Your Profile Picture is not attractive enough. You're graphics designer, so try use a catchy image or logo to show that you know the work. Location doesn't really affect graphics designer.

Nothing seems to be wrong with your profile except the location and the PP. You might consider changing your PP and get someone to give you honest review so that you can have a sample work in portfolio.

i disagree with you on that, i usually tell my buyers to GIVE ME 5 STAR REVIEW ( but that is when ii am sure the job i delivered was perfect and excellence )

Telling buyers to give 5 star review is normal when delivering the gig, and not after you've already delivered the project. If you delivered a gig and stated that the buyer should give you a 5 star review, and he didn't, don't bother asking again, or you get the worst. I don't usually get negative review, but i know how things work.

I will advice you not to ask the buyer for a review. Some buyers prefer not to post reviews than to drop negative or satisfactory feedback. If you contact the buyer, he/she might get angry and drop bad review. However, if the buyer is a repeated customer, you can say hi; and let him/her know that he's not reviewed the last order.

I disagree with you. It is not a must that everybody that view your gig must buy. There are long list of people who will click on your gig for viewing sake. (Even me, most time I will view gigs of my competitors. Does it mean I intend to buy? No! I want see what they've got in order to keep improving mine. Other times I click and read gigs to kill boredom.) There are thousands of people who does the same on fiverr. Then the other sect don't just like what you offer. Have is occur to you that even when a buyer contact you for a job, he probably have also contacted 3-4 other sellers after he must have viewed hundreds of gigs?

You have a valid point but you forgot to review the impressions. It is quite impossible for gigs to have such huge views with extremely low impressions. Impressions are usually higher than views. You can deceive everybody, but i'm sure you cannot deceive yourself. One of my gigs has about 8k impressions, and less than 1k views with regular orders. If a several gigs could have such huge views without order, definitely they are bots.

Badagry is one of the fastest developing areas in Lagos state. It is well known for her strong roles during the slave trade era. Badagry is a nice place to be. There are many remarkable things in the city of Badagry that can keep you entertained and educated. This coastal town is inhabited by the Awori people and the Egun people. No doubt, Badagry also inhabited people from different parts of Nigeria, Benin Republic, Togo, and Ghana. Before you buy property in Badagry, take note of these things and make sure that you follow the right steps.

The distance
Badagry is far from the main Lagos cities such as Festac, Surulere, VI, Ikoyi and so on. If you live and work inside of Lagos, make sure that you have a strong plan before you buy property in Badagry (if you plan to stay there). Traveling from Ikeja to Badagry is equivalent to traveling from Ojota to Ibadan or Ijebu Ode. Apart from the distance, traffic gridlock is one of the major challenges of Badagry people. If you are goinf from Mile 2 area to Badagry, there are about 4 heavy traffics (Trade fair, Iyanoba, Okoko, and Agbara) before you get to Badagry. Some of the reasons for the heavy traffic are due to bad road and poor turning points. For people living in Badagry, going from Badagry to Mile 2 or Ikeja everyday is a serious issue. The normal period to escape traffic for people heading from Badagry to mile 2 is between 11am and 3pm. If you’re heading from Mile 2 to Badagry, the best period to beat the traffic is between 1pm and 3pm.

The area you want to buy property
There are many villages around Badagry, and all of them are described as Badagry. If you’re going from Mile 2 to Badagry, immediately you leave Ijanikin, all the other villages from Agbara down to Badagry town are described as Badagry. If you’re planning to buy property in Badagry, make sure that you know the exact place the property is. For instance, if you buy a property in Oko Afo, it will take you about 20 minutes before you can get to Badagry town. If you’re much interested in areas that are 5 minutes away from Badagry town, places such as Ibereko, Aradagun, Ajido, Muwo, and Ajara are the right choices.

Omonile do exist
Many people consider Badagry as the extreme part of Lagos. It is true because the town is so far from the main cities. However, it doesn’t mean that things are done differently. If you’re talking about the “Omoniles”, Badagry is not left out. Some families are very troublesome. If you want to buy property in any of the regions in Badagry, make sure that you find out about the family. Again, try to know if the property belongs to more than one family or even government.

Some areas are subjected to heavy flood. If you visit the area during the dry season, you’ll love it because everywhere would be dry. However, if you want to know the real situation of the place, make sure you inspect it during the raining season.

Get valid information about the property agent
Anyone can pretend to be a property agent. It is very easy because they don’t have strong regulation. Most of them don’t know anywhere in Badagry, yet they claim to be property agents. Some of them shared the best properties on Facebook, yet they don’t know anywhere. If you don’t have the real information about the property agent, please don’t do business with him/her. A serious property agent should have a website or at least a professional Facebook page. If you are not very sure about a listed property, download the image and use “reverse” image search tool to get more information about it. Some fraudulent agents upload images of foreign properties as their completed projects. Don’t fall for such cheap scam. Try to get valid information about the property agent before you do business with him/her.

4. The exposure: One of the most important things you need to consider before you enroll for any training program is the exposure of the instructor. How often does the person get design jobs? are they limited to business card and certificate design? Yes, most of the graphic design centers in Badagry are known for training students how to design certificate and business cards. If your boss don’t know what the requirements are, you definitely won’t know what you’re expected to know. It is true that you’ll not learn everything, however, your boss must be able to introduce you to advanced designs that you may come across later.

5. Practice: the last thing you need to know about graphics design is that you need to practice regularly and lay your hands on different designs. Don’t relent on what you learnt from your instructor. Pick up ideas and work on them on your own. This is really a great thread. I have experienced a couple things in the past few months as a digital marketer. often time people approach a web developer and wants him/her to build a website. Most of them don't know what is required of them. Explaining things to them is really demanding. It takes time to let them know what is involved. Few weeks ago a client wants for me to build a "car hire" website for him with advanced features such as online booking, map/distance calculation. We talked about the cost and i let him know what is required of him. Unfortunately, this person don't have any of the contents. He needs a swf animation, but he doesn't have it. In fact, the animation he described would cost him up to #15,000. And he didn't want to pay more. This is one of the numerous experiences.

Some clients want you to build website that will help them make $$$ very fast. Yet, they don't know anything about AdSense, Affiliate marketing, traffic, SEO, social media strategy, guest post, and so on. Do you guy think we have to explain all these things?

My approach
I do let them know that website is like a house project. The bricklayer alone cannot complete the project. You need the Carpenter, and other professionals. Even if i can do all of the things, i needed to outsource.

I blog on windows 10, but most of the time when I search Smt related to it, it brings me windows 7 and 8 search queries. So i depend on footer links in Google search engine itself. Is there any alt to planner that register new keywords quickly?

There are other keywords tools that you can as well use to search for the best keywords, but most of them also rely on the results they got from google keywords planner. If you still don't get the desired results, try using another browser.
