He is just buying time with these useless judgement that would be thrown out. By a magistrate judge 😂😂😂 not a high court justice |

blamingthedevil: 27 majority members of RSHA tricked Novice Fubara by saying they have decamped to the APC without submitting any resignation letters to their various ward chairmen. Fubara invested heavily on this joke and committed irreconcilable offence against the power that brought him.
This is another political dribbling that will soon enter the political science curriculum

You forget this same lawmakers have a judgement or injunction from Justice Omotosho that their seats should not be declared vacant, because they decamped they went to the court for protection. You prefer to follow the fake news rather than what the AG said, don't worry you will be school led very soon because I know you are a lazy drop out |

Politics › Re: Rivers Court Affirms 25 Pro-wike Lawmakers As PDP Members by Oghene86: 6:01pm On Jun 10, 2024 |
Francis500: A Rivers State High Court sitting in Port Harcourt has ruled that the 25 members of the Rivers State House of Assembly, led by Rt. Hon. Martin Amaewhule, are still PDP members. In its ruling on Monday, the Court dismissed a claim filed by Wosa Amadi and three others seeking to declare the seats of 27 legislators vacant following their defection to the All Progressives Congress in December. In the decision, Justice Okogbule Gbasam ruled that Martin Amaewhule and the other 26 legislators remain PDP members.
https://www.realgist.com.ng/2024/06/Rivers%20court%20affirms%2025%20pro-Wike%20lawmakers%20as%20PDP%20members.html Gbasam also ruled that the claimants failed to prove to the court that the 27 legislators truly defected to the APC, stating that such defection cannot be presented through publications, radio announcements, or online postings. The court ruled that a defection can only be established by the party membership register, a membership card, and the fulfilment of all party membership. Fake news |

GhostOfNigeria: In a tweet by Lord_of_Warri on 𝕏 (Twitter). The itsekiri people have threaten a lawsuit against the Benin kingdom and Royal British maritime museum in Greenwich if the flag is falsely claimed by Benin’s as theirs when it is very evident the flag belongs to itsekiri’s. Read Tweet below.
The Warri Kingdom flag of War, lastly used by Olu Erejuwa I (1760-1795), which was taken by the British from Ologbo community, Warri Kingdom, is no longer on display.
The flag is currently in the National Maritime Museum, Greenwich, London.
It can also be found digitally in the Royal Museum Greenwich with the ID: AAA0557, and the name: "west African flag."
The flag, which is falsely being claimed by Benin's as the flag of their so-called empire, is a laughable statement.
If, for any reason, this flag is sent to Benin as theirs, we, the Itsekiri Historical Front, will sue the British government and the Benin kingdom to hand it over back to Warri Kingdom.

Health › Re: My Parents Are HIV Positive by Oghene86: 12:26pm On Jun 09, 2024 |
Frost124: Good day nairalanders, thank God this site is a faceless forum... Few weeks ago my dad told me he is HIV positive, when he told me I was disappointed but I made sure I didn't show it and I encouraged him... Him and my mother has been sick for a while and I certainly know he has transferred it to my mum.... My dad was very promiscuous when he was younger even after he married my mom he was still promiscuous. I am the only child and I have been footing the bills for their medical cares I am just 26 years old and I have spent so much and there is more spending still to come.... My father only told me, my mother is not aware of her health status all she thinks it's just a normal sickness happening to her. I have no one to talk to, I don't trust any friends because I believe when I tell them, they will certainly spread the news and you know the stigmatization against HIV patients, it's not good... I am frustrated, depressed and financially drained, sometimes I stay in my room and cry.... To avoid thinking, sometimes I just drink some alcohol... This issue has been in my heart for several weeks I just had to put it on Nairaland to ease my pain. My father just called me today that my mom has been admitted to the hospital, she was too weak to even walk.... Another spending and I am running out of cash, don't know what to do anymore. It wouldn't be this severe if they found out earlier, it's almost late. May God help me and my parents. It's not a death sentence, they both can still live a very normal life if they start treatment early and stick to the treatment plans, and in three years time they might even test negative. I just hope your mom's case has not gone from HIV to AIDS, if not they should commence taking the government treatment plans they will be fine. |

Kickkick: I ran into this guy today. He was an APC agent in my polling unit during the 2023 election that saw Tinubu announced as the winner of the election. You needed to see this guy being like gas, filling up everywhere. He fought, he struggled, he dared, he challenged, he insulted and he did all sought of things to ensure his APC candidates win in the poll. He was even ready to take bullets for those on the ballot papers.
Guess what? We both met ourselves trekking on the hot sun today. He looked even more hungrier than I am. He's still in the street suffering just like I am.
So I was forced to tell him, "no be two of us still dey for street here? Why you been wan kill yourself over politicians? Today even though your candidates won, no be you still dey here for street, trekking under hot sun?
He became ashamed of himself and stupidly left the place.
Are we not all suffering today? Make we dey use our head for this country abeg. They are like that 😁 so many of them that fought so hard to bring this hardship on us |

As a senior pastor why flavor? Wetin do Dunsin, frank, tope alabi Or even Sunny Ade? It was just a show of gross insensitivity What do you expect from a woman with that kind of makeup on her face every time, can't she be modest in her makeup, most she always make up like those she's suppose to attract to the church, well I wish them well maybe the rich in the church are asking them to break away and start their own ministry. |

Some come in the form of appointments others in contracts. It is like this over the world. And this is the kind of compensation I stand for. Was he not compensated with appointments, did you not see over 9 commissioners resigning and some are still there, go and take your time and study the rivers state crisis you will understand that Wike is a very greedy man. Chief of staff was appointed by him plus 12 commissioner position which includes finance and works, where have you seen that in Nigeria political history, even Tinubu never did that in Lagos |
