These are some of the deficiencies of dragnet na lol.

I'm still at a loss as to how these guys shortlisted for the interview. They could have as well used whatever criteria they are using now from the outset to prevent some of us from spending unnecessarily. I spent close to 40k to go write that test.

I did the design engineer test for experience hire and I repeat without boasting that the test was very cheap. Very very cheap at on my part. I was so confident of the next stage mehn. Feeling very disappointed. It is only when it comes to employment test I begin to see myself as a dullard. Smh

Just as it is cheap for you it might have been cheaper for others.

Well, if you don't prove a fool, then you're proving a coward or something; either way one proof is sure.
A firm that chooses to rely on outsourced entities with this character is doing itself a disservice.... Though I'm just hearing of a possible leak, personally I found a question or two I came across last year on their platform. You can be a genius and some Joe who wrote a similar test last month will get the next job and you sit at home. If Mobil handpicked those questions, I'll rest my case.
It's just terrible that graduates always have to be at the receiving end. Send rejection mail all round? I long for the day graduates will shun job ads, tighten their belts and pursue their businesses. Imagine how much ppl spent traveling to test centres. . . if I did this test at home I wouldn't complain. One would think you're going to a controlled centre, but you just find out that the chaos isn't sheltered by test centres; it has nothing to do with the centres.
Looking at the crowd that took the test, chances are already very slim. What really is lost if you point out a glaring glitch? And though I asked for the link, I haven't been able to read the post. I believe he referred to dragnet. Besides the two are separate entities, there's dragnet on my pinky and then there's Mobil on my thumb. If they're looking for sound candidates, with their scope of experience, it is just natural to wish an equal level of soundness from who's appraising/hiring. AB-InBev host their tests and video interviews on their own platform...just saying though, I dunno the costs but I believe Mobil is bigger than AB-InBev.
One may not be able to change the outcome of this, plus I dunno much about being a unionist as my workplace doesn't permit such either, but I believe unions would become obsolete if employers did what was sane/humane.
So, if the thought leader has thought these and is convinced to bring it to light, I'm not calling that a wrong move or foolishness, but uprightness.
As a general statement, the more protests there are IFO suppression of basic rights, the worse the ills will get. There's no other way about that.

One bloke is still out there calling out first timers...hmm, You will be shocked.

I personally think that there is a difference between a leaked question and a repeated question.
Let's get that fact right.
Because a question is repeated doesnt mean the recruitment agency is incapable in anyway.
If you say this is not the best way to get the right candidates true however lets remember there are other stages to be crossed. Besides those who eventually scale through the last stage still go through training and the likes. Theory is purely different from practical.

Because a university lecturer repeated a question doesnt make him incapable and I guess that is why most students go through past questions.

If you werent lucky enough to get dragnet pq thats no ones fault. Afterall practice they say makes perfect. The person who practiced and pass because he saw the pq doesnt mean he is dull.

Calling dragnet out is uncalled for. This is dragnet pattern success or reject mail we move and hope for brighter days.

I think it is high time we stop expecting to go to exam hall and see simple question. In all honesty do you think seeing simple questions in an exam hall is a true test of knowlegde? In the end exam whatever type it may be or form it may come in isnt the true test of knowledge

If you think with dragnet you have seen it all try goldman Sachs engineering aptitude test, you will realize that dragnet NO REACH

You don't get it, most of the Nigerian weapons budget goes to boko haram, fulani herdsmen and other muslim terror groups, the weapons are given to them by members of the government, military generals, soldiers and men of the forces.
Check out weapons recovered from them when they are killed or arrested, some have military serial numbers on them.

And you are sure all the terror groups are Muslims? I could tell you are a myopic thinker when you decided to type the shit you just did

I will say this information is not true. Although it was stated in the mail sent however, on meeting with theMD, we were told that so far as everyone achieve the required 60, everyone will be absorbed. That been said, ,
I am sure you are wondering how I know this, I was supposed to be in the first batch, I attended the meeting with the MD however, NYSC certificate won't be ready until June so I am asked to join second batch. The reason for the sealed lip is because of the work load am sure when we get there we will understand

Stop displaying mediocrity by asking foolish questions! Patience Jonathan was seriously savaged by lots and youths like you when she was the First Lady, yet here you are, advertising and showing to the world that that is the standard of education in Nigeria by asking what someone has achieved with English!!

Well patience jonathan was the then First Lady and it is expected of her to have a sound spoken and written English. When someone keeps bastardizing English on air nationally and internationally, as the "First Lady" then there is no excuse for that.

Stop been myopic and let everything not always be about GEJ or his cohorts. U need to grow up

Buhari that has been labelling political opponents as armed robbers and hired assassins, have you criticised him ? Please don't provoke this morning

Herdsman killing has been ongoing since the time of obj in jos. Don't get me wrong m not saying it's right for them to kill innocent individuals, but why can't we be more in depth in our reasoning rather that just see things myopically?
