Icecream4U: Is there a way to know if the ones in the pics are double doors? Am not sure one can know by mere looking. But when you tap it, the single ones make noise while the double doesn't. However, they don't usually produce double on display unless it's requested, because it's more expensive. |

timay1: This will back fire for the girls in the long run.
Their old model was better but Greed wants to finish them.
Imagine getting paid guaranteed over 100k a year as a national team player whether you play or not. With additional bonus like housing, health care during injuries, paid maternity leave and extra bonus after tournaments.
Well, this new model will see them earn higher fee on a pay per game basis because their match bonus will be higher per game. But if they don't get called up , they don't get paid, meaning their FA can be able to punish any player they don't like by not calling them up and it won't have any financial impact because only those who get called up, gets match bonus.
Unlike before where they still get paid even if they don't play, so their FA doesn't have a choice but to call them up whenever fit. Almost everything that has advantages have disadvantages. |

Webmasters › Re: High Traffic With Very Low CPC, What Could Be The Cause? by ojasweb(m): 4:21pm On Sep 14, 2021 |
Digiprof: Good evening to you all, as a digital marketer, I have been running a SEO and promotional campaign for a certain site and the traffic has been impressive. Initially the CPC was improving per the traffic but all of a sudden, the CPC relapsed even though the traffic is still high.
Some days, traffic could be more than 3k but the CPC shows 0.07. To make matters worse, it may go up and return again.
Gurus in the house, what could be the cause for this?
To some extent, I'm grounded on digital marketing and especially SEO but I seem to be lost here.
I believe where my knowledge stops, that is where another person's own starts, thus bringing it here.
I need your contribution please. What exactly is your complaint? Are you complaining about getting low CPC from your ads or this post is about your AdSense earnings? |

Icecream4U: Thanks for your replies. They are really helpful as I'm also building a 4 bedroom flat at mowo busstop badagry side.
Please, you mean you only used 35 bags of cement for plastering the whole house? My engineer is asking for 100 bags o Yes, 35 bags for the interior. I'm sure the interior will consume more than the exterior, however, i am yet to plaster the exterior for now. Will do next month. I think 100 bags is outrageous. |

Your trusted mechanic might also be manipulated or not having enough knowledge of the car you're buying.
I remember when i went to buy a car alongside with my brother's long time mechanic. He consider a couple of things "minor issues" but when it's time to buy those stuffs, they are not cheap.
If you've been driving for a while, it will do you good to test-drive the car yourself.
As is today, i can easily pick faults in cars than most mechanic. Sometimes, what all these mechanics consider normal are really not normal. |
