The EFCC and ICPC did not fall from heaven. They were created by a certain govt of PDP, a party you'r fond of attacking. There's no reason why similar agency cannot be created by state governors. Replica of federal agencies and departments abound in state establishments. For instance, there is FRSC, a federal body and LASTMA, a state body- both doing similar things. State governors are not considering creating anti-corruption agencies because FOOLS like you shield them with your silly excuses.

What stops state governors from enacting state version of freedom of information law? What stops state govt from creating due process office for contract awards? Dont states award contracts?
