An agent assisted me in compiling the documents...the company he used is active on the CAC portal but i think he messed up somewhere...
The way some travel agent work sometimes can be very funny and annoying at the same time.
Now he has made it harder for me to gain access into the uk.

My girlfriend is applying for UK Visa. she earns 1250USD from an international organization. She only started working in April ending. She will be applying immediately at the end of June. By then she would have received 2 and a half months' salary. She is applying with her payslip, employment letter, 2 months dom account statements having about 600USD(She wants to use the rest money to pay rent), a letter from a USA employer to go on a 5 days trip, personal statement, and hotel booking evidence.
Do you think she has a chance to get a Visa? secondly, what other documents does she need to provide aside from the aforementioned? and thirdly, what is the processing time to get the visa?

Most time's the airlines get it done for you, sometimes some airlines wave it since you no go commot for airport and your flight is rapid transfer.

thanks for your response, yes you are right, partner's visa category is work visa (nursing , health & care )and the processing time for dependent visa of that category takes around 3 weeks according to uk.gov portal, I just want to know if the old passport can still suffice for August application without any repercussions.

If someone is applying for spouse visa by August which the processing period takes like 3-4 weeks and the passport will expire by February next year ,is it still advisable to go ahead with the same passport or
go for renewal first before anything else .

The problem is that our country passport is weak. Our passport is out of order with bad reputation. If you have a Nigerian passport, arriving at immigration to get an arrival stamp is like having poison. The Nigerian government must do everything possible to improve our image

Biometrics 30th march
Sent 3 paid mails (1st was paid for, others were just reply to the first mails sent, which was free)
Collection mail 11th May
Picked up 12th May.

Hubby and I are trying to renew our UK visa. We filled the forms (there was no family form so we filled individual forms and stated we are traveling together) and we picked a date for biometrics.
My question is at the biometrics centre(TLS) are they going to upload our documents as one family traveling together? Or do we need to have duplicate documents for them to upload separately? Cos my husband is the one sponsoring our trip together and he wrote one cover letter for us. I want know if they would upload separately so that he can to write a separate cover letter for himself and for me… and we can duplicate documents.

I'm really confused at the moment, i have submitted 2 years visa applications for i and my children and made payment, but we need to submit this application together and i see flexi appointment ? does this mean we all have to each pay that amount ? 117.20 pounds each? any one with this experience, need response urgently . thanks

1. When she went for capturing @NIS Abeokuta on January 28, she wasn’t given enrollment slip, is this normal? she was only told her passport will be ready by April 4 orally. It’s DIY
2. She was single when will apply for the fresh passport , now we are married. can she still use it to apply for UK visa and still use me as a dependent without changing the status of the yet to be collected passport to married ?
3. Is it possible that her passport might be ready within contacting her?

Please, help me she is blaming me for believing in Nigeria Cos I scope my wife to use DIY, now na every day I de apologize.
