12 noon is in 3 minutes time. Na waa ooh |
GuyWise101:GEJ only served one term. Idiotic Nigerians didn't give him a second term, so it will be unfair to blame him completely, for any lapses |
Why don't they have video clips? Why just still pictures. I saw the walk in Ikeja and there was less than 400 people in Obafemi Awolowo way carrying out the march. Please ignore these Tilumbu fraudsters. |
Alabo7978:Ngwa people didn't just come to Bonny. Ngwa and Ndoki people are the Igbo people that originally populated Bonny. It is mainly because of these two Igbo sub-groups that European explorers rightly wrote, after speaking with the natives, that Bonny was first people by Igbo people. In fact, a European explorer wrote that Ibani people claim Ngwa descent. So you can try and hoodwink anybody with all these latter day Ndoki Ijaw lineages. You will have an impossible task linking Ngwa into that tale, and Ngwa people don't exist in Rivers state, where you can usually start applying those your history-twisting antiques, and hope it filters through, to Ngwas in Igbo states. Now again, no one is more adventurous than Igbos. Igbos set up settlements more proficiently than other people. Ijaws just go to places settled in, by other people and resettle in the coastal regions of those places. A few years down the line, they start claiming they own the coast, because they do a lot of fishing. As I wrote earlier on, you will have an impossible task uprooting the clear facts, noted by unbiased European explorers who rightly noted the fact that Igbos peopled Bonny first. We know these Igbos are Ukwa-Ngwa people. Otherwise known as the Ndokis and the Ngwa people. |
I can think of a few Anambra communities that will match or even beat Abiriba in grand homes. But I must doff my hat to Abiriba, as according to this clip, their sons contributed and constructed Abiriba roads. That is something worthy of emulation. If Tinubu's Iragbiji is nowhere near Abiriba in terms of homes, serenity and foresight of the indigenes, Tinubu does not have what it takes to govern people whose villages look like Abiriba. Alabo7978:You big hurdle is that every ancient book already has it that the first settlers in Bonny were Igbos. You also still have to explain away the Ngwa contingents of Bonny and the fact that most of the Abia Ndokis see themselves as Igbos, and it is only Ndokis in non-Igbo states, that have been confused into taking other identities, or chiefs that can easily be bribed. Are Ngwa people Ijaws also? Why did every explorer of the olden days make it clear that Bonny people are Igbo people? |
Alabo7978:After many years of Ijaw governments in Old Rivers state with their brutalisation and indoctrination and bribing of some Ndoki elders in Rivers state, what do you expect. Your major problem is that Ndokis in Abia still see themselves as Igbos. To make matters worse for you, Ngwa people, who are also a major contributor to the first settlers, see themselves as completely Igbo. You have a mountain to climb |
Their achievements have left a lot of Nigerians so breathless, they are now six feet under, which is where breathless people are usually found |
naptu2:Someone should tell this nigga, that Obi no dey give shishi. You want him to pay you off, so you can go selling to your bosses that Obi bribed you to step down. Iyasikwa |
voltron14:You should be blaming Obiano. He was obviously a very useless governor. Of course I am happy he managed to construct the International airport that was conceptualised during Obi's administration. |
ochejoseph:Someone should tell this househusband that what Peter Obi meant was that 60% of the employees in that company are Anambra indigenes. |
This na my opportunity to beg for a ministerial post, when he is sworn in. I hope he doesn't reject my verbal application ![]() |
Sowore seriously campaigned for the enthronement of Buhari, who was already known as a despot following his treasonable and illegal dictatorship in the 1980s. In spite of Buhari's awful human rights record as a military dictator and someone that committed high treason against the federal republic of Nigeria, Sowore supported Buhari's emergence as a civilian president. The same Buhari that Sowore helped bring into power was responsible for killing innocent Nigerian youths during the #ENDSARS protest at Lekki tollgate. I wonder why Sowore will forget the log in his eyes and be seeking to drag out a speck in the eye of Obi. In Obi's case, he is not supporting Obasanjo so that Obasanjo will be made the president. Obi is not campaigning for Babangida for Babangida to be made a president Neither is Obi supporting any presidential bid by Enenche. These are private citizens supporting Obi, so I fail to see the wrong that Obi did. This is clearly in contrast to Sowore's action, who actively campaigned for someone that carried out high treason against the nation to become a ruthless dictator, to come in and kill ENDSARS protesters as a civilian president. |
Condolence message to the family of a Boko haram suicide bomber |
Doyin Okupe handpicked the Lagos state coordinator. Doyin revealed this fact, in an interview he granted Arise TV this morning, so you can go and ask your Yoruba brother why he chose a non-Yoruba man as the Lagos coordinator Meanwhile you still have to explain how Yorubas fraudulently made it into that list as SE people, thus denying Igbos a few slots View and weep from 11:19 minutes https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JbfFXN-uktg&t=3s |
YorubarLord:Doyin is right. Since Buhari bought those new trains, Nigeria\s debt profile and skyrocketed. Nigeria is today, in a deeper economic sh#t since Buhari bought those new trains. Cut your coat according to your size/ |
Reno Omokri will definitely not like this |
Akponmfet:Fixed |
These are the same hypocritical ani......s accusing LP over two Igbo names
Meanwhile they are not even talking about the two Yoruba names in the LP list that are masquerading as SEners, thereby giving the SE a bad name |
Ttalk:Yoruba Christians will massively vote for Obi for the following reasons. 1. Obi will restructure Nigeria 2. Obi is more likely to take the herdsmen menace morre seriously, than Tinubu who will be pandering to his northern masters 3. With Obi, Yoruba christians are guaranteed of a Christian ticket holder, and are more likely to get the listening ear of a Christian president, than Tinub and his Boko-Haram vp. 4. Obi wil run the Nigerian economy better than Tinubu 5. Over the past few days, it has been revealed that Obi was a better governor than both Tinubu and Fashola, judging by globally-accepted indicators, put together by a neutral body. 6. Another related point is that there are more SS and SE people residing in the SW, than SW people residing in both the SE and SS. Their votes will favour Obi. When you combine their votes with the SW Christian votes in the SW, I expect Obi to easily scale the 25% threshold of votes share, in the SW |
Aiel123:Tinubu will not get up to 10% in any SS or SE state. At the same time, Obi will get more than 25% in every SW state |
BennyDGreat:But the constitution places him in charge of the economy, so it will be difficult not to associate Osibanjo with the woeful economic state of the nation. |
BennyDGreat:But Osibanjo is constitutionally in charge of the Nigerian economy, and he has really performed woefully. GEJ's administration has proven to be head and shoulders above Buhari-Osibanjo government There is no way Osibanjo will be in the same level as Muoghalu, who has led a number of UN missions to work on different countries, and also was a high ranking personality in the CBN. He is also educationally of better stock than Osibanjo also. One thing is for sure. If Moghalu was the vice to Buhari and the head of the economic wellbeing of the nation as the VP, Nigerian economy will definitely not be in its current deplorable position. I prefer Moghalu over both Obi and Osibanjo, to be honest with you. |
Offpointng:. Osibanjo is not more handsome than Obi. My preference would have been Prof. Muoghalu, because of his stellar educational achievements, eloquence and physical presence. He would have been Nigeria's most handsome president |
successmatters:A very probable point. He possibly now needs to quadruple the fees also |
successmatters:That would have obliterated Tinubu's budget projection for his presidential campaign. He has to pace himself financially, so he can make it to February.. If he had paid more people to rally all over Lagos, Tinubu's campaign would end by late October |
Abdul05:This is just one venue. They need to replicate this same crowd in up to 6 locations in Lagos simultaneously, just the way Obidients did theirs last week. Obi is way ahead of Tinubu in Lagos |
I hope they are having these rallies in 5 -7 locations just the way Obidients did theirs last week. They cannot just do a rally in one area and start claiming they shut down Lagos. Tinubu's people must organise these rallies in multiple venues, otherwise they are seriously underperforming |
Christistruth00:You obviously are not aware of what happened earlier on this year in Bonny. These Ijoids tried to install an AMADABO in a chunk of Bonny territory, an action that was clearly perceived by the real Bonny indigenes, including the royal family of Bonny, as an attempt to whittle down the Amayanabo's power as they see him as an Igbo man. Of course, the Amayanabo and his people dealt seriously with the situation, and real Bonny indigenes followed it up by releasing a press statement, making it clear that they have Igbo ancestry, while also conceding the fact that some Ijoids also settled around the Finima area of Bonny. |
AlexBells:The bolded is 100% unacceptable. Igbos will not be rewarding any landgrabbing back-stabbing moves. It is more justifiable to reward people who didn't try to expropriate our ancestral territories than those who did that. For Igbos to give up Bonny, Ijaws will have to provide an admirable piece of territory in exchange. But it is unlikely the royal household of Bonny will ever agree to severing their links with their Igbo blood relatives, neither will they be willing to have their land, considered a complete Ijaw territory. So the best option is for Ijaws to remain in their territory and let Igbos of Bonny and Opobo be. Of course, Igbos realise that there are non-Igbo people in those areas, so they will have to be well accommodated, so that they don't feel like aliens overnight. |
Christistruth00:The fact that they are bilingual means they had to learn a second language. I am telling you that Bonny and Opobo people speak Igbo as their first language. Some of them are being cajoled and forced to learn languages that are foreign to them. Those languages are English and Ibani |
EngrKemp:Nwokem, you can bleat all you want, Bonny and Opobo will remain Igbo terrtories till thy kingdom come. Some Igbo territories still use OBA as the title of their traditional rulers and they still relate with their fellow wider Igbo communities. Igbo remains the number one traditional language being spoken in both Bonny and Opobo. The first attachment clearlys shows that 1. The lineage of the traditional rulers of Bonny, is Igbo 2. The middle class and indigenes of Bonny are of Igbo descent. 3. The slaves were also chiefly Igbo. But of course, we know that Ijaw cannibals, Ibibio and Edo slaves will also be there So basically the first attachment clearly insinuates that the slave traders in Bonny were Igbos. That will make sense, because Aro middlemen are much more likely to deal with their fellow Igbo Bonny slave merchants that spoke their language. The second attachment clearly shows the true map of Igboland and drawn by Basden, decades before Nigeria was created. I know Ijaws have great respect for Basden and his opinions regarding the Niger Delta. Please further have respect for the map of Igboland that he drew These your land-grabbing won't work. People are just keeping quiet. At the appointed time, you will know you are biting more than you can chew.
