harqinhola:God bless you! And some bunch of irresponsible fellow would want us to believe that there is nothing much attached to this. |
Don27tiky:And let me shock you humanbeing we are very dynamic. The only constant thing in life in change. Marriage is a two edged sword. it is either you marry the so called Miss right and end up biting your fingers or the so called worst and end up having a peaceful home. In Marriage there are things you dont determine 100% |
Dianeetdiana:As in ee good 36months ooo |
DrFunmisticGlow:And for the fact that he even brought up this subject matter means his mind is not at peace! there are things he did not include in his epistle. |
SIRTee15:Don't mind them. Bunch of shallow minded individuals. when karma begins to visit them now they will be shouting village people up an down |
PericomaNwankwo:And why didn't he drop her then. Nah by force to instill your own value in people? This is a case of pure greed. If anything is not bring satisfaction or joy to you do you wait till eternity to correct it yourself when you know you are not constraint to do so? |
Bro! there are some destinies you don't cheat and go scot-free oo. So typical of the Nigerian youths; Greed. You were busy fucking someone for three years when in actual fact you knew she does not tick the boxes by your standards. A whole 36month and some good for nothing, godforsaken persons are here singing prasises of the OP! "omode bu iroko o boju wo eyin; oojo ko loluwere n pa ni oo" All the best Op |
And now I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you the inheritance among all them that are sanctified. Act 20:32 |
pls call me to confirm if i would be around by that time or not |

Emmyxclusive:we cannot have a uniform estimate as for instance the cost of ploughing an acre in town A might be different from town B. the cost of labour too, agric inputs all of these differ so it would not be okay to use a central yardstick to estimate |
Emmyxclusive:If you are venturing into Agriculture for the first time i would advise you to stay off any loan. A whole lot to learn in agric oo and it is not advisable to do trial and error with the money that does not belong to u directly |
flourish01:whataspp only zero nine zero six two one eight five four one seven |
MrDigitalVentur:Well if the fund is there all u need is to judiciously use it with proper supervision but in the absence of that you try and do the little u can. But the good thing is even if u are using money to do most of the work ,there are times that it would be necessary to be personally involved. labourers would always try and beat time so as to earn as much as they can so your own personal effort would be required at some point |
Agriculture Is A Goldmine If You Do It The Right Way Developing strong passion for what you know how to do best will help you a lot in distinguishing you out of the Crowd. I have always developed this passion for agriculture right from when i finished my secondary school. I did not start it big as every business we see blossoming today, they all started from the scratch. Do not despise the day of little beginning. My first voyage into agricultural world was broiler rearing in 2007 and i can confidently tell u it was a total mess. from the cage construction, to their feeding, to the management of heat stress, and most importantly marketing, i learnt my lessons the hard way. I won't forget the hard knock i got when gumboro wiped out my flock of about 250(6weeks old isa brown) with 24hours occassioned by my hesitant to vaccinate them on time. From that period onward have gone to make thousands in profit from the same venture that dealt me a huge blow in the first instance. Worthy of note was my decision to venture into cash crop farming when Npower gave everybody red card. Year 2020 was the most challenging year for me because i did the extraordinary. You know what, i emptied every penny in my account and went and bought almost 4 acres of land along Ogun river in Oyo state. it was so challenging in the sense that i practically became dependent on some people at some point, later took up part time teaching job to augment for things. My farm became my first office bought jungle boot, cutlass, chemicals and alone inside the thick forest i started bringing my plans into reality. i it took me almost 6weeks to clear about 4 and a half acres of land, killed the big tree with chemicals, pegged the land and had to uproot 800 plantain sucker my self from my neighbors' farms free of charge and i did the planting. This i finished in May 26th 2020. it was never an easy experience at all. From there a different journey altogether, i had earlier sourced for hybrid cocoa pod to nurse as the farm was originally meant to be a cocoa plantation. I went to several farms doing research and at the end i got a specie i was looking for and from there i started picking up purewater nylon here and there. some loose mouths were even saying "abi pure water nylon ni won tun lo bayi nii" i laughed i never allow that to weigh me down at all. i was able to gather 2300 nylons and out of it i filled 1400 with rich humus and plantated my cocoa. i finished transplanting my cocoa to the field on 6th June, 2020. The first harvest i was expecting from my plantain in April 2021 about 5 bunches were cut by thieves. they were the one that first tasted out of my sweat. from there being nervous of how to market my harvest, i went to one food vendor to tell her i can be supplying plantain to her. Her attitude at first did not go down well with me as she was doing as if i have come to beg her to buy. The following week i went to the farm and cut some packed them on my bike and straight to her canteen before i could come down from my bike she said did you bring this for me ?noo i can buy all these, they are too small. chai! i felt dejected made a u turn and headed straight home. on the way i sold off the plantain!. later i met with those that were already in the farm before me( the mistake i made) and i was told no matter how small ur produce is always take it to the market. The next harvest one and a half dozen i took it to the market straight and before i could even get down from my bike almost 4 buyers surrounded me and where the ones even helping me to remove the rope from my bike. That night i went home with 13500. Wao! so "emi nikan tan" from there #45000, 55k, 70k from 2021 up to this present moment i have realised almost #452000 from plantain alone. and confidently bought another one acre plant plantain there too. In all of this determination is very key! it is only in agriculture that you can be guaranteed of making double of your investment as profit if you do it the right way. And the sweetest part of it now is that i now have a federal job that i do and the farm is like my second source of income. Just this evening i got some cash from my plantain! In the next 6-7years God's willing something should also be coming from my cocoa. It really pays to do agriculture

India said on Friday March 11, it accidentally fired a missile into Pakistan this week because of a “technical malfunction” during routine maintenance, giving its version of events after longtime foe Pakistan warned the incident could have “unpleasant consequences.” “On 9 March 2022, in the course of a routine maintenance, a technical malfunction led to the accidental firing of a missile,” India's defense ministry said in a statement. “It is learnt that the missile landed in an area of Pakistan. While the incident is deeply regrettable, it is also a matter of relief that there has been no loss of life due to the accident.” The ministry said the government had “taken a serious view and ordered a high-level Court of Enquiry” into the incident. Earlier on Friday, Pakistan’s foreign office said it had summoned India’s charge d’affaires in Islamabad to lodge a protest over what it called an unprovoked violation of its airspace. Pakistan also called for an investigation into the incident, which it said could have endangered passenger flights and civilian lives. Pakistan warned India “to be mindful of the unpleasant consequences of such negligence and take effective measures to avoid the recurrence off such violations in future”. Pakistani military spokesman Major-General Babar Iftikhar said in a late evening news conference on Thursday that a “high-speed flying object” crashed near its eastern city of Mian Channu and that originated from the northern Indian city of Sirsa, in Haryana state near New Delhi. “The flight path of this object endangered many national and international passenger flights both in Indian and Pakistani airspace as well as human life and property of ground,” he said. Iftikhar in the news conference on Thursday also called on India to share the outcome of its investigation into the incident. A Pakistan air force official said the object travelled at an altitude of 40,000 feet, at Mach 3, and flew 77 miles in Pakistani airspace before crashing. https://guardian.ng/news/india-accidentally-fired-missile-into-pakistan-defence-ministry/

Ladyhippolyta88:Na sooo! for me some members of the eastern bloc realise the negative impact their direct or indirect involvement could bring. Does any advance economy in the eastern bloc have market for their exports within the communist east? You know the volume of trade between china and so many western states? Even Iran been notorious for nuclear stockpiles from her body language did not totally support Russian aggression! He was just busy saying something |
DoggoneDogg:How i wish most of you that do opine this way realized the law of comparative advantage in world politics. Economic power if well deployed could bring the strongest of any nation to her knees. The capitalist west have known this for ageis and they are masters in deploying it. No matter how strong you are militarily once the major conduit through which u keep up your act of aggression is starved you are doomed! Check out most of the consumers of russian exports. china and other allies to will be wary of the spill over effect of all these sanctions as most of their target market are toward capitalist inclined west. no this and know peace oo |
