I feel like dying right now.

I use to complain of a peppery sensation in my anus after defecating and blood body guarding my faeces during defecation. These I thought were normal so I didn't bother about these problems.

I thought the pains I feel after defecating were severe pains until yesterday. I remember some days back that I ate enough Garri and Egusi soup. I kept on eating because the food was so delicious.

I went to the toilet yesterday and I spent hours trying to pass out something from my anus but I couldn't. I tried to force it out with all my strength but I had no luck. I wore rubber gloves, inserted my hands into my anus and I was able to remove some very strong faeces. I tried to force the remaining stubborn stool out but I had no luck. The pains almost killed me, so I gave up and I went on with my daily activities with stool ready to come out still in my stomach. I took about five Oranges yesterday but it hasn't helped at all. Stool Softners aren't working because the stool is ready to come out.

The problem here is that, my anus is in flames right now. I can't even force the stool out, I can't pressure my anus because the anal fissure is making it impossible for me to do that. I might die of pains if I try to push. I just sit in the toilet without trying to do anything. I sit for hours with no clue on what to do. I have tried applying vasline and kernel oil but it won't just come out. I can't force it out, the Anal fissure makes it a nightmare.

Please I need help on what to do.

A month and some weeks ago I wasn't feeling so well, So I went to the hospital, the ran a few tests, told me that it was Malaria, and the doctor prescribed a few drugs for me,
I went to a pharmacy purchased the drugs and used them, I felt better for a day or two then the symptoms reappeared, I went back to the hospital and the doctor prescribed a new set of drugs, but I just finished using them a day ago and the malaria symptoms are reappearing,
So doctors in the house,
How do i treat this malaria that refuses to go away?

I thought Tinubu's praise singers declared him kingmaker and overlord of APC. They foolishly forget that ACN merged with other parties to form APC, and folks in these other camps have never been or intend to be subservient to Tinubu. I think it's penny wise pound foolish to build a country home in your village you visit once a year or hardly even do and living in a rented house in town where you spend almost all your life. Would you rather create impression at home while you remain a tenant in town?

am very disappointed that some of d pple that commented above didn't read nor understand d response of d woman. if it was properly assigned to him and she has prove of allocation due to d monetisation policy , I think Wike or what he calls himself is v wrong on this. A simple letter like d woman said should've been written.

There is no substential evidence to extradict this man, they ar ponly going after the wind because the US is not even sure of whom they are looking for, I guess it is misidentification! But in other words, US haven't seen anything yet!
