Buckeyemedia1:A northern muslim is still the president, so the next dispensation should have a southern christian. Christians cannot be out of Aso rock for 16 years. It ain't gonna happen |
Buckeyemedia1:The painment is real ![]() |
Larryhoover:You obviously haven't finished your Almajiri school. So you didn't read where they insinuated that Obi won the election and got 25% from 2/3 of the state and Abuja? That is exactly the basis that gives him a strong footing to seek being declared the winner of the february 2023 presidential election. |
TheNiceGuy:Totally different from the one sent by legendhero, that only showed one of the alternatives. PO is a father in court issues |
2mch:He didn't go to any mosque because he is not a muslim. But his running mate did it. Datti canvased for votes in a gathering of muslims. |
2mch:That proves nothing, because Datti has also told muslims in a mosque to take back their country. That doesn't mean he is stating that the nation is only owned by muslims. In the past, Peter Obi also admonished the youths to take back their country. That doesn't mean the country only belongs to youths. In the past, Peter Obi also admonished women to take back their country. That doesn't mean the country only belongs to women. You have no point whatsoever |
LegendHero:Mr Uzoukwu, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), argued that the president-elect “was not duly elected by majority of the lawful votes cast at the time of the election.” From the above, it is clear PO's team has enough evidence to nail Tinubu. They obviously have evidence to prove that Tinubu's INEC assigned votes are fake. SIt down. Relax and enjoy the legal fireworks. Obi is about to deconstruct Tinubu legally. |
Amazoner01:Mr Uzoukwu, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), argued that the president-elect “was not duly elected by majority of the lawful votes cast at the time of the election.” This is a clear indication that they have enough evidence to prove that the votes assigned to Tinubu by INEC, were not lawful votes. Let not your heart be troubled. They got this well covered |
Beremx:Don't give up at all. The PO legal team know exactly what they are doing. You have to realise that INEC only gave the LP lawyers access to the election materials just a few days ago, and the legal team had to file something before their deadline for filing cases run out. I'm sure that as I write, the LP machinery is sieving through the mountains of evidence, and may yet attach evidence of electoral fraud, once they identify enough. At the moment, I am pretty sure LP can prove massive electoral fraud in both Rivers and Lagos state presidential election exercise, but they have to bring in more fraud cases from more states, and that will not be difficult. Remember that this is not the first time Obi is facing such an obstacle. These people know the process. Tinubu's team is worried now. Trust me. |
9jatriot:Soludo was one of the first people to try and give the Obidients an ethnic colouration so as to undermine Peter Obi's growing national popularity. Igbos will remember that forever. Moreover, the states that Obi won were reduced to just 12. But Soludo was of the opinion that Obi will not win any state outside the SE. Additionally, Obi possibly won the election which is why he has just filed a petition at the tribunal. Soludo never in his wildest dreams, predicted tha Obi will have a bright chance of winning. |
Another take on what is currently happening. Yorubas are being taken advantage of, by the powers that be, who are threatened by the coming revolution. The response of the Igbos, will make or mar an envisaged New Nigeria. Please watch the clip https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ZdA6kiPweI |
EeyanMayweather:But at the same time, Yorubas do not want true Lagos indigenes to be in control of their political space, which is Lagos. That is why practically only non-Lagosian Yoruba governors have ever done two terms in Lagos since 1999. The true indigenous Lagosians have been so wickedly relegated and impoverished in their own state |
Jokerman:This upcoming legal battle is a part of preparing the grassroots for his 2027 re-election campaign ![]() |
LegendHero:Atlanta is a totally illogical comparison. Igbos make up 35+% of Lagos, and on average, are the most productive migrant ethnic group in Lagos. Igbos in Lagos, are by far, more productive than Yorubas in Lagos. What this means is that two things will happen if igbos relocate elsewhere 1. A huge chunk of the population will be gone, thus reducing the potential market, that Lagos currently is. 2. Huge tax from this very productive set of Nigerians, will no longer accrue to Lagos. These taxes will amount to tens of billions of naira in a monthly basis. Believe me, Lagos will feel the pinch. The bite will be severe. |
StreetFight:Was Jakande an Igbo man. To the best of my knowledge, he's the first Nigerian to describe Lagos as a NO MAN's LAND. Why now blame Igbos for claiming that Lagos is a No Man's Land? Igbos are even calling for indigenous Lagosians to assume the governorship of Lagos state, instead of foreigners from neighbouring state, usurping a role that should rightly be played by a true Lagosian. Iragbiji is not in Lagos. The only major Igbo politician that ever wrote that Lagos is a No Man's Land, is even an APC member. I'm talking about Orji Uzor Kalu, Tinubu's political padypady.. Please list the names of Labour party Igbo politicians that ever claimed that Lagos is a No Man's Land? |
shigishege:Unknown gunmen are coming to Lagos, so it makes sense for the Igbo spare parts dealers to relocate to the east. The spare parts dealers may even be helping to fund the UGM sojourn in Lagos ![]() |
helinues:It won't work, because the Igbo population in Lagos, which is currently sizeable, will deplete to the extent that such businesses may no longer be lucrative in Lagos. Let's not even talk about the fact that Igbos have a practical monopoly on these businesses, and you will have to be referred to the Igbo dealer in Nigeria, even if you try to contact the foreign sources. ![]() |
bcomputer101:Get out of here!!!! No one gives a crap about your votes. BATstards can be spotted miles away. Bottomline is this. Every Igbo man and SS person will not be counting for Lagos in the coming census. Hopefully businesses will start setting up their headquarters elsewhere to ensure a steep dwindling of Lagos monthly monetary accruals. When you thugs were intimidating Igbos and others, ensuring they did not vote, where were you? True OBI-dients are really in the SS, SE and NC. You people have proven what you are all about, in the past few days. Thankfully, Simon Ekpa has talked about setting up shop in Lagos. Deal with that. Some of your guys doing gra-gra now, will very shortly have contents of their brainbox splattered all over the streets of Lagos. Their gra-gra will soon disappear. That is the language Simon Ekpa and his people speak very well. I have never been a fan of Simon EKpa, but on this one, Yoruba tribalists invited this coming calamity. Enjoy |
LegendHero:SE, SS and NC business men will also be encouraged to have their head offices in their states. That will cut down certain financial accruables to the Lagos state coffers. This one will bite well well. Billions of naira that Lagos gets every month, will disappear overnight. ![]() |
Wagwanbrethren:Shettima will only be taking over, the payment of the stipend of the Lagos state agberos |
Wagwanbrethren:That's a good start by the Obidients. In a few weeks' time, we expect Tinubu to also declare that HE's OUT |
The thing about the OBI-dient movement that he spearheads is that millions of APC members are Obidients Millions of PDP members are Obidients And of course, millions of first-time voters and youths are Obidients. He is the most feared politician at the moment, as one tweet from him can get millions of people to the streets. That is what Tinubu is fighting hard to undermine.. One thing Tinubu forgot is that the core of the Obidient movements are the SS, SE and NC. The SW is just a secondary level group, so all his tribalistic moves in Lagos, will not seriously dent the Obidient movement. Obi is in court. Obidients will keep an eye on the court proceedings. Their response will come after the court proceedings and rulings made. |
noleflendum:Well for a start, Igbos know you have no intention of making him a president mainly because he is Igbo, so Igbos can destroy him. |
November1857: |
noleflendum:Soludo was one of the people who tried to undermine Obi, by making Obi's campaign an Igbo affair, which it wasn't. Igbos will remember that, and will destroy him politically. That he knows. |
helinues:Not according to election observers from developed countries. Obi is in court. The behaviour of Yorubas in the past few days, will feature prominently in the attitude of Obidients, should the judges try and give any wuruwuru judgement in the Peter Obi case that is currently being looked into, by the election tribunal. You are definitely not out of the woods. You are rather in more danger. Let's wait and see how things pan out |
