You are right that you can apply 100 times for the UK visa. Pick the advice you want and discard the rest. Again, pick the advice you want and discard the rest. Stop this kind behaviour abeg. I even thought you are an agent because of the behaviour. Allow this place breathe since you have minimum 5-6 months to arrange yourself. |

Bolex247: Hello Everyone, Please I need your Advise on this, my wife will be applying to UK on an MRes course but I will be the dependant. Is it advisable to Apply together that we are going together or Allow her get hers then I Apply for a dependant visa. Which one will reduce risk of refuser. Please I need your sincere advise on this Cause my plan was to Apply together with her and go together but I have rethink that hope it won't reduce the visa Approval rate. And is there Anyone who has done it like that and got Approved. You can apply together but the dependant’s application will be put on hold until the visa decision is out for the main applicant as dependant can not go before main applicant. |

wahleay: ..after the program, you just go ahead and apply for PSW (Post Study Work Visa)....... this is another two years visa , after that , go for skilled worker Visa , after 5 years , apply for your ILR ...Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR)
Years 1–2: Complete your MRes program on a Student Visa. ( 2 Years) Years 3–4: Stay in the UK on the Graduate Route Visa. (PSW Visa) Years 4–5: Transition to a Skilled Worker Visa and start accumulating time toward ILR. (Skilled Worker Visa) End of Year 5: Apply for ILR after completing 5 years of qualifying residency. (ILR)
and definitely there are documentations you'd need to start off and its advisable that applicant for the MRES program has good grades (Second CLass Upper Preferably
Other CGPAs have chances too though You are wrong. He will need to spend 5 years on the skilled worker route or 10 years if combining student, graduate visa etc. to get ILR. You can not combine student visa, psw and 1 year on skilled worker visa to get ILR after 5 years. pls disseminate right information. |

Demmybim: Oh okay. I applied while tenure was on but got matured 2 days after biometrics. So dyu advise matured date should be within, before or after the stated 3 weeks for decision from ukvi? U re definitely going about things the wrong way and refuse to listen: , this one is obvious: , Jolene474: I think if you are refused visa with the UK twice and it’s a visit visa, and you do not visit another country, if you come back again they might also refuse you.. If you really have the money like you claim then try another country and next application note it that though you didn’t give me the visit last time but see oooo I visited this country and I enjoyed my stay there and I spent my money there. The Officer will know that this one is a true visitor and he or she has the liquid cash. |

Chreze: @kode12 How did you send your laptop to Nigeria, how long did it take and cost please? I want to send one, thinking of using royal mail. I don’t want any cost on the receiver. Anyone with an info can help please. Definitely not royal mail. Receiver will hear from DSS, NDLEA, Nigerian customs and still will part with more than the cost of a new one. Try cargo companies |

It doesn’t matter… for inside the UK .. everyone uses app generated statements.. paperless… You will have so much time on your hands to be going to bank all to print statement. Home office will never tell anyone to go to bank to get statements with stamp or signature… && will never reject app generated statement Hello @haryormeedey

Nothing is impossible for a mind who is ready. Even If you were a professor before coming, you would be trained and go through preceptorship. Any diligent and smart person should cope afterwards. Whats the big deal they do?? Do you know the training and experience some of us went through in Nigeria? I think those of you saying this studied abroad so you're limited. Nigerian curriculum and work environment will grill you that you will cope anywhere. Wish people well and take chill pill. Thats exactly why I said "I'm not a popular jingo here". Thus I don't even expect any prize and im not looking for a fan base...Mine is to drop the facts and if anyone comes for me for saying the truth, then il keep restating the facts.
It's not personal. Many people are on here who would be silent, but low key are also reading up the links and guidelines to what was posted from UKVI page.
The platform is for learning and engagement. Learn, relearn and unlearn. Wawu. He responded and you responded and started spamming us again. If you don’t need advice- at least allow others to benefit. That is fair. |
