This is not a problem as long as you explain the sources, which he did! The VO was simply suffering from an attention deficit and common decency to read his explanations.

Hello House, please me out on this;

I just got admission into PGD HRM at New Brunswick Community College Fall 2018.
I am a graduate with not less than 4 years experience in HR and am married (no kid).
I am trying to gather all necessary documentsGD against firing my application early next year.
What are the advantage and disadvantage of using a company as your sponsor? (Total Tuition fee is 8450CAD).
How many pages maximum should LOE/SOP be?

Thanks

PGD is not a good option for trv instead apply for masters. Are you applying with your wife?

Hello fam!

I just want to clarify some things before repackaging my study permit application which was denied last week based on purpose of visit, no employment prospect and no personal assets and financial status.

I have applied for my GCMSnotr and I'm awaiting for it before I put in my next application. I have contacted my department to defer my admissions to fall 2018.

My questions

1. Does CIC see scholarship as a curse or what? I read somewhere that the role of the visa officer is to ensure that students can take care of themselves in Canada without any support from Canada.

Note: University of Manitoba Graduate Fellowship worth $14,000cad yearly was my motivation in studying hard to achieve high CGPA. 4.80 no be beans (many things went in from 300l and it can't just waste like that). Scholarship has been my help, I got 100% scholarship in my undergrad....

Someone advised me to pay all tuition fees and accommodation for two years despite scholarship that I will get TRV with ease. Then I will get refund of tuition payment later.
How true is this?

2. In proving my home ties, is my business of 6months enough for this or I still need to show landed properties ?(I don't have any ). Can my sponsor's assets perfectly play this role of proving home ties.

Your opinions are highly appreciated

Many thanks.
Sorry about the delay, you already have funding that covers tuition fee, just prove to the v.o that you are going to study and would come back immediately after your study. And secondly don't decorate your application with the fact that you have funding, get a sponsor with a good closing balance.

But on my refusal letter they only ticked insufficient funds and about the third point under its label it says "entered in error". Thats my confusion
I still don't know why it's difficult for Canada embassy to grant students visa for education related courses.

PLEASE WHAT SHOULD I DO IN THIS CASE. I DID NOT ACTUALLY USE ANY REPRESENTATIVE BUT A FRIEND HELPED ME OUT

Dear Maduka

I have reviewed your application and documents you submitted in its support. Subsection 11(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act provides that a foreign national must, before entering Canada, apply to an officer for a visa or any other document required by the Regulations. The visa or document shall be issued if, following an examination, the officer is satisfied that the foreign national is not inadmissible and meets the requirements of this Act.

I have concerns that you have not fulfilled the requirement put upon you by section 16(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, which states:

16(1) A person who makes an application must answer truthfully all questions put to them for the purpose of the examination and must produce a visa and all relevant evidence and documents that the officer reasonably requires.

Pursuant to paragraph 10(2)(c.1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations:

10(2) The application shall, unless otherwise provided by these Regulations

(c.1) if the applicant is represented in connection with the application, include the name, postal address and telephone number, and fax number and electronic mail address, if any, of any person or entity — or a person acting on its behalf — representing the applicant

Based on your submissions, I have concerns that you have omitted to declare that you used a compensated representative to facilitate the submission of your application. Your application contains evidence that it was facilitated by the same person or entity as another application received by this office. I therefore have concerns that you misrepresented this information either through omission or through failing to indicate that the representative was compensated.

Please note that if it is found that you have engaged in misrepresentation in submitting your application, you may be found to be inadmissible under section 40(1)(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. A finding of such inadmissibility would render you inadmissible to Canada for a period of five years according to section 40(2)(a):

40(1) A permanent resident or a foreign national is inadmissible for misrepresentation (a) for directly or indirectly misrepresenting or withholding material facts relating to a relevant matter that induces or could induce an error in the administration of this Act

40(2) The following provisions govern subsection (1): (a) the permanent resident or the foreign national continues to be inadmissible for misrepresentation for a period of five years following, in the case of a determination outside Canada, a final determination of inadmissibility under subsection (1) or, in the case of determination in Canada, the date the removal order is enforced.

I would like to give you an opportunity to respond to this information. I will afford you fifteen (15) days from the date of this letter to make any representations in this regard. Please use the address noted on this letter for all correspondence, and clearly indicate your file number. If you do not respond to this request within the time outlined above, your application will be assessed based on the information available, which will likely result in a refusal.

You must respond to this concern via e-mail. Paper submissions will not be accepted. If you have supporting documents that you would like to provide in your response, please scan these and attach them to your e-mail response.

Thank you for the interest you have shown in Canada.

Regards,

Immigration Section

Yes Boss! It's different, She requested for this because it's cheaper for her and also she has someone over there in Canada that will assist her in ordering her Notes for $5.

On the other hand, if you don't have anyone in CANADA, you may choose to use the other site.

Hope is understood?
Cheers!
Thanks bro, did you apply again because Brandon University has January start.

Hello House,

Please i need your advise.

My younger brother's application was just refused and below is the reason it was refused. Those were the only ticked stataments

[b]Pursuant to Section 219 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulation, I am not satisfied that
you:
Sorry about the delay, anything about finance without funding from the school should be 10m above because the exchange rate now is between 280 to 300.

Igbouwanile:

If you saw refusal reasons on ur gcms notes which u applied for when ur application was still within processing time, it means that a decision on ur app. had been made before now, but the just waited to send u update abt it.
I think the application gets to the VO after eligibility check which is done by trained staffs, because i observe that the VO remark on gcms file does not correlate with documents submitted. Once your bank statement is not big then they conclude, this present method is affecting genuine students, and the emotional torture is something else, couple with constant mail from purpose school.

i believe CIC knows the final decision of every application immediately they go through the application but will delay in informing you so that you don't travel too early or you don't re-apply within short period of time.
