Donald Trump on Monday will lay out his strategy for defeating radical Islamic terrorism, painting the fight as an ideological struggle on par with that of the Cold War.

In Ohio, the Republican presidential nominee will lay out proposals to combat ISIS and prevent terrorist attacks in the US, including banning individuals from countries with heavy terrorist footprints where the US government cannot adequately vet visa applicants and increasing cooperation with willing Middle Eastern allies, a senior Trump campaign official said.
Trump is also set to make clear in his prepared remarks that the US will abandon any ambitions for nation-building or spreading democracy in the Middle East, expanding on his criticism of the Iraq War while on the campaign trail.

"We can't always choose our friends, but we know that we have to fight our enemies. We are going to work with anyone in the Middle East who is in agreement with us that ISIS needs to be extinguished," the senior campaign adviser said.
Trump's expected call to work with Muslim allies comes against a backdrop of fierce criticism and condemnation of the Republican candidate from Muslims in the US and abroad since December, when he proposed "a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States."

Beyond his immigration ban, Trump has also been criticized for suggesting that President Barack Obama is linked to radical Islamic terrorism, floating surveillance of US mosques and proclaiming that he believes "Islam hates us."

The campaign official argued that a clear statement that the US has no intention to "remake the Middle East into one democracy after another at the point of a gun" could encourage further cooperation and assistance from Middle Eastern allies in the fight against ISIS.
Trump's speech on Monday comes as his campaign has faced sagging poll numbers in key swing states in recent weeks, as the Republican nominee has lurched from one controversy to the next. Top Republicans have called on Trump to straighten out his flailing campaign.

Trump's controversial proposal to ban Muslims from the US has been through several iterations, with Monday's speech just the latest to provide a venue for further clarity.
The senior campaign official who previewed Trump's speech did not address Trump's initial description of the ban, but described the current proposal as one of withholding visas for individuals from any country "where we cannot perform adequate screenings" and where there is heavy terrorist activity.
Previously, however, Trump had moved beyond his call to ban all foreign Muslims from the US and proposed barring all individuals from counties "compromised by terrorism" -- though he has not specified which countries match that criterion.

While his campaign staff and surrogates have sought to describe the ban on individuals from terror states as a rollback of Trump's blanket ban on Muslim immigration, Trump recently characterized it on NBC's "Meet the Press" as an "expansion" and has yet to refute his original proposal.
While Trump is not expected to lay out on Monday which countries' citizens would be banned from the US, the senior campaign official offered Syria and Libya as examples of two countries that would be affected by the ban.
The Trump campaign official called on the State Department to release a list of individuals who had obtained visas to the US since 2001 who have since "been charged, implicated or accused of terrorism" in order to determine which countries should be banned.
Trump is also set to call for increased vetting of individuals entering the United States by developing a "test" that would question visa applicants on their support of US values and seek to weed out any supporters of extremist ideologies.

The campaign official specifically noted as an example that "large numbers of people" in Afghanistan "may have attitudes about women or attitudes about Christians or gays that would be considered oppressive, even violent."
"We have no reason to bring someone into our country who is going to harbor that hostility. We want to bring in people who are reformers or who support moderation or who embrace or expand pluralistic ideas," the campaign adviser.
The senior campaign official declined to say exactly what such a test would look like, but said it could include a questionnaire to get potential immigrants on record about their views.

When you're the 44th president of the United States, carving out time for yourself can be a difficult undertaking.

While a day in the life of President Obama is varied and often unpredictable, his morning routine gives him the chance to spend a little time alone.

Obama usually starts the day with a 45-minute workout, Reggie Love, his former personal aide, told Business Insider.

He alternates between strength training and cardio exercises, a friend of the president told WebMD.

The president is reportedly not a big coffee drinker. His morning beverage of choice is water, orange juice, or green tea, according to Love.

Obama often works late into the evening and sleeps an average of five hours a night, according to the New York Times. As much as possible, the president also aims to eliminate small decisions, such as what he will eat or wear that day, Vanity Fair reports.

I followed Obama's morning routine for a week, and also tried my best (admittedly, without much success) to eliminate coffee consumption and minimize decisions about food and clothing.

Here are my five biggest takeaways from the experiment:

Starting the day with a 45-minute workout is challenging, but left me feeling like I accomplished something before the day started
Before trying out Obama's morning routine, I experimented with Jack Dorsey's and Arianna Huffington's morning rituals, both of which involved early morning exercise. However, those routines included meditation before working out.

I found it a lot more difficult to wake up and exercise first thing. The first few strides of my run always felt like "shock therapy" — I hadn't quite woken up yet, but my brain was telling my body to move quickly.

However, I felt like I had accomplished something really challenging first thing in the morning, and that often set the tone for the rest of the day.

I also learned that 45 minutes of weight-training, if done with little rest, is extremely tiring (but motivating)
I'd only recently started incorporating heavy weight training into my fitness routine. Every time I start my workout, it's painful. But there is something about lifting heavy weights that makes you think: Bring it on, I can take it!

For me, I noticed that starting my day with this "I can take anything on" mentality made me more willing to start difficult tasks early on.

I'm puzzled by where Obama gets his energy
Obama probably only gets five to six hours of sleep every night out of necessity. Before starting this routine, I thought that maybe exercising would eventually make up for any tiredness from lack of sleep.

After just experiencing his schedule for one night, this turned out not to be the case. I struggled to get myself to go for a 45-minute run when I'd only had five hours of shut-eye.

I also had a hard time waking up properly without my morning coffee, which Obama reportedly does not drink on a regular basis. Maybe his energy comes from a combination of stress and responsibility.

Eliminating decision fatigue was harder than I expected
I tried to minimize time spent making decisions by laying out my clothes on Sunday night and grocery shopping with the intent of eating the same meals every day.

However, I still found myself thinking about food, particularly on days when I really didn't feel like chopping vegetables in the morning or craved something other than the boring stir-fry I was planning to make.

Laying out my clothes for the week proved to be quite helpful, though, and did save me the time and effort of rummaging through my closet in the morning.

It's important to practice willpower on a continuing basis
I wondered what Obama does on days when he feels like he just can't face the weight of the world — I assume that even the president of the United States isn't immune from human tendencies.

Obama's former campaign manager told WebMD that Obama probably saw his workout as his "alone time." Perhaps that time to recharge gives him the willpower to tackle whatever world-changing issues he has to deal with that day.

This experiment reaffirmed the importance of constantly training my mental muscle. Willpower is not something that you achieve and never have to work on again. Mental toughness needs to be nurtured constantly.

Fiverr allows you to login and remain logged in as long as you want. Provided you have not logged out after login with a US IP, you can continue to visit fiverr with your Nigeria IP. However, fiverr might ask you to complete a captcha security verification because some Nigerian IPs are not secure.

You can create multiple accounts using the same browser and IP address if you clear your history and cookies. By the way, why creating multiple account when you have not master the platform? Multiple account will rather pull you back.
If your moxilla gets stuck, it could be due to extensions.
You may not be able to create gigs using the mobile app because the feature has been removed.

You don't need to create a US email address in order to open Fiverr account. Your email information will not be disclosed to Fiverr, so it won't have any effect on your location.

There are several other skills that are very relevant to web design. Some of them are;

Web hosting and web mail configuration
Email marketing
Social media marketing, and
Graphics design.

It is not a must that a training center do all of these, however if they are skillful in these areas, particularly web hosting and web mail configuration, chances are you’ll get the best from them.

Your IP address is recorded every time you login. Fiverr makes it easy for you to remain logged in as long as possible. If your account is not logged out, your IP will not have effects even in different locations. So you only need to login with your US IP and stay logged in.

Bro you still need to tweak your gigs in order to appear in search. Here are few tips:

1. Go to your niche and search using the major keywords
2. Check the top 5 gigs and notice the common things among them
3. Pick 1 keyword from each of the top results, and use them to form a gig title.
4. Watch what happens after 3 days, and let me know the result.
