Come and collect it nah.

You think Tinubu who boldly faced President + Vice President + Senate President + Party Chairman and CBN Governor COMBINED and flogged them fears una ?

Shishi he wouldn't pay.

He's not like Peter Obi who fled PDP primaries out of fear. Or Ojukwu who ran away in his wife's bikini. grin
Tinubu didn’t 'face' anyone, in case you don't know, he cut deals behind closed doors. That’s why the country’s broke while his inner circle keeps cashing out. If that’s your idea of bravery, maybe we need more ‘cowards’ like Obi who actually understand governance and accountability

And as for Ojukwu, at least he fought for something greater than his own pocket. Can your hero say the same?
CultureKano Asks Nigerian Govt To Pay Compensation For Cancelling Durbar Festival by Ofunaofu(op): 3:59pm On Jun 08, 2025
The Kano State government is demanding compensation from the Federal Government for cancelling Durbar celebrations for two consecutive years in Kano.

Alhaji Tajo Uthman, the Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, made the demand on Sunday, when the Emir of Kano, Alhaji Muhammadu Sanusi II, paid the Sallah homage to Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf at the Government House.

According to Uthman, the state had suffered huge financial losses due to the suspension of the annual cultural event, saying that it traditionally attracts local and international tourists.

He explained that the Durbar is recognised by UNESCO as a heritage event, stressing that during the festivities, Kano generates substantial revenue from both foreigners and visitors from across the country.

The commissioner stated that the economic impact of the cancellation has been significant enough to affect the state’s annual budget.

“The Federal Government must take responsibility for the economic impact of the cancellations and compensate the state accordingly,” he stressed.

He added that it is time they demanded reparation for the losses incurred and called for the immediate resumption of Durbar celebrations in the state, describing the cancellations as regrettable.

PoliticsBenue: Name Politicians Behind Killings, Stop Blame Game – PDP Challenges Alia by Ofunaofu(op): 9:40pm On Jun 07, 2025
The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has asked Benue State governor, Hyacinth Alia, to name the politicians he said are behind the killings in the state.

The Benue chapter of the PDP, in a statement on Saturday, accused the governor of engaging in a blame game over the killings.

The opposition party was reacting to Alia’s comments during a live interview on Channels TV, where he accused Benue political office holders in Abuja of being behind the insecurity in the state.

PDP, in the statement signed by its Publicity Secretary, Tim Nyor, described the governor’s allegations as an attempt at political escapism which is not only irresponsible but also dangerously distracts from the urgent and substantive measures needed to address the crisis.

The party it views such reckless scapegoating by the governor as deeply disheartening and counterproductive.

“It is important to note that Benue’s security challenges are not in isolation in Nigeria. Neighbouring states such as Plateau and Taraba face similar threats, yet their governments have shown a more responsible approach by acknowledging the security realities and taking proactive steps to address them.

“Conversely, Governor Alia’s focus has been on blame-shifting, alternating between accusing Abuja politicians, foreign invaders and other scapegoats, instead of confronting the root causes of insecurity.

“We must ask: Are attacks in Plateau, Enugu, Taraba, or elsewhere solely attributable to Abuja representatives? Or is Benue being unfairly singled out in a political witch-hunt?

“The truth remains that herdsmen attacks in Benue predate Governor Alia’s administration, just as they did during the tenures of Governors Samuel Ortom and Gabriel Suswam. ”

According to the PDP, previous administrations recognized the threat and called it by its name – attacks by armed herdsmen – without resorting to reckless blame-shifting.

The party noted that it is disconcerting that logic and reason seem to be absent from the Alia administration’s approach to insecurity.

“Instead of addressing the fundamental issues, the governor’s rhetoric is marred by distractions, false accusations, and propaganda.

“Benue’s security challenges must not be dismissed or sacrificed on the altar of political expediency.

“To insinuate or outrightly claim that Abuja representatives are sponsors of herdsmen terrorism is not only irresponsible but a dangerous misdiagnosis of the problem,” the statement added.

PDP added that such reckless assertions by the Alia administration will surely undermine genuine efforts to address insecurity in the state.

The statement stressed that while the governor may enjoy immunity from prosecution, he must be reminded that the Abuja politicians he maligns do not share the privilege.

If he genuinely believes his claims, he should present comprehensive security reports to the relevant authorities for appropriate action rather than resorting to baseless propaganda.

“The PDP urges Governor Alia to abandon the politics of blame and focus on concrete, inclusive, and responsible security strategies. Genuine leadership at this critical time requires honesty, responsibility, and a unifying spirit: qualities that are vital for a leader who also bears the moral responsibility of a Reverend,”
the statement added.

Christianity EtcRe: Bishops Reject Calls For Emergency Rule In Benue by Ofunaofu: 9:24pm On Jun 07, 2025
The bishops should take a leading role in calling for a state of emergency to be declared in Benue State, given the complete breakdown of law and order. The state is currently being overrun by armedy and non-state actors.

The recent statement by the Governor, in which he accuses certain politicians in Abuja of contributing to the crisis, indicates that the situation has become overwhelming and beyond the capacity of the state government to manage effectively.

Politics30km Lagos-calabar Coastal Road: Why Is The Tinubu Administration Lying To Us by Ofunaofu(op):
An exposé was published by @Objectvmedia after they went on a tour of the coastal highway.

According to @Objectvmedia, the tour was prompted by the need to verify whether 30 km of the coastal road had truly been completed, as claimed by the Tinubu administration and corroborated by Reno Omokri. Omokri stated that he drove the entire 30 km of the recently commissioned Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway and even claimed he was at the 30 km mark with Prof. Wole Soyinka.

It's important to note that this is a 750 km coastal highway project initiated by the Tinubu administration. According to the administration, 30 km of the highway has been completed and was commissioned by President Tinubu on May 29.

However, observations suggest that the full 30 km have not been completed. In fact, there is uncertainty over whether even 20 km have been constructed, contrary to the administration's claims.

This raises the question: why would the government lie about the progress of an ongoing project?

Was it necessary?

Was the Tinubu administration in a rush to showcase a "completed" project, realizing it has been in power for two years with little to show?

PoliticsEid-El-Kabir: Emir Sanusi Treks Over 1km To Lead Kano Eid Prayers by Ofunaofu(op): 9:57pm On Jun 06, 2025
The 16th Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II, on Friday walked more than 1 kilometer on foot to lead the Eid-el-Kabir prayers in Kano.

The monarch, who opted not to ride a horse, trekked from the Kofar Kudu Palace to the Eid prayer ground at Kofar Mata, where he led the two-rakat Eid prayer.

It would be recalled that during the Eid-el-Fitr celebration earlier this year, Sanusi rode on horseback, a traditional practice, which unfortunately led to an attack on his entourage on their way back to the palace, resulting in the death of one person.

Recall also that the joint security agencies in the state had insisted that ban on all forms of sallah durbar activities in the state is still in force due to security threats.

In his sermon after leading the prayer, Sanusi urged residents of the state to intensify their cooperation with security agencies in the fight against rising insecurity, particularly the growing menace of thuggery across Kano.

The Eid prayer was attended by the Deputy Governor of Kano State, Comrade Aminu Abdussalam Gwarzo, the Secretary to the Kano State Government, SSG, Umar Faruq, members of the State Executive Council, traditional leaders, and thousands of Muslim faithful.

Meanwhile, on his way back to the palace, the 16th Emir, Sanusi was driven in his vehicle and was accompanied by a large crowd of followers on foot.

Lere Olayinka is an example of somebody the Yoruba people refer to as “a ri teni moo wi, a f’apaadi rabata bo ti e mole” which translates to
“somebody whose pastime is to accuse other people endlessly and covers his own misdeeds from the prying eyes of others.”
Some of the crimes committed by Lere Olayinka include theft, burglary,
libel, blackmail, examination misconduct, multiple and mind-boggling fraud, embezzlement of public funds, peddling falsehood, churning out hate speeches and sex scandals.

Lere Olayinka used to be a cobbler in Lagos where he stole his brother-in-law’s money and also confessed to sitting for an examination for his wife at the Nigeria Institute of Journalism, Ogba,Lagos.

Lere Olayinka’s claim to being a journalist is bogus and non-existent as he has no certificate or academic qualification to back such claim. He is an impersonator, period.

He was a dropout at the Nigeria Institute of Journalism, Ogba, Lagos where he failed to complete a diploma course and any certificate he is parading to back such claim is fake as such can only be procured from Oluwole, a Lagos Island neighbourbood notorious for producing fake documents.

Lere Olayinka attempted to remedy his academic deficiency at the Ado Ekiti Campus of the International Institute of Journalism but he wanted to use his former position in government to railroad the authorities to issue him a certificate without attending classes,
writing tests and examination a request that was rightly turned down as such certificates are not sold in the open market!

Lere Olayinka fled from Lagos only to land in Akure, the capital of Ondo State, where he committed some crimes while working with Mr. Tunde Alade, the publisher of the now rested CLASS Newspaper and a lawyer and human rights activist, Mr. Morakinyo Ogele including using his position to blackmail innocent people to extort money from them.

During this period, Lere Olayinka stole a printing plate that the production crew wanted to use to produce copies of CLASS Newspaper in a bid to corner all the proceeds from that production to the chagrin of Alade and Ogele.

It is also on record that Lere Olayinka during his Akure misadventure broke into the law chambers of Ogele located on Oyemekun Road, Akure and stole N250,000, a fact that is in public domain and verifiable by anyone who wishes to investigate same.

An impersonation case hanging on Lere Olayinka’s neck was his villainous bravado of posing as an elected lawmaker in the hallowed
chamber of Ekiti State House of Assembly in November 2014 during the screening and ratification of nominees for the positions of
commissioners and special advisers in the early days of the second tenure of Ayo Fayose.

We have been following conversation on various pan-Ekiti social media platforms and we are appalled by the lies being spewed by the notorious character, Lere Olayinka.

A popular legal parlance says “he that comes to equity must come with clean hands.” The age-long axiom is often used to state the fact that when you want to accuse somebody else of any wrongdoing, you must be above board and never have any skeleton in your cupboard.

It is an acceptable fact that no human being is perfect as only God is infallible but when a criminal now turns himself to a moral compass in the society, he should be reminded of his sordid past and efforts must be made to bring him to justice.

We are drawing attention of the nation’s security agencies to some criminal activities committed by Lere Olayinka in the past since
investigation of crime has no time limit.

The nation's security agencies are hereby put on notice to beam their searchlight on many crimes Lere Olayinka committed against the State and some individuals.

We want to point out that this same Lere Olayinka who has turned himself to a holier-than-thou individual has several criminal cases
hanging on his neck which we will bring to the attention of the public.

The Fourth Assembly at the time Fayose came to power in October 2014 had 19 APC lawmakers while PDP had 7 lawmakers in a 26-member House which needed a quorum of 9 members to hold any valid sitting.

The 19 APC members had been run out of town after their 6 PDP counterparts loyal to Fayose illegally impeached Dr. Adewale Omirin as Speaker and replaced him with Mr. Dele Olugbemi on November 20, 2014.

To conduct a sitting to screen and ratify Fayose’s nominees, at least nine members would be needed to form a quorum but on the day of plenary, Lere Olayinka and three other mystery individuals joined the six PDP lawmakers to perform the constitutional act.

Assembly staff, party loyalists, civil servants, journalists and other members of the public in the gallery, were stunned when Lere Olayinka
and three others who were not elected to sit in the hallowed chambers joined the PDP lawmakers to screen and ratify nominees. It is now up to security agencies to reopen the case file and dig deep.

A case of criminal forgery and doctoring of a witness statement on oath is also hanging ominously on the neck of this vile fellow named Lere Olayinka and this can be investigated by the appropriate security
agencies.

In the murder case of the former state Chairman of the National Union of Road Transport Workers, Chief Omolafe Aderiye, Lere Olayinka criminally tampered with a witness statement on oath of Mr. Gbolahan
Okeowo.

Okeowo, who served as the Personal Assistant to the late Aderiye while giving evidence before an Ekiti State High Court presided over by
Justice Lekan Ogunmoye, revealed that Lere Olayinka tore his witness statement on oath and wrote another one in the chambers of the
Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice at the State Secretariat, Ado Ekiti.

Okeowo testified in open court that Lere Olayinka committed the crime because he felt the witness statement on oath did not incriminate and implicate the accused persons. The evidence is available at Ekiti
State High Court for interesting members of the public for confirmation.

In the earlier statement on oath the witness deposed to which was torn by Lere Olayinka, Okeowo’s averments exonerated the seven
transport workers implicated by the Fayose regime of complicity in the Aderiye murder.

Lere Olayinka personally changed Okeowo’s statement on oath and wrote another one to implicate the accused persons of having hands in the murder of Omolafe Aderiye. What can be criminal more than that?

The accused persons are Adebayo Aderiye alias Ojugo, Adeniyi Adedipe alias Apase, Sola Durodola, Ajayi Kayode, Sola Adenijo alias Solar, Oso Farotimi alias Oso Polo and Rotimi Olanbiwonnu alias Mentillo.

Okeowo, in his testimony, told the court that he was pricked by his conscience and had to depose to another affidavit at the Federal High
Court, Akure to contain the original averment in the first statement on oath torn by Olayinka.

The court had on January 28, 2018, discharged and acquitted all the seven persons who were found innocent of the murder charge for which
they stood trial for almost four years while being incarcerated in the Federal Prisons, Ado Ekiti.

If former PDP National Publicity Secretary, Olisa Metuh, could be prosecuted for destroying the statement he wrote in EFCC custody, Lere Olayinka should not be allowed by security agencies should not allow Mere to get away with his own crime..

Also awaiting investigation by security agencies is Lere Olayinka’s complicity in allowing the use of the Broadcasting Service of Ekiti State which he supervised for three years and nine months for illegal and criminal declaration of the 2018 governorship result by his boss, Ayodele Fayose when collation was yet to be concluded by INEC.

The treasonable action led to the closure of the station by the National Broadcasting Commission for violation of broadcast code. The usurpation of INEC’s duty by Olayinka in cahoots with his boss who awarded victory to their party heightened tension in the state.

It is on record that Lere Olayinka used his position in BSES to commit several crimes carrying fake news, broadcasting hate speeches, twisting reporters’ stories, embezzlement of millions of Naira,
collecting huge cash for seminars not attended, awarding contracts which were not executed, committing diesel fraud, collecting
advertisement money from various ministries which were not remitted to
the accounts of BSES.

Security agencies must launch a probe into how Lere Olayinka fraudulently and criminally converted a brand new 18-seater bus given
to BSES under a barter arrangement with Chief Akintunde Ayeni popularly known as YEMKEM.

The deal was sealed between YEMKEM International and BSES for the corporation to be promoting the company with news, special reports, advertisements and documentaries in a relationship that was symbiotic.

Before one knew what was happening, Olayinka hijacked the bus and took
it to his Lagos home for his wife’s use only to replace a brand new bus with a problematic second-hand one nobody knew where he brought it from and which had not served the corporation well.

Lere Olayinka during this period was also involved in messy sex scandals including sleeping with corpers and students on industrial attachment (SIWES) to BSES and even contract staff.

A particular case for reference was that of a lady, the late Miss Funbi Oba, who was on SIWES to BSES and served in News and Current Affairs Department. Lere Olayinka should be asked questions on what was responsible for the death of the Ikere-born girl.

Lere Olayinka, using his connection with the government in power then, snatched the lady from her former boyfriend whom he threatened to hands off the girl for him to have her to himself.

Before coming to BSES on SIWES, the late Funmi Oba worked part-time as
a flower bearer/dancer for an undertaker/funeral home after which Lere Olayinka browbeat her into an unholy relationship.

Lere Olayinka, in a bid to keep the girl to himself, got an accommodation for her in Adebayo area of Ado Ekiti where he used to
engage in endless sex romps with her.

In the process of the amorous relationship, the girl got pregnant several times but Lere Olayinka procured abortions for her to prevent
the secret from leaking to his wife who is a gospel musician.

It was a period that Lere Olayinka, who is supposedly a married man, impregnated many of those innocent girls and even procured abortions for them!

The sexual escapade of Lere Olayinka with another lady, Adeola Adeyemi Adams, is an open secret at BSES and it is a story for another day.

Lere Olayinka acquired egregious notoriety for assisting ex-Governor Fayose in ferrying aristos, prostitutes and indecent campus girls to the Government House where he, his boss and some political office holders at the time engaged themselves in wild sexual revelry,
drinking binge and use of hard drugs.

During the period, Lere Olayinka and his deposed political superiors would first entertain themselves with watching some of the ladies of easy virtue dancing nakedly in nocturnal parties before taking them to chalets and the Ayoba Villa to ravage them sexually like wild beasts.

It was unfortunate that the Government House during the period was turned into a brothel in celebration of a transient power that was
thankfully taken away from them at the 14th July, 2018 governorship election.

In a bid to please his political slave drivers and extort money from them, Lere Olayinka has written and spread fake news against eminent
Nigerians with whom he does not share political beliefs and there are few examples to show for this.

In the run-up to the 2015 presidential election, Lere and his boss,Fayose, colluded to produce a fake news claiming that President Muhammadu Buhari was on life support machine at a hospital in London.

They had earlier used Ekiti funds to produce a death wish adverts in some national newspapers against Buhari suggesting that the President would die in office before the end of his tenure when they are not God, the giver and taker of life. That amounted to playing God.

They claimed to have eleven pictures of the President on a life support machine in the London hospital which they promised to share to Nigerians but the story was later found to be fake and they couldn’t produce the said pictures.

Political differences should be used to advance positive causes and not to destroy the name, image and reputation built over the years by somebody most especially without any credible evidence.

The Governor of Ekiti State, Dr. Kayode Fayemi, has been a victim of Lere Olayinka’s fake news several times but this felon (Lere Olayinka)
has been emboldened by Mr. Governor’s large heart and magnanimity to commit more misdemeanours.

Sometime in 2008, Lere Olayinka posted a fake news that one man committed suicide inside Fayemi’s compound in his native Isan Ekiti, a
news that generated anxiety back then before the general public discovered that it was fake.

Lere Olayinka alleged in his post that the so-called mystery man hanged himself on a tree inside Fayemi’s country home EVEN WHEN THERE IS NO SINGLE TREE IN THE COMPOUND!

Lere Olayinka went to town during Fayemi’s first tenure with the fake news that the governor owned a university in the Republic of Ghana which he alleged was built with Ekiti funds.

As Lere Olayinka was spreading the news with rabid hatred for Fayemi, he failed to produce a single picture of the imaginary university
which does not exist in Ghana or anywhere for that matter.

A university is a huge project nobody can hide in this era of digital technology and failing to back your allegation with evidence is criminal when the name and reputation of the victim is at stake. The university only exists in Lere Olayinka’s warped and satanic imagination.

Another bullshit from Lere Olayinka’s mill of lies is a news he wrote claiming that Fayemi’s convoy killed a man in front of a popular
eatery at the base of the Fajuyi Flyover.

Although the man who was identified as a police officer was killed by an underage driver who was later arrested, the incident happened when Fayemi was at Akure Airport awaiting the arrival of Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.

Osinbajo was due in the state for the flag off grand rally for the APC campaign for the 2018 governorship election in June of that year.

Lere Olayinka’s fake news was debunked by the Ekiti State Police Command which clarified that Fayemi’s convoy did not pass through the
scene of the incident throughout the day in question.

The personality of Lere Olayinka is so perverse that you become his enemy if you don’t belong to the same political camp with him even if
you had been his benefactor in the past.

Examples are former Governor Segun Oni and Senator Adedayo Adeyeye who had been benefactors to Lere Olayinka in the past but he called them unprintable names in various Facebook posts and press statements after
they had parted ways.

It is only lack of integrity and character that will make somebody like Lere Olayinka go to his vomit to receive an appointment from Fayose whom he had called a murderer, a trickster, a fraudster, “impeached former governor” and other derogatory names in the past.

While Lere Olayinka was working with now rested CLASS Newspaper in Akure, he ran a banner headline on the front page which reads “How Governor Fayose Became a Fuji Megastar After Several Bottles of Beer.”

The front page of the paper which was published in 2005 during Fayose’s first tenure in office had the picture of the former governor
at a social gathering holding a bottle of beer in his hand.

Maybe Lere Olayinka thought that everybody that occupies position of honour does what Fayose does which explained why he accused a teetotaller of being drunk on his way to church early morning.

It is the same Fayose that has now become a saint that Lere Olayinka now daily worships but be sure that this fake news merchant will
expose all the evils that they did together when Fayose stops giving him money.

Can you imagine that a fellow with such criminal tendencies now turning himself to a moral policeman in a bid to bring down eminent Ekiti citizens he is not worthy to untie the lace of their shoes.

Let it be known that Lere Olayinka is not qualified to be the first person to cast the first stone against any perceived sinner when he
himself is a worst sinner that will burn endlessly in hell if he fails to make a U-turn from a journey to perdition.

The general public should note that news from Lere Olayinka and his discredited online medium, Wazobia Reporters, should not be believed henceforth because the messenger and his message are crude, crooked and should not be accorded any atom of credibility.

A lackey that is always desperate to lie against individuals in order to collect money from sponsors is not an example of honour, integrity
and honesty Ekitis are known for all over the world.

We want to advise those who have been scandalized and demonized by Lere Olayinka’s fake news to use all legal means to seek redress and stop this monster from causing further damage to their hard-earned reputation.

Justice will definitely catch up with this felon called Lere Olayinka no matter how long it takes.

The APC destroyed it.

In fact, Tinubu and the APC came only to kill, steal, and destroy.

Stay updated bro. How many times have Gov Eno and Udom visited president Tinubu together in Aso rock?
Visiting Tinubu is different from defecting to the APC.
As at this moment, Udom Emmanuel is in the PDP, and I don't think he will be defecting with the governor.

The past 2 governors in Akwa Ibom are already in Apc, so which inconsequential politicians in Akwa Ibom state want to stop governor Eno reelection if he contests under Apc?
The immediate past two governors of Akwa Ibom State are Godswill Akpabio and Udom Emmanuel.

Akpabio is in the APC, and Udom Emmanuel is in the PDP.
