Dear All,

I need your kind advise on how best to respond to the letter I received from the Canada Immigration section, Ghana. The question is,

"On the current application form, you indicate that you have never been refused any kind of visa, admission, or been ordered to leave Canada or any other country. According to information in our records, you were refused visa(s) to the United States in the following year(s): 2016"

I never indicated that I was never refused any kind of visa. I ticked yes I was refused, Because I was previously refused that of the Canada. Meanwhile I was refused USA visa last year but was later given in March this year before my reapplying for Canada visa so I see no reason to state that in my form except that if Canada which I was reapplying for.

I have been given 2weeks to respond.

I need your kind advise. Thank you all in advance.
when did you apply.

Here is a piece of advise for all yet to submit their application, you need to go through the pain of reading up early parts of this thread. do not be lazy and hoping to get all the info you need in a single post, read and learn.

Also, I created a table of content listing all the documents I have attached for my application and I ensured that I linked all the items in the table of content to their respective pages on the single document (Thanks to @thesoj for the idea). this makes it very easy for the VO to navigate to the specific documents he/she is interested in seamlessly.

Use google to answer most of your questions, read the past threads, do it yourself and above all have faith in God.
congrats bro good to know they are about to enter April

Someone should please respond to this.

Who has been admitted into University of Manitoba (Fall 2017) and has paid the tuition? I need direction on how to go about the tuition payment from Nigeria. Did you go through Globalpay or you wired the tuition using Form A?

Has anyone also used Western Union Globalpay for students in paying school fees? Kindly shed more light on it if you have, or you have any information on it.
Manitoba is demanding for my original certificate which is not ready from my school, don't know what to do.

[quote author=aliACCA post=56521305]for tuition write what is written on ur admission letter or tuition estimates given to you by the school.
Room and Board : 10000
Other: 2000-5000**

Please am i to calculate for one year or the full program? Calculate for a year

** depending on ur financial muscle

Below is an Excerpts from CiC page on financial sufficiency..
''Students are required to demonstrate financial sufficiency for only the first year of studies, regardless of the duration of the course or program of studies in which they are enrolled. In other words, a single student entering a four-year degree program with an annual tuition fee of $15,000 must demonstrate funds of $15,000 to satisfy the requirements, and not the full $60,000 which would be required for four years. Officers should be satisfied however that the probability of funding for future years does exist (i.e., parents are employed); scholarship is for more than one year. Applications for extensions made to CPC-V must also meet this requirement''.

hope this helps wink
Thanks bro
