sucess001:But we all know that a man that cannot carry his party's flag is more than 8 years older than OUK. I expect Tinubu to be nearly 20 years older than OUK |
First of all, Tinubu is more than a decade older than OUK. And OUK is one of those Fulanized Igbos that want Igbos to consider him their leader, all to no avail. No doubt from time to time, he backs policies that Igbos want, but he is mainly a Fulanised Igbo, that gave Fulani terrorists a huge expanse of land, as a hiding place for Fulanis causing havoc in Igboland. |
kahal29:All the points you are raising are simply highlighting the fact that you have to look at his economic policies holistically. And you are obviously still prescribing the Tinubu economic blueprint which has destroyed the Nigerian economy. You cannot keep doing the same thing and be expecting different results. Peter Obi is an employer of labour and I am 100% certain he is consulting with eggheads in economic strategies, before going public with his pronouncements. When we have greats like Pat Utomi, Muoghalu and possibly Soludo and Iweala, looking at his economic strategies, and being alright with it, that's good enough for me. Let me give you a practical example of what your criticism is like. Let's imagine that someone is seriously injured and is brought to a hospital. The following course of action could be prescribed for him 1. Assign him a doctor 2. Clean his wound/injury 3. Use antiseptics to keep microbes at bay 4. To make it heal fast and prevent aggrevation of the injury, we cover it up with a plaster and bandage it. You then come around and tell us that to make it heal fast, we need to do other things instead of covering it with a plaster and bandaging it. But the real point is that all the points from 1 to 4 are necessary for the injury to heal fast. You have to consider everything as a whole. Don't just pick a point, and start giving us the downside to that point without first considering every point made, because they may have taken care of the concerns you have about point 4. |
seunmsg:LP's achievement in Ondo is far better than Tinubu's economic blueprint that has totally ruined the economy of the nation. LP in Ondo did not bring in a terrorist as their governor. LP in Ondo also did not cause the naira to crash. All these negative achievements have only been achieved by Tinubu |
seunmsg:But PDP has won the presidency before, so Tinubu should not be preoccupied by the ambitions of a so-called social media party. Tinubu brought in a terrorist in 2015, and gave the economic blueprint that has impoverished the nation. He is the major cause of the suffering and terrorism that Nigerians are enduring. |
Don't worry. I'm certain that once campaign starts, Obi's people will remind Nigerians that Tinubu's economic blueprint has been sustaining the Buhari government. The people will be made to realise that their current suffering was initiated by Tinubu, who brought in a terrorist as a president, and handed him the economic blueprint that has impoverished the nation and put the nation at the mercy of terrorists |
kahal29:No, you have to take him on, on every economy point that he has ever made, including drastically cutting down on the cost of government. Everything he has ever said with regards to boosting the economic health of the nation are inextricably interlinked. You cannot just criticize one point in isolation, without taking the other points in consideration. I'm sure he still has more economic policies to dish out as we head to the electioneering season. I know in the past few weeks, he also talked about stopping the dollar jamboree of politicians who have no known means of earning dollars, to the detriment of investors and businessmen who are employers of labour, but are denied access to dollars needed to run their enterprises, thereby forcing millions of people to the unemployed queue, which inevitably leads to government being denied taxes from people forced out of employment. Vicious cycle. The Bottom line is that Obi is head and shoulders above Atiku and Tinubu. I will trust Obi to also increase power generation in Nigeria to boost business productivity and reduce expenses. And he will bring in the best hands. Cronyism and nepotism will die down |
Obinoscopy:The law probably only applies to political parties. Not to campaign organisations. I can assure you there are a million and one ways to beat that aspect of the constitution. Those that drafted it left huge loopholes that can be exploited |
oyatz:If you are living with your dad and he feeds you well and you grew into a plump tall boy, but all of a sudden you now live with your mum who doesn't feed you as well as your dad, you may grow thinner but you will not grow shorter. Buhari had ruled Nigeria in the past, he didn't make Nigeria the largest economy in Africa. It was in GEJ's government that Nigeria became the largest economy in Africa. A bad government taking over doesn't necessarily mean Nigeria will loose the largest economy label that easily, but Nigeria will loose in other ways e.g. Naira is now trash. Inflation has skyrocketed, unemployment has now grown to unacceptable levels and companies are now failing, and terrorism is now witnessed by all the regions of Nigeria. If things carry on in this same trajectory, some African countries will start catching up with us and overtaking us within the next 10 years. |
drlateef:When Pa Fasoranti's daughter was killed by Fulani terrorists, Tinubu defended them, asking sarcastically, where are the cows? Tinubu is a known defender and apologist for Fulani terrorists. |
oyatz:That's because GEJ, Okonjo Iweala, Arunma Oteh and Peter Obi made it so. We all know Tinubu and Buhari don't have what it takes to drag Nigeria to that enviable height, after all, now that Russia and Ukraine are fighting, the incompetent duo have not been able to take advantage of the situation to further accelerate the growth of the Nigerian economy. Everything is getting from bad to worse. |
drlateef:Ipob was created in 2012, but Fulani herdsmen terrorism started before then. And to make matters worse, Tinubu backed a Fulani terrorism supporter in the 2015 and 2019 elections, and has always defended Fulani terrorists that have been killing and raping Yoruba women and men, |
drlateef:Esn was created in late 2020. Tinubu's Fulani terrorists have been killing and maiming for much longer than that. Try another line |
TheNiceGuy:BATstards everywhere God forbid BATthing |
drlateef:Gej only spent 5years as a full fledged president. In the fifth year of Buhari's presidency, he also never completed the second Niger bridge. So you don't have a point here. Tinubu and Buhari's major achievements in Buhari's first five years as a president, was Fulani herdsmen menace and both individuals were working hard to defend Fulani terrorists who were killing, raping and torturing indigenous peoples. Let the campaign cycle begin, I'm sure more will be revealed. |
drlateef:Oh, you are getting your information from Fashola who has proven himself to be one of the most incompetent ministers. This was the same guy that boasted that a serious government will solve our electricity issue in six months. Nearly 8 years down the line, I am even typing my message in darkness. Thank God Peter Obi went to Egypt and was told how corruptly, Fashola is running the power ministry. That is the reason Nigeria is still generating just the same 4,000 megawatts of electricity after many years of being a minister. You wrote about Nigeria having money during GEJs presidency, the point is that Nigeria is also supposed to have more money now that the war between Russia and Ukraine is raging with the higher cost of oil and gas, but the very disastrous Tinubu's economic blueprint coupled with the massive oil theft being carried out in this regime, have hampered Nigeria from generating the much needed cash. GEJs government would have taken advantage of this war to even do better than they did. In this situation, Fashola, Tinubu and Buhari have been handed a golden opportunity by the war, yet they are still here, talking crap and giving excuses. |
drlateef:Nwokem, you're obviously a greater dunce than I imagined. Google is your friend. Nigeria became the largest economy in Africa during GEJs presidency. This happened sometime within the last one or two years of his presidency.. Okonjo Iweala, Peter Obi, Arunma Oteh were running various aspects of the national economic life, when Nigeria attained this glorious position. And Nigeria's economy was growing much faster then, than now that Tinubu's economic blueprint is being implemented |
drlateef:When was this GENCO deal brokered, and when was PDP voted out? So PDP can effectively argue that they didn't have enough time for their policies to work, with r garden to the GENCO deal. But APC and Tinubu's economic blueprint has had nearly 8 years and everything has gone from bad to worse including electricity. Let us also not forget that Peter Obi was part of the team that made Nigeria the largest economy in Africa. You can't beat that. |
drlateef:Obi only joined PDP after his APGA governorship. He left his governorship position sometime in 2014, and then joined PDP some weeks or months afterwards. Obi was an adviser to Jonathan and was a one-time SEC DG. It was while Obi was in Jonathan's government that Nigeria became the biggest economy in Africa. A feat not achieved by any Nigerian government since the independence of Nigeria. What that means is that Obi showed competence. People like Ngozi Okonjo Iweala, Arunma Oteh and Peter Obi are the main reason Nigeria leapfrogged Nigeria and Egypt to become the biggest economy in Africa. Meanwhile, since 2015 that Tinubu's terrorist became the president, Tinubu's economic policies has seen to the destruction of Nigeria\s economy and the impoverishment of the Nigerian citizenry. |
drlateef:GO & VERIFY https://guardian.ng/news/fg-states-using-tinubus-economic-policies-says-adeosun/ https://thewhistler.ng/tinubu-brain-behind-nigeria-s-economic-recovery-template-adeosun/ This coming election will not favour propagandists. Tinubu has some very massive questions to answer once the campaign cycle kicks in. |
drlateef:Jagaban's economic policies have destroyed Nigeria. Adeosun made it known that the Nigerian economy since 2015, was being run with Tinubu's economic blueprint. So Tinubu will not be able to rescue Nigeria. He is principally the reason Nigeria has gone to the dogs. He cannot give what he doesn't have |
Yoruba1stson:Fixed |
Ebi2233:Dream on.. The Urhobosb and Igboids are the largest ethnic groups in Delta state. |
So put simply, he had to bribe each of them with N300,000 Rented crowd |
femisplash:But the imams allowed him to sit on a chair, while others sat on the floor. Tinubu also actively looked for a MUSLIM northerner as his vice. He rejected the idea of choosing a CHRISTIAN northerner, thus showing a huge bias against the Christian faith. Shouldn't this be your concern? |
Tinubu and Atiku will be dodging the nigga like crazy now |
Rozross:Tinubu's economic blueprint has destroyed the nation. Since 2015, Tinubu has shown us his economic expertise and it was admitted by a Yoruba finance minister that Tinubu's economic policies were being implemented. So Tinubu has no record to run on. His economic record has been disastrous to the nation. |
Let the 10 leaders he raised, vote for him then. And btw, who are his leaders meant to lead? Stone? What this really shows is that Tinubu does not care about the followers that are following the leaders that he raised. |
ceede2:But Tinubu honours gatherings where MC Oluomo can be found. He's obviously more comfortable in the midst of thugs he can buy with his ill-gotten wealth than attend gatherings where he will be rubbing minds with fellow presidential hopefuls in ways to better the lots of Nigerians. This time around, Nigerians will not give anybody that easy ride. So that if he gets elected, he will deny ever promising anybody anything, just like the current terrorist president. If he is scared of Obi, he doesn't deserve the presidency of Nigeria. |
Onucs:Nnaa see me see me trouble. I nearly fell off my chair laughing when I saw he gave Tinubu up to 6%. What a joke . He is a real comedian |
So Tinubu can head all the way to South Africa to jamboree, but couldn't attend the NBA conference holding in his own Lagos. What an unserious presidential candidate. I am expecting him to maintain this same behaviour of avoiding platforms he should take advantage of, in announcing his policies to Nigerians, in preference for owambe parties. |
