This is never going to end sha.. grin
Serious pain to watch that even after multiple and multiple UK refusals you still don’t know there is no currency called ‘pounce’. Try, directtt this energy at learning the currency of the UK.

Hello house!
My pregnant wife went for her TB test at St Nicholas few days ago and the outcome revealed suggestive TB. So she was asked to go for further test (Spectrum lab).
So my question here is: is it advisable/doable that we try the x-ray test out at another UKVI approved centre?
If she do and it come out negative and she is given certificate, do you think there will be any issue/complications with the UK visa.
I mean to ask, is the initial record from St Nicholas already on UKVI system and could this cause any complications?
Go to another UKVI approved centre.
You are the one to submit your TB result. No problem from UKVI end.

Hello good people of the nurse

Please, I hope it will not result to visa denial if the sponsor use two months statement of account while the main applicant use 3months Statement of account?
Yes surely with your previous 7 refusals, it all works against you onile if you refuse to realise how immigration system works. Too bad

I’ll most likely reapply next year after going to the US and back.
That’s where the problem seems to lie. The prior refusals for the USA were finally approved on reapplication, but the visa has not yet been used to travel to the US, and then there was an immediate application to Canada. This sequence can make it look as if you’re just chasing visas, which could raise concerns about your motives, especially when ties to the UK aren’t strong or you’re not in a highly skilled role. If you haven’t spent many years in the UK, it can appear that you’re aiming to relocate to Canada, with the USA visa as a means to an end to finally get a Canadian visa. It wont help if you also just got the US visa and then went next to Canadian embassy.
Remember although you got the US visa, it does not erase the refusals history nor whatever was the main reason the visa was denied before. Probably the Canadian immigration looked into that and just said nahhh… we can’t bet on this chap.
In my view, the trip to the USA and back, after you’ve actually completed it could help solidify your good intentions.

I will speak , have spoken and will continue to speak on UK visas matters on this thread. Use the pen you use to assume to actually read.

Since you seem to know those who were refused solely on not proving sibling relationship provide that evidence.

Birth certificate does not prove sibling relationship. You can have same mother with different name at the time of your births.

And I have applied numerous times for uk visas staying with siblings and did not have to prove that relationship .

Birth certificate only proves parental relationships that's all.
.
.

At least stop giving out wrong advice for starters.
If anyone is applying on here, try and prove your relationship to your sponsor.
Please prove you have met them in the basic or you have a relationship with them asin they are related to you if you say they are.

Several refusal letterssss attached below for those that want to follow loud and wrong individuals as above and spoil their chances.

TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Oggg:
Taal17:
I still insist, no need for proof of relationship. This isnt Canadian PR. What does birth certificate prove? They can have different surnames and different fathers or mothers and still be sisters.

This is visit visa please. I have sisters , cousins, aunties and uncles who have been listed on my form and no proof required.

If this was immediate family spouse or children then maybe
So loud yet so wrong!!
- This is for a UK visa. They deny without proof of relationships as one of the reasons in a visit visa.
- In this thread we’ve seen multiple denials: “you claim it’s your mother, but there’s no proof.” Not for PR. Read this UK thread.
- If asked how to prove it’s her sister, a birth certificate showing the same father or same mother proves it.
- Another denial: “you say it’s your brother, but there’s no proof.” The poster didn’t ask about uncle, aunt, or cousin.
- Read the thread, the refusals are everywhere. Immigration requires proof, not assumptions.
- Don’t speak on UK visa matters here unless you’ve checked the updates in this thread.
TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Oggg: 5:41pm On Oct 16, 2025
Taal17:
No need of proof of relationship with your sister.
No need to upload refusal letter of last denial
Introduction letter should be Lagos

You need other things from your sister
Proof of where she stays if your are staying with her.
Proof of her status in the
Proof of funds if she is paying for expenses of your trip
The bolded is incorrect.
Poster must prove relationship to any one they claim is a relative. In this case to prove it is a sister, poster is to submit their birth certificate, pictures together etc

She completed the application herself online, and submitted her passport at VFS office after approval. So the visa is definitely not fake. Also she has logged on to the IRCC portal after been denied boarding and there no message from them regarding any issue with her visa
It would not need to be on the portal. Contact the embassy or write to the immigration directly and they will respond. New information must have come to light, that’s why they denied her boarding. Do not travel on that visa again until you contact them.

Dear all,

A criminal record certificate from the relevant National authority in Nigeria as you have been present there for 12 months or more (whether continuously or in total) in the 10 years before the date of application, and while aged 18.
Anyone received such an email; how did you fix it?
Apply for police certificate or criminal record from the country they are talking about. This is definitely not a visit visa application.

Not sure the name is accompanied minor. But there is a service in qatar where you pay the airline to assign a staff for ur kid, infact, you have to pay adult ticket for your kid, furthermore, you have to pay return ticket for the staff back to the takeoff country. So is this not extra payments? 😂
The index question was about unaccompanied minor service and once again it is not extra paid for. Just a flight ticket and filling in the unaccompanied minor form. Eta cio!
You dont pay any airline staff to come back with your kid.
Stop.
I can understand your comprehension skills are subpar.
My children have used Air france, British airways and South african airways unaccompanied minor services and nothing was paid for. They used their child tickets all 8 times. Leave my post alone since you have nothing to contribute ogbeni

TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Oggg: 10:17pm On Apr 25, 2025
SPDAZZY:
I think the extra payment comes from the fact that one has to book an adult ticket in place of a child ticket for the child.
Incorrect . You dont buy adult ticket. U buy the usual child ticket and fill a paper form at the front desk or contact customer care via webforms/telephone etc to book it. Child will have a dedicated staff to them at al tiems and at all steps of the way. No delays. At the final destination will be helped to clear customs etc & get luggage and handed over to the receiver tht was filled initially. The service does not carry any extra cost. One just needs to confirm with the airline their age limits. Ciao.

There is something called “accompanying minor” i hope i got the spelling.
Qatar offers it.
I dont know if other airline offers it.
Its like paying extra for the airline to assign a staff to watch your kid until ur kid reaches his destination and they hand over the kid to you.
Unaccompanied minor service. It’s not paid for. All the major airlines offer it, the difference is in the ages. Some take from above 5, some above 8 years etc. It is a very common service. No extra payment needed.

This is not nice. Please be kind to others. You don't know why her niece is her dependant. And why did you assume she is taking her niece as a domestic help? I have seen people send total strangers abroad to school. I have seen people treat total strangers like family. Be kind to others please. Don't jump to conclusions without the full story. I come in peace.
Quit the acting. Dependents are stated on the website as spouse or children. How does niece transition to children without trying to use deception as this person clearly asked how can they add the niece to their biological kids.

Hello everyone.
Just needed to put this out there. If your visa application is being sponsored (by parents, children or office), there is no need to attach your own bank statement. They would focus on yours especially if there are discrepancies. The sponsor’s bank statement would suffice.
Does not work for all cases, check this our darling forum and you will see denials because they did not see bank statements. It works for some ppl, and does not work for others.
