I don't know about you but if I buy a defective product from a store as a new customer, whether they accept it back or not, I'll be wary in the future. That's issue no 1. TRUST

2 Is the communication breakdown between the two parties, The buyer mentioned the attitude of the mechanic before going through the deal. Then try to do 30reps straight at the end of the week, no quitting Midway. That's how you progress. Same procedure if you're holding dumbbells.
