No, your phone is good. Try plugging to another usb port or use another system.

Did you set your device to "USB Debugging" mode? If yes, then restart your device and try again. Just allow your PC to detect the phone and install the drivers.

You can download the VS 2012 Express Edition for Windows 8. I had a lot of problems installing it but I finally got it installed.

I don't know if other payment services charge like this; cus VoguePay is the first am using. They charge 1% for every transaction and when you want to withdraw your money, they charge you another 1% of the money you are withdrawing and an extra N50. Is this normal?
