How can one apply 4 the skilled job in other countries?

lol...They can be so proud and annoying ehn.. The thing is that they feel blacks 1) dont know anything 2) are suffering, when actually if we received the kinda education they received in their country, we'd be way smarter plus in reality dem even suffer pass us. Many of my Ogas don tell me not to take nonsense from them anymore... As Germans no dey send them, the only opportunity them get na to use you take shine, something they'd gladly do if u give them chance.


Oga mi' forget all wetin you dey see online. Getting a job is first very competitive for blacks residing in the Country with the country's certificate, e come be you wey dey come from outside with a foreign often looked-down upon degree. Also the Course of study matters. That's why I tell friends who are in IT not to hesitate in deciding whether to come here or not, as this is the place where I believe there are more available IT jobs than applicants. The only limiting factor again is the German language, something I am still trying to come to terms with.
If you are interested in skilled immigration then cast your net towards countries offering the program like Australia, heard Canada and Denmark, but not so sure. Even boys for here dey run this same program.

there is no new thing to add here all questions have been delt with by Gurus but I would like to stress the language issues....atleast God has helped us thus far 3 years is no joke in foreign land PLEASE specially for team winter 2016... go register for language class be it Goethe or private lessons, online lesson or self teaching is not enough to learn Deutsch....let me share a joke: A friend of mine(Nigerian) bought a soap at Penny, he's been using the soap for a long time not until we were in the same room at a conference I saw the soap in th bathroom...I first thought it was the hotel that provides the soap but I was wondering why should hotel provide two hand soaps, I then asked him who has the second soap it was for him, he was even praising the manufacturer that I could see his skin had changed, immediately I told him he had been using "handseife" not "Dusche".....in a not shell it is important to learn the language.

I would like to advise those who just entered Deutschland and for those coming in for summer semester.....I know most of your expectations were or yet to be met (the sucking of block account,the jobs......) but I have a good news for you it would still come I can assure that let your feet stand very well and understand the system ( be careful with the heater in your room for now and signing of contracts) do not listen to those bros who will be boosting of 20 years in Deutschland, you are not the same, they came in through Asylum they do not have idea of German education system....I will beg you join our facebook group (Nigerian Scholars in Germany) some great guys are there, they are willing to help you in difficulties...lastly you might face racism or stereotyping in school, class or shops, please do not jump into conclusion that "germans are racist" racism and stereotyping is everywhere even in Nigeria, for example people tell you he's an igbo, he's yoruba, hausas are illiterate.....and so on, treat racism and stereotyping as individual case....

For the team winter 2016, take your time to read threads from page 1-till the end as it would really help you, I want to prophesy into someone's life....You have been seeing good news here and you been asking God when is mine coming, the Lord that brought me here without no block account or sponsorship or scholarship, He's still alive, He would do it! Don't be depressed but press forward, hold on hope and faith....and when God has done it please do not cover the glory of God, share the good news here as it would encourage others.

Quickly mail the coordinator of the course....I had the same issue when I applied for my second masters, I mailed the admission office of my school and they requested for my papers....I will recommend you do the same thing...hopefully it should work.

It's been long here,I find it so difficult to use nairaland again since I have left Nigeria since 3years ago....I have been in Germany for almost 3years, I currently doing my second masters in Hochschule in Magdeburg....I have been there once but currently I am in Spain....if you need anything I can be of help....I feel it is time to give back to my people. On the area of Food, Here is what I do . I buy sliced bread and nutela and take 4 slices in my bag to school everyday.in september i spent over 200 euros on food but in october i spent less than 100. i ensure i cook . Make plenty stew n soup every weekend then boil rice or make Griess everyday morning and evening. Griess of 29 cent can be made 3x. Rice of less than 1 euro can be cooked like 3x too.


ON School Location , I agree with u I got admission in schweinfurt and Hamburg. The cheapest i saw in hamburg was over 400 euro 4 shared flat and about 1 hr or so by train from school. But I took schweinfurt as the accommodation is 247 for self contain and 5 mins from my school on foot.

so if u leave in a small city u may save more and stress less. imagine when i have a class by 8:15 i can leave my room by 8. but if it was far i will have 2 leave by 7.
There are jobs but u must know German that is a plus 2 big cities though as u may get job with very low german lang.
BUT 2 be sincere When u wan take do u work ? when u get over 300 slides to understand or crame ? u go enter lecture of 90 mins u no go fit ask question as u no even get idea of the theories when they prove?

Omo as them announce credit transfer I sharply go transfer some so that my life go easy o .lol
