The Senate should know it has no power to look into the finances of a state govt.
The statutory bodies responsible following d receipt of a petition are d police,ICPC or EFCC,but of course they cannot approach d latter bcoz dey were against his confirmation cos of how he was about making scapegoats of many of its corrupt senators.
