You can apply together but the dependant’s application will be put on hold until the visa decision is out for the main applicant as dependant can not go before main applicant.

..after the program, you just go ahead and apply for PSW (Post Study Work Visa)....... this is another two years visa , after that , go for skilled worker Visa , after 5 years , apply for your ILR ...Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR)

Years 1–2: Complete your MRes program on a Student Visa. ( 2 Years)
Years 3–4: Stay in the UK on the Graduate Route Visa. (PSW Visa)
Years 4–5: Transition to a Skilled Worker Visa and start accumulating time toward ILR. (Skilled Worker Visa)
End of Year 5: Apply for ILR after completing 5 years of qualifying residency. (ILR)

and definitely there are documentations you'd need to start off and its advisable that applicant for the MRES program has good grades (Second CLass Upper Preferably

You are wrong. He will need to spend 5 years on the skilled worker route or 10 years if combining student, graduate visa etc. to get ILR.
You can not combine student visa, psw and 1 year on skilled worker visa to get ILR after 5 years.

I think if you are refused visa with the UK twice and it’s a visit visa, and you do not visit another country, if you come back again they might also refuse you..
If you really have the money like you claim then try another country and next application note it that though you didn’t give me the visit last time but see oooo I visited this country and I enjoyed my stay there and I spent my money there. The Officer will know that this one is a true visitor and he or she has the liquid cash.

You completed your biometrics on December 12th, and while your files hadn’t been transferred to UKVI by the 13th, they printed your vignette on the next working day, December 16th.. UKVI has really been put through a lot.

Show proof it was standard and have your visa. U did biometrics on dec 12th standard and received approval the next working day… turn the dodo.

Definitely not royal mail. Receiver will hear from DSS, NDLEA, Nigerian customs and still will part with more than the cost of a new one. Try cargo companies

Most app generated bank statements have the signature anyway.

It doesn’t matter… for inside the UK .. everyone uses app generated statements.. paperless…
You will have so much time on your hands to be going to bank all to print statement.
Home office will never tell anyone to go to bank to get statements with stamp or signature… && will never reject app generated statement
