Part 5 and Final.




1 week to my release date, I received various death threats from all corners. The prison warden which I slept with also started acting crazy.

The guy think say prison na my house because he was sad and convinced me to stay back, abi you Dey mad ni Omo prison warden.

How do you expect me to give up my freedom and chose to stay in prison. Since the threats was coming left and right, I had to personally request to be moved to a different prison. But it was bounced.

The night to my release was the longest night. I couldn’t sleep all night because I don’t know what’s next for me. I stayed up all night.

Finally it was day break, 6am sharp, I was called up after doing all paper works and stuff. I booked a flight straight to MMIA Lagos from my savings in prison + other money at hand.

I was to be deported immediately. Police men took me to the airport like a celebrity, stayed with me till my flight was due.

They watched me enter the ✈️. I smiled and told one of the guys “I will be back”.

The story is longer than this but I had to summarize everything. I learnt a lot of lessons in my time in Tanzania, nobody loves Nigerians. They might like our music and movies but the hatred for Nigerians is very real.

This number 093011467 called me with claim that she is from First bank that I have an interview for a Receptionist role with email Adeola.Abass@firstbanknigeria.com and copied adeolu.adebari@firstbanknigeria.com and also omowole.p.orimoloye@firstbanknigeria.com. They use real first bank domain address and official signatures. However, the address is 35 kakawa street lagos island as against the real 35 marina road, lagos island which is the genuine address of First bank in marina. They sent a well addressed mail to me for front desk office role. Name on true caller for 093011467 is ikechukwu. Kindly take note when you get invite from them.

If you did not apply for any job with any company and you got interview invite...run for your life.

The guy played a dangerous prank on her girlfriend by making fake marriage proposal.

It turns out he was never never serious about the proposal leading to crying and garnishing of teeth by the said lady. Honestly, it is only a sick person or unstable person that can do exactly what that guy did knowing fully well that

1. Marriage complete a Nigerian woman. And majority looks forward to it especially if age is no longer on that lady's side (like the person in this video )
2. Public proposal is dangerous. it puts intense pressure on ladies to accept. After the acceptance, the guy turns around to reject her.

NB: In some families, the woman's brothers will take this up. The dealing they will give the said guy would definitely teach him about responsibility as well as not playing this kind of dangerous prank with a woman's emotions.

That was very bad of the stupid guy. You don't prank a woman with such sensitive thing as a marriage proposal
