The taste and price is just too overrated and overhyped.

Literally everyone I tell says something banal like, "You just haven't had it cooked properly!" Bla bla bla.… Chicken is the best.

If I cook with chicken it’s give me this natural lovely delicious chicken flavor taste and aroma but if I cook with Turkey it gives me 0 taste 0 flavor and 0 aroma. Nothing!! Nothing!! Nothing!!

1) don't cover the pot completely. Half cover is advisable.
2) don't put or lock your egusi soup in the cupboard, let the pot be on top of your burner and where it can receive fresh air
By avoiding these will make your egusi soup remain fresh.

The best is to use the local currencies of each country to see how much of each is needed to procure a litre of fuel in each country. That's how to get uniformity

So sorry about yours too. As for me on the bike issue, I climb bike like a lady on mini skirt.
On the drugs, this is the combination I use-
In the morning- 2 prednisolone+ 2 felvin.
In the night - Repeat same.
Let me me know the outcome.

Sorry to hear you have been going through this for a very long time. If you don’t mind can you let me know what drugs you’ve been using to cope with the pain.

It has been a terrible and horrific time of my life. The pains associated with this ailment is out of this world, I hardly do things on my own.
My mobility is limited, I hardly go out now except on a serious matter that requires my attention.
So, I depends on pain killer to ease it.
Prednisolone and felvin is what I have been using.

I have similar health issues since 2010 till date.
I visited Lagoon hospital at Apapa in 2012, I was asked to gather 2.5M for both leg.
Things have changed now, you may requires about 20-25M

War always on their lips at every given moment.
That war they envisage will consume them one day.
