Business › Re: Can 150k Start A Gas Refill Business? by Ogborokiri(m): 5:58pm On May 18, 2020 |
Thescienceprof: If you don't mind starting very small. Let me give you a break down. 1. You will buy a fire extinguisher #6500 2. You will need at least 4 units of 50kg cylinder. each costs an average of #35K. That's #140k 3. A scale for dispensing costs between #13-#20k depending on brand. 4. Two holes and 2 regulators (one for standard cylinders and one for the smaller cylinders). approximately #5k 5. Depending on the state you want to operate from, you will be required to pay a fee to the state Fire service. Here in Oyo state, it is #11k renewable at #2500 per annum. A certificate of operation will be issued to you. 6. You can earmark another #30k for sale of accessories and small cylinders. I bet, there is more profit on the sale of these accessories than the gas itself 7. Please, try to spend like another #30k on Indusrial gas burners; 1 unit of double and 1 unit of single. people rent them on weekends for events. The double one is rented@ #2k while the single is rented @ #1k. 8. You will need a carpenter to make shelf for you in the shop and another stand outside the shop to display accessories. That should not cost more than 20k.
In summary, 150k won't be sufficient. You would need at least 250k as start up capital, if you add up what I've put up there together. Good luck.
PS: The business is a very lucrative one if you know your way around it. Meanwhile, I do it as a side hustle since I have a regular 9-5 job. I just trained a sales boy that I pay 10k to as salary
You will also need to fill the bottles with gas; that's 11k per 50kg bottle. you don't have to fill all four bottles at once if you don't have enough. By and large bro, you are looking at 300k can I have your WhatsApp number |

uzhi: India isn't as difficult as people think. Most people's experience with India was with Laos embassy, besides the best way to access them is to get a conference or training invitation. Get all your documents by yourself and eliminate agents being a thorn in your flesh. I was at the embassy on Friday and hoping for a good testimony on getting my passport back. The reception was excellent. bro I need your assistance |

Either you are coming for an English teaching job or you are coming to be shipping things to Nigeria as a business man. Yahoo bussines and hard drugs dealing is a red alert here. Check yourself very well and know were you fall before sending me a PM. brother I have sent you a pm please do well to reply |

TYPOP: My brother, don't plan like that o.
What happens if you get there and: She thinks you don't look like what she had in mind or She simply changes her mind or Her family or friends convinces her not to go along with the plan her number doesn't work anymore?
A lot could go wrong and you don't want to be left stranded in a strange land like that.
Also, if she is an SA girl, then the fact that you marry her makes matters worse for you as your expenses will increase, rather than your thoughts that she will take care of expenses until you get your feet on the ground.
Please and please, plan well so as not to be stranded. Thanks bro GOD Bless you |
Travel › Re: General South Africa Visa Enquiries by Ogborokiri(m): 10:24am On May 24, 2019 |
TYPOP: No. It will not be enough unless your friend attaches a letter that he/she will sponsor your trip and includes banking details.
Once you buy your ticket, your 250k will be remaining less than 100k, and that's small, considering the cost of living in SA. thank although we planed to get married when i get there so everything will be taking care of is just for me to meet her there |

bryce1: The reason I suggested petty business is because, you want higher returns with a short run period
Funny enough, you can do both investment in mutual funds and also do petty business for fast liquid cash and bigger returns
I have a shop where I sell wristwatches , some come wit a cost price as low as 400naira and I sell them for 2k, that’s 400% returns on my investment in that watch excluding expenses incurred in procuring the watch
Money only multiples when you put it to work sir is there anyway I can chat you personally I really need to work wit you please |
