Individuals that need visit visa advice especially shud be able to get it without any of these derailments and disruptions. Everyone that still continues on this obviously has a problem so let us also ignore them so that the purpose of this place is not lost.

I changed to a skilled worker visa (care/support worker) around April this year however we had a son three months ago and we only obtained his birth certificate...
we have not done his Nigeria passport or even NIN as we don't have any plans of travelling to naija soon...
Will this present visa matter affect our son... should we go ahead to add him as dependant visa? to obtain his BRP... or is he too tender?.. I am concerned and worried about the new visa policies enacted...
Please your candid advise would be appreciate especially those who have given/gave birth in the UK
Many thanks guys
The child is not tender. Apply for their visa. They don’t need passport to apply as they were born in the UK. Select on the form that baby has no passport and fill the rest info correctly.

Bro did they refund you your money! My has taken over 3 days, I have not seen my money.
Ha!
The experience was not for kids.
I had to continuously drag them and tell them I was reporting them to the UK authorities. Back to back I was cussing them out everywhere. The money came after many days. Nearly a week. Never again with Nala. It was scary. Nobody should go through that kind of trauma.
TravelRe: Living In The Uk-life Of An Immigrant (part 3) by Oggg:
Stay away from NALA. They have held onto pounds that I changed my mind about changing and refused to return it . I don send countless messages to customer care, same story.. we are working on it but my pounds ano see. 3 daysss… My pounds they have refused to teturn. It’s one story to the other
Stay away from NALA. Lemonade/Lemfi doesn’t do this.
If I get my money back, I will update the house.
STAY AWAY FROM NALA

You are looking for free accommodation in the UK and when people burst your bubble, you resort to calling them perfectos, I too know and sounding condescending. Oh well. Good luck if you think anyone would engage with you.

I am shattered 😭.
My mom's visit visa application was refused today. I got the refusal mail this night. I submitted my payslip and husband's payslip, our account statements showing close to 11k pounds, my mom's account statement showing 1.5m, infact enough documentation from my end. Her reason for visit is to come see her first grand child as I put to bed 2 months ago.
I think you can reapply with her own information. If she is working, is a pensioner etc explain her own financial histories and how she makes her own money and how her bank statement came about. You can not just show them bank account without any supporting information as to how she is faring in Nigeria. How did the 1.5 million come about?
If you did and it was ignored then kuku go for reconsideration/complaint. Sorry to her grandchild

bank is saying it will take 3 to 4 working days to change it and I have to go for bio on Tuesday that's why I just wave it off,the hospital is the only option,it's a private hospital but they don't know how to write the letter or what to wrote and they are our family hospital,I don't understand them
it is not a letter saying anything
If you said you and ur partner have been living together and are in a relationship then u cud have hospital letters addressed in ur different names BUT sent to same address. Here in the Uk, if u have any hospital appointments, visits or procedures at a future date the hospital will still send u a letter to remind u. The letter usually carries ur name and address and wat u re coming to d hospital fir etc. With the name and address of two ppl goin to same place it establishes they both live at that address. They need to establish the genuineness of ur relationship and are asking you for evidence

I m going to stop you right here. I live here. Pay taxes here . Therefore i have the audacity of equality.
Not living in Nigeria or paying taxes has never stopped their majestys government from meddling in Nigerian affairs has it?
Please let us face our town-hall. Why have you not required equality from townhall where some tribes feel they are superior to the next? You have not stood on the side of equality for that one ooo for the taxes you previously paid to townhall is here you are shouting. Like?
Let one Ghanaian come to Nigeria and make this statement and your blood will boil.
Easy thing to stand on the saint-ish side on a faceless blog. You have the audacity of equality?? Really? Please when next you land at Heathrow go and join the queue of those with British passports or Canadian and USA passports. When you get to the top of the queue tell them you have equality because you pay taxes and should be allowed to use the E-gate because of your taxes. You are very bold.
As long as you can’t do that, go find seat siddon somewhere abeg and allow the government do what they feel is best for their country. If you can’t take the heat you simply get out of the kitchen! Noise noise noise.

Did they tie any of you rope to stay in this country?? What is it every single day?
Leave na. No. Let the government of the country run their country. No.
This is becoming annoying. Don’t even bother mentioning me because I am ready for any of you. Like fully ready. Hian.

Thanks. How do I apply to keep it? Is it online as well? Or when I go for my appointment.PS - I am renewing passport now because I want to apply for USA visit which is valid for 5yrs.
even if your passport is valid for less than a year, if you qualify for the USA visa you will be given the 5 yrs on the old passport. There’s absolutely no reason to be renewing if this is the reason.

Uk gov website says contact ur VAC immediately for mistakes on vignette which i have done already but my concern is i dont knw how soon they will respond and there is no way to track the application... Meanwhile ticket has bn booked
contact UKVI too. What’s the harm there? This is stressful I know so keep in mind that one adult might have to stay back. If the child is above 6 or 7 then start checking airlines that offer unaccompanied minor options if they have to come alone.

U didnt get it .... we are family of 6, all of us has valid entry date 02/06/23 except him that has 17/6/28..... and we are all suppose to travel as family next month
okay sorry I thought you initially meant the ending date on d child’s visa was 2028… tht one is correct
If you mean the entry date is 2028 then it should be corrected.. sorry
Inform UKVI via paid email or paid call

Hello
Complaints are about the services offered and professional conduct not on decision made on your application
That is for an administrative review, if you don't have that option, you have to reapply
We’ve seen complaints lodged about how their visa decision was handled and the visa decisions overturned on this platform .. was common in d early parts of this thread… make d person look well inside the thread them go see ppl tht went through it.
Or do PAP like some person a few days ago on this thread..

Hello guys, a friend did tb x-ray before leaving for the UK through the skilled workers route.
He's not started work yet cuz he had to run another tb blood test, please should he be weary? He's been waiting and the result seem to be taking forever. Anyone with this experience?
If he doesn’t get cleared by occupational health he cnt start. He should chase the result with his employer/health department for the result
