala Nation
No Umu Nri person has ever been a governor in Anambra also.
This issue has to be addressed. I am not pleased that this fact was not highlighted in your trash above
Christistruth03: It was IPOB that brought Terrorism to Lagos by attacking it during Endsars
nnamdi kanu and ipob have been engaged in a hate Campaign against Nigeria and Yorubas since endsars
audio Of nnamdi kanu ordering ipob to destroy BRT Buses and lagos 49 mins kanu gives Ok to destroy brt buses 52 mins TVC is on fire 1 hour 13 mins kanu orders ipob destroy every FG building 1 hour23 mins kanu Orders ipob badagry attack every Military location in the night.
Well, IPOB did not destroy Lagos, and IPOB had no intention of basing in Lagos, until MC Oluomo's latest terrorism against Igbos.
And btw, Tinubu unleashed his agboros on peaceful ENDSARS protesters that had a lot of Igbos in it, in the intial stages of the protest, which was when the protest started turning slightly violent.
So Tinubu and Oluomo and Sanwoolu initiated the violence against Igbos.
The simple fact is that anyone that attacks Igbos will very likely attack SS people, simply because SS and SE people tend to have the same political outlook on issues.
That's why they tend to vote for the same presidential candidates.
Yorubas will knowingly attack Ijaws, Edo's, Ibibios,. Efiks e.t.c.because they are likely to be OBIdients.
My sympathies to our Ijaw sister nearly killed by Tinubu's Yorubas
Were Yorubas targeted in Bayeslsa for elimination? The answer is a resounding NO.
But in Lagos, Tinubu's Yorubas were targeting easterners, and telling them not to interfere in Lagos politics. The same Lagos was built with SS resources
This poor Ijaw lady was almost blinded, yet Yoruba idiots are employed as managers in SS oil installations.
It is time, those Yoruba oil managers are sent packing.
I'm happy our SS siblings are gradually seeing the depth of wickedness in Yoruba hearts. They are no friends, but wicked opportunists
