Honestly as an Ibo boy that was born and raise in Warri.... I did all these things mentioned. I remembered back then at Odien Street, closeo the then black field where we use to play as kids. We pick earthworms(shikoko) with our hands, we go to Makiava River to watch Okpolo fish swim...we run through Mac- Demort areas to NIgerian Dredging company, from there Alawuru Quarters where go to watch people play casino(kalokalo. We trek from Essi/layout to Warri airport to go and hide by the bush on the run to make sure we a glimpse of any plane that want to take off. I did all these things they mentioned, we go to Igbudu market to watch how cow and goats are sluaghtered. We just on any pick we see on our street. Our parents where oil workers and once they off to work we trek to God knows where whenever we are holidays... Some dropped out of school join robbery gang, they where caught and killed, while one was lucky to join the national team Oruma known as Owoyo while we all growing and attending Ogedemgbe primary school.
